En 2018 fue candidato a la alcaldía de Barcelona, de la que fue concejal durante dos años. Es autor de una decena de libros, el último de ellos es El valor guiaba sus pasos (Editorial Funambulista), una colección de semblanzas sobre personas valientes.

Hơn 60 năm sau kể từ khi quân đội Mỹ rải hơn 80 triệu tấn thuốc diệt thực vật ở Việt Nam trong suốt một thập niên, các nạn nhân vẫn kiên trì đòi công lý. Sau khi Tòa án Evry chấp thuận bào chữa của 14 công ty bị kiện là « hành động theo lệnh và vì Nhà nước Hoa Kỳ » nên được « miễn trừ thẩm quyền », bà Trần Tố Nga đã kháng án. Theo dự kiến, đến tháng 07/2024, Tòa án Evry sẽ phải ra phán quyết về đơn kháng án này. Trong thời gian chờ đợi, các hiệp hội tại Pháp tiếp tục chung tay với bà Trần Tố Nga và hơn 4,8 triệu người dân Việt Nam bị nhiễm độc, trong đó hiện còn hơn 3 triệu người vẫn mang trong mình nhiều hệ quả. Ngày 01/06/2023, được sự hỗ trợ của thành phố Sète (miền nam Pháp) và hai hiệp hội Collectif Vietnam Dioxine và Hữu nghị Pháp-Việt ở Montpellier, hai hội Filomer và Comoedia đã chiếu bộ phim tài liệu Agent Orange, une bombe à retardement (Chất độc da cam, quả bom nổ chậm) của đạo diễn Hồ Thủy Tiên và Laurent Lindebrings, tiếp theo là buổi thảo luận với các nhà làm phim tại Montpellier và Marseille. Ngoài ra, một triển lãm về hậu quả do việc rải chất độc da cam ở Việt Nam từ năm 1961-1971 cũng được tổ chức đến ngày 12/06 để cho thấy « chất độc vô hình này, giờ không còn ai nhớ đến, nhất là thanh niên, vẫn chưa chấm dứt ». Ông Hồ Hải Quang, anh trai của đạo diễn Hồ Thủy Tiên, là nhà sáng lập hội Orange Dihoxyn hoạt động tại đảo La Réunion (Pháp). Ngoài tham gia bộ phim tài liệu, ông tổ chức nhiều sự kiện chung tay gây quỹ với hiệp hội Collectif Vietnam Dioxin để giúp bà Trần Tố Nga theo đuổi vụ kiện. Ông đã dành cho RFI Tiếng Việt một buổi phỏng vấn tại trụ sở của đài.RFI : Ngày 23/03/2023, ông thuyết trình tại hội thảo về « Chất độc da cam : Mỹ và các tội ác chiến tranh ở Việt Nam » do ông Salim Lamrani tổ chức tại Trường Nhân văn, Đại học La Réunion ở Saint-Denis. Chủ đề này được tiếp nhận như thế nào ở Réunion ?Hồ Hải Quang : Thực ra, chúng tôi đã tổ chức rất nhiều cuộc hội thảo và chiếu phim ở đảo Réunion. Hội thảo hồi tháng 03 có lẽ là lần thứ 10 chúng tôi tổ chức ở Réunion. Theo tôi, đây cũng là một chủ đề rất quan trọng với người dân Réunion bởi vì hòn đảo cũng từng là thuộc địa và chất độc da cam là một vấn đề quốc tế cần được giải quyết. Hy vọng vấn đề đó sẽ được giải quyết, có thể là sang năm, có thể là sau này, tôi cũng không rõ. Nhưng vấn đề đó rất quan trọng không chỉ đối với người dân đảo Réunion mà còn đối với tất cả mọi người.RFI : Ông là chủ tịch hội Orange Dihoxyn, ông cũng tham gia thực hiện một bộ phim tài liệu về những tội ác chiến tranh của Mỹ ở Việt Nam. Ngoài ra, ông còn là tác giả của nhiều bài viết về chất độc da cam và tổ chức hoặc đồng tổ chức nhiều hội thảo về sự kiện này hoặc quyên góp giúp các nạn nhân chất độc da cam. Liệu đó có phải là cách để tiếp tục nói về họ và để họ không bị lãng quên ? Hồ Hải Quang : Tôi thành lập hội Orange Dihoxyn vào năm 2008 khi hiểu được các hậu quả của chất độc da cam. Và để hành động, chúng ta có thể làm nhiều việc. Lúc còn trẻ, tôi là nhạc sĩ nên tôi nghĩ rằng âm nhạc có thể là một yếu tố rất quan trọng trong việc truyền bá các ý tưởng. Cho nên tôi đã quy tụ quanh hội Orange Dihoxyn nhiều nhạc sĩ chuyên nghiệp nhất có thể và chúng tôi tổ chức các buổi biểu diễn. Trước buổi diễn, tôi giải thích vấn đề chất độc màu da cam là gì. Thường thì người ta đến nghe nhạc và cũng phát hiện ra vấn đề chất độc màu da cam. Nhiều người trong số họ đã