I get so excited every year for this season… probably because I'm born in Summer and I just love the sun… along with the Moon and the Stars.  Lol. I love to be outside, to play, and pretend I am of the Stars.  Well, I do actually believe and know that I come from the Star People.  I carry this wisdom.  On nights of camping out, I imagine I am just hanging with the stars and asking for messages.  There is something about  looking up and transforming into the stars.. I know "woo" .. right?! It feels so good to me and reminds me that I choose to be here on Earth, in this Universe, right now to do my work and be of service. You could say that I shapeshift from my physical body into the energy of the stars as I receive messages. There is a lot of folklore around the idea of Shapeshifting.  Every culture has this archetype and mythical energy to it.   I'm most familiar with the concept from my Native American studies and the generational energies that I channel. This modern idea of shapeshifting has been a new perspective for me lately that I have been diving into.  And after last week's episode, I had many reach out to me about more information. Working in the medicine wheel, moving rocks, and pulling weeds, teaches about course correcting. As I began to explore ideas for summer teachings, the idea of shapeshifting popped right up. Every year with the summer season, I start to be aware of my body, like you probably do too. Working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) helped me shift from criticizing my body to building body confidence.  It's never just about the food!  Food is one of the first things we learn as a baby that we can control.  We cry and we get some food.. a bottle or those little orange goldfish!  Who doesn't love goldfish when feeling out of sorts… right! And then we get rewarded with food for good things we do.. or in my case, deprived and criticized. EFT helped me to shape of my mindset.. to recognize the old pattens and build a new way to process energy.. a new way to celebrate my accomplishments.. and to not feel deprived. I also learned how to shift out of not liking my body to really appreciating the things I do like about it. So I began thinking and asking around.. what would be a good summer program to offer to my online group in the Energy Mastery Sanctuary. What if we could use the energy of summer,  the idea of shapeshifting into a different frame of reference?  Y'all know I always love talking about the Wild Woman Energy in Summer.  What if we could use this idea of moving a rock, shifting energy, course correcting your path into and shapeshifter your body, mind, spirit, and emotions? In today's episode I am delighted to be freestyling on a topic that encompasses the whole path of the Secret Witch - i.e. How to Embody and Express Your Powerful, Magical Energy.  There are often challenges that arise as magical women begin to walk this path and so, as I couldn't fit how to walk the whole path into one episode, I explored some of the ways we experience these challenges so that you can have the courage and vulnerability to keep walking.   In this episode I explore the difference between Embodying and Expressing who we are, sharing the power of seeing the Witch as an energetic rather than logical and linear.  I share the common challenges that come up on this path so that you can feel how normal they are so you can keep choosing to embody and express your powerful, magical energy.  This episode calls you deeper into your devotion to the fullness of your Soul. What You'll Learn from this Episode:   Embodiment and expression are so important and whilst it isn't linear embodiment is generally first, and expression comes after, for example, we embody the Witch archetype and then we are able to express her into the world. Embodying and expressing the Witch's powerful, magical energy is the work of this path - it's not a logical or linear - we are in the work of embodying an energetic - it's an invitation into truth The Witch has lots of aspects - she is a powerful Creatrix, Medicine Woman, Wild Woman, Wise Woman, Feminine Lover and Earthkeeper.  The work is to discover and embody these different aspects that resonate with you, that call to your Soul, as a way of becoming who you really are. There are lots of challenges to embodying and expressing your Soul's fullness - from fear, resistance, uncertainty, the unknown, unconscious shadow, material for liberation and resistance to ‘doing' more - and I dive into these to help you choose more consciously to keep walking and devoting to the path. As a child did you ever learn how to be connected to your Divine Feminine Energy from a woman who was a living embodied of love?   Of course you have no idea how? Sister this is a skill to be learnt, it's not a given like your shoe size.   The clues are simple. If you're negative, angry, anxious, judgmental, overwhelmed and any other shitty out of control feeling, than you are disconnected from your Divine Feminine.   It's not about winning the fight. There doesn't need to be a fight.    The Universe has no reason to not give you everything you want. You are the one with the problem and the creator of drama.    The game changer for me was training myself how to take feedback like a boss. No excuses, no arguing, no but's...    Feedback means learning and learning means love.    There is no finish line. We always have the ability to receive and share more love.    Learning how to connect to your Divine Feminine is the first step.

Thank you for the invitation into your world. Your life matters and you have a special set of gifts that are essential to the world. Join SRJ as she introduced you to a new concept: We don't need more information. We need a different conversation! She goes on to describe growing up and living in South Africa during the Apartheid era. She discusses a greeting in Zulu, sowabona, that when taken in properly means we acknowledge each other's person and souls. She believes that this greeting holds the key. According to SJR, marketing and selling our businesses can strip us of our dignity. You are a purpose driven woman and perhaps the reason that things have not aligned for you is because you're not living in the most genuine way. We need to stop asking questions we don't want the answers to. Don't ask how someone is doing unless you're truly ready to listen and see that person as a whole being and soul. Rarely do people in conversation say ‘I understand' and mean it. Not often do we ask questions because we're willing to admit we don't understand and we want to. In this space, we acknowledge each other and want to grow closer. This requires us to put aside our own goals and agendas to be fully present when another is speaking . . . so that we can truly see them.  We can become very self-involved and wonder why we are not being heard, seen, or acknowledged. This could be why the response to ‘sowabona' is ‘Ngikhona' which means: I am here. I stand before you with my needs, my dreams, my dreams, my fear, and my love . . . my heart, soul, and story. SJR explains that the Zulu have a philosophy called Ubuntu which translates to I am because we are. They believe that a person is a person because of others. In that context Ngikhona, it holds an amazing appreciation: I did not exist until you saw me. It is imperative that we embody. Remember when we are truly seen there is a love and joy that is unlike anything else. When you are in the spotlight and you can't see anyone else the answer is Ngikhona: I am here. Don't be a noisy person simply boasting. We are the new Devine Feminine: creating a new paradigm together.   “We have all this technology and my heart can chat with your heart.” “At the risk of sounding trite,but I mean it, you matter! Your life matters!” “Your life is in no way and accident or a mistake.” “Each of us is here to contribute in our own indispensable way.” “You are an integral part of our collective unfolding.” “In Zulu, there is a greeting.
