Many people are experiencing these, and not sure what is happening. A spiritual awakening is a profound realization or shift in consciousness that allows you to perceive and understand life from a deeper perspective. This experience often involves a heightened awareness of the self, the universe, and the interconnectedness of all beings. It can lead to a reevaluation of one's beliefs, often resulting in a greater sense of purpose and inner peace. During a spiritual awakening, individuals may experience various phenomena, such as increased intuition, a sense of unity with the world, and a desire for personal growth and transformation. This process can be triggered by various life events, such as trauma, loss, or significant changes, and can manifest in different ways for different people. Ultimately, it is about awakening to a more authentic version of oneself and recognizing the spiritual aspects of existence. It can often be described as a kundalini rising which is an awakening of the dormant spiritual energy believed to reside at the base of the spine, often depicted as a coiled serpent in yogic traditions. This energy is associated with profound spiritual growth and transformation. When awakened, Kundalini energy travels up the spine through the chakras, or energy centers, leading to heightened states of awareness, spiritual enlightenment, and personal transformation This is really important as the mind can start to take over and question everything taking you down the rabbit hole of information.  And if you aren't prepared can very often call in lots of shadow energy especially right now with all the shifts in consciousness occuring. It's imporant to learn how to work with this through practices like yoga, meditation, and breathwork guided by someone like myself.. a spiritual teacher. Spiritual awakenings can happen in many ways..for me, it was from a crisis. I was lost, unsure of what to do, and I was searching for help. Talk therapy wasn't getting me any way beyond having someone to talk to which is helpful but I wasn't making progress. I had no belief in myself… until that one day when I was guided to a Spiritual teacher.  That day was profound and is still in my memory.  A friend had met twins at a new age shop in Roslyn, NY… Dreams East.  She went to one twin and me to the other for spiritual counseling. I didn't know what that meant but I knew I needed help. We met, we talked about my life, she guided me with some breathing, and then did some hands-on energy.  I left, got back in my car. As I sat there feeling a deep peace, something I hadn't felt in months, I heard a voice.. loud and clear.. saying, You are going to be ok. It was so loud I turned around to see if anyone was in the back seat of my car but it was my Spirit speaking to me.. a message from my soul. It was profound for me. Spiritual awakenings can be. And without the tools and techniques to help it can be frightening for many to have this kind of experience.You may experience various challenges and confusion. Here are some potential outcomes: 1. Emotional Turmoil 2. Identity Crisis 3. Physical Symptoms 4. Relationship Strain 5. Isolation 6. Heightened Sensitivity 7. Confusion and Doubt 8. Resistance to Change 9. Search for Answers Awareness and understanding of the spiritual awakening process can help you navigate these challenges more effectively, providing clarity and context for your experiences. Another really important aspect of this portal opening is one of expanded consciousness.  I have regularly been receiving messages from my Lemurian guides who are continually talking to me about the ability for all of us to connect … galactically.. universally with our star people.  This expanded consciousness is one that opens us up to a higher state of living in our everyday lives. David Lonebear Sanipass is the last remaining Sagen, or Spiritual Leader, of the Mi'kmaq Nation. He is a spiritual scientist, engineer, storyteller, flute and basket maker. Mahooty was instrumental in the contracting of federally funded programs, where Indian Nations can administer projects including: planning, design, construction of facilities and infrastructure, schools, hospitals, law and order, housing. I get so excited every year for this season… probably because I'm born in Summer and I just love the sun… along with the Moon and the Stars.  Lol. I love to be outside, to play, and pretend I am of the Stars.  Well, I do actually believe and know that I come from the Star People.  I carry this wisdom.  On nights of camping out, I imagine I am just hanging with the stars and asking for messages.  There is something about  looking up and transforming into the stars.. I know "woo" .. right?! It feels so good to me and reminds me that I choose to be here on Earth, in this Universe, right now to do my work and be of service. You could say that I shapeshift from my physical body into the energy of the stars as I receive messages. There is a lot of folklore around the idea of Shapeshifting.  Every culture has this archetype and mythical energy to it.   I'm most familiar with the concept from my Native American studies and the generational energies that I channel. This modern idea of shapeshifting has been a new perspective for me lately that I have been diving into.  And after last week's episode, I had many reach out to me about more information. Working in the medicine wheel, moving rocks, and pulling weeds, teaches about course correcting. As I began to explore ideas for summer teachings, the idea of shapeshifting popped right up. Every year with the summer season, I start to be aware of my body, like you probably do too. Working with EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) helped me shift from criticizing my body to building body confidence.  It's never just about the food!  Food is one of the first things we learn as a baby that we can control.  We cry and we get some food.. a bottle or those little orange goldfish!  Who doesn't love goldfish when feeling out of sorts… right! And then we get rewarded with food for good things we do.. or in my case, deprived and criticized. EFT helped me to shape of my mindset.. to recognize the old pattens and build a new way to process energy.. a new way to celebrate my accomplishments.. and to not feel deprived. I also learned how to shift out of not liking my body to really appreciating the things I do like about it. So I began thinking and asking around.. what would be a good summer program to offer to my online group in the Energy Mastery Sanctuary.