tham gia hội và giúp hội vững mạnh hơn. Nhân nói về những hội thảo và hòa nhạc được hội tổ chức, chúng tôi đã mời bà Trần Tố Nga đến đảo Réunion vào năm 2014, khi phiên tòa bắt đầu. Lúc đó, chúng tôi đã tổ chức một buổi hòa nhạc rất lớn. Tôi tin là Orange Dihoxyn là một hội đặc biệt ở chỗ chúng tôi sử dụng âm nhạc làm phương tiện quốc tế để phổ biến ý tưởng.RFI : Nhân nói về bộ phim tài liệu Chất độc da cam, quả bom nổ chậm, ông đã đến Việt Nam để thực hiện bộ phim. Bộ phim đã tác động đến khán giả như thế nào ?Hồ Hải Quang : Có hai câu hỏi ở đây. Bộ phim đã được thực hiện ra sao ? Và khán giả đã phản ứng như thế nào ? Bộ phim được quay với em gái tôi là Hồ Thủy Tiên. Chúng tôi cùng viết kịch bản. Phim được thực hiện thành ba phần. Có một phần quay ở Việt Nam, một phần ở Pháp và một phần ở Mỹ và Canada. Tôi tham gia vào phần tổ chức toàn bộ chuyến đi Canada và phỏng vấn nhiều cựu chiến binh Mỹ bị nhiễm chất độc da cam. Tôi cũng phỏng vấn các đồng nghiệp của mình là giáo sư đại học để biết ý kiến của họ về vấn đề chất độc da cam. Đó là phần thực hiện bộ phim.Còn phim được cảm nhận như thế nào? Có thể nói đó là một cách truyền tải tuyệt vời. Chúng tôi đã tổ chức rất nhiều buổi hòa nhạc nhưng đó cũng chỉ là một phương tiện đơn thuần. Còn để có được tranh luận sâu sắc hơn với công chúng thì phải làm phim. Thực ra là có hai bộ phim. Phim đầu tiên dài 54 phút được thực hiện với Hồ Thủy Tiên và được chiếu vào những dịp lớn. Tôi làm bộ phim thứ hai ngắn hơn nhiều, chỉ khoảng 15 phút. Khi khán phòng nhỏ hơn và khi khán giả cần trao đổi với tôi thì chúng tôi chiếu phim khoảng 15-20 phút. Trong bộ phim riêng này, tôi có xuất hiện với bà Tố Nga, trong lúc đề cập lần đầu tiên đến vấn đề chất độc da cam nhưng lúc đó phiên tòa chưa bắt đầu. RFI : Bà Trần Tố Nga đã kiện 14 công ty sản xuất và cung cấp chất diệt cỏ mà quân đội Mỹ rải xuống Việt Nam trong chiến tranh. Ngày 10/05/2021, Tòa án Evry đã ra phán quyết bác đơn kiện của bà. Liệu vẫn còn có hy vọng vào một sáng kiến khác cho công lý, cho những nạn nhân Việt Nam ? Hội của ông, cũng như những hiệp hội khác, sẽ tiếp tục đưa ra những sáng kiến để theo đuổi cuộc đấu tranh này ?Hồ Hải Quang : Trước tiên tôi thấy Tòa án Evry đã ra một phán quyết tồi vì cho rằng các công ty hóa chất ít nhiều bị chính phủ Mỹ ép buộc. Và nếu bị ép buộc, chúng tôi không thể tấn công họ. Nhưng nếu nhìn vào lịch sử việc rải chất độc da cam, chúng ta thấy là chiến dịch được bắt đầu vào năm 1961 do chính tổng thống Kennedy ra lệnh. Chỉ từ năm 1964, các công ty hóa chất bị buộc phải tuân theo lệnh của chính phủ Mỹ. Đúng là, họ có thể thoái thác trách nhiệm từ năm 1964 bởi vì luật quy định như vậy. Nhưng ít nhất phải kết tội họ về các vụ rải hóa chất từ năm 1961 đến 1964. Vì những lập luận đó, tôi thấy Tòa án Evry đã không làm tròn trọng trách. Chúng tôi đang kháng án và phán quyết tiếp tục cho đơn kháng án này sẽ chỉ được công bố vào khoảng tháng 07/2024. Đã gần 10 năm chúng tôi theo đuổi vụ kiện và dĩ nhiên là rất tốn kém. Tôi hy vọng là Tòa án Evry sẽ cân nhắc lại vấn đề này và chí ít tính đến những vụ xảy ra trong những năm 1961-1964, vào giai đoạn đó không có gì bắt buộc các công ty hóa chất cung cấp chất làm rụng lá cho quân đội Mỹ. Hội của ông cũng như nhiều hội đoàn khác làm như nào để giúp bà Tố Nga theo đuổi vụ kiện và tiếp tục cuộc đấu tranh ? Hồ Hải Quang : Ủy ban ủng hộ bà Nga có khoảng 10 hội. Mỗi hội đóng góp theo cách riêng cho chi phí vụ kiện vô cùng tốn kém này. Một số hội tổ chức bữa ăn tương ái, một số hội khác thì gây quỹ (crowdfunding) quyên góp tập thể. Hội Orange Dihoxyn chúng tôi tổ chức các buổi hòa nhạc và hội thảo. Và thường