Hard News on Friday with Tara Green and Rama Arjuna and guests Navigating a Time of Global Change and Spiritual Transition The Hard News on Friday team combines current political reporting, Mayan calendar teachings, recorded energy commentary, channeled perspectives on ascension, and a guided meditation focused on changing frequencies, higher-self alignment, and conscious transformation. Meanings like "what is peace?" or another one is "What is freedom?"