các buổi biểu diễn mang lại nhiều cho quỹ và tôi chuyển phấn lớn số tiền đó cho vụ kiện. Nhưng phải nói là từ lúc bùng dịch Covid-19, hội Orange Dihoxyn chúng tôi không thể tổ chức các buổi biểu diễn nên tôi quyết định dạy ghi ta vì tôi là nhạc sĩ. Số tiền thu được cũng được dành theo đuổi vụ kiện. RFI : Ngày 03/02/1994, tổng thống Mỹ Bill Clinton dỡ bỏ cấm vận mà Mỹ áp dụng với Việt Nam từ khi kết thúc chiến tranh, trong đó có một điều kiện là Mỹ từ chối mọi yêu cầu sửa chữa chiến tranh. Dù vậy, các cơ quan, tổ chức của Mỹ tài trợ nhiều chương trình nhân đạo ở Việt Nam. Ông nhận định như nào về những ý tưởng đó ?Hồ Hải Quang : Tôi nghĩ đến hai điều. Trước tiên, Việt Nam cũng như Mỹ muốn ngăn chặn sức mạnh quân sự, sức mạnh kinh tế, chính trị của Trung Quốc. Do đó Hà Nội cần tự vệ trước Trung Quốc. Còn Washington cũng muốn Bắc Kinh không thể bắt kịp họ. Trung Quốc có rất nhiều lợi ích và hiện diện thường trực ở Biển Đông, kể cả ở quần đảo Hoàng Sa và Trường Sa mà Việt Nam khẳng định chủ quyền. Do đó, có thể thấy một kiểu thỏa thuận nào đó giữa Việt Nam và Mỹ để chống lại Trung Quốc. Theo tôi, đó là vấn đề cốt lõi, mang tính địa chính trị.  RFI : Những hoạt động đó khẳng định Việt Nam và Hoa Kỳ nhất trí gác lại quá khứ, hướng tới tương lai.Hồ Hải Quang : Đúng vậy khép lại quá khứ nhưng tương lai là Hoa Kỳ sẽ không bao giờ chấp nhận bồi thường cho Việt Nam. Tại sao ? Bởi vì một lý do rất đơn giản, chỉ những bên bại trận mới bị buộc phải sửa chữa hậu quả. Chỉ có bên thua cuộc mới phải khắc phục hậu quả. Còn bên thắng cuộc thì không. Tack för att ni är så kloka och engagerade!I vår digitala tid kan vi mäta mer och mer. Och det gör vi. Men när vi känner oss styrda av att bli mätta slutar vi tänka själva. Dessutom känner många idag att de behöver göra jobbet två gånger: en gång på riktigt och en gång för att dokumentera det. Hur tar vi oss ur fällorna och mäter med omsorg och eftertanke?Det här är några av de reflektioner vi fick från er efter vårt avsnitt Mäta eller inte mäta – och i så fall vad?* Vi mäter ofta det som redan hänt och har för lite fokus på att mäta för att rusta oss för det vi ska göra i framtiden. Det är klokt att skilja på uppföljning (hur gick det) och driftsledning (vart ska vi och vad krävs för att ta oss dit).* Man kan mäta utan att lära men sällan lära utan att mäta.* Det finns en risk att man presenterar siffror och statistik på det sätt som passar bäst istället för det som utvecklar bäst. Man kanske jämför med förra året när utvecklingen varit bra men låter bli när utvecklingen varit sämre – då kanske man istället jämför med ett branschgenomsnitt. Helt enkelt friserade siffror.* Man kan mäta fel saker, som exemplet med Evry som samlade in arbetslöshetsstatistik för SCB. När medarbetare får löneavdrag för gå på toaletten och premieras med bättre arbetspass när man fått många svar ligger det nära till hands att fuska. Man mätte helt enkelt kvantitet, inte kvalitet.* Mäta kan vara kvalitativt också och då baseras mer på subjektiva upplevelser. Många subjektiva upplevelser är också god statistik, som i större kundnöjdhetsundersökningar.* Men hur fångar vi in det svårmätta i till exempel en konsultorganisation? Hur mäter vi effektivitet: är det antal debiterade timmar eller antal nöjda kunder? Och hur mäter vi internkommunikation och relationsbygge?* Hur ger vi plats för individens yrkesmässiga omdöme så att var och en får ett eget utrymme att handla? En fara med överdrivet mätande är att vi bygger bort människors eget tänkande.* Vi behöver också ha respekt för varandras tid och inte be människor svara på enkäter i tid och otid.Det är aktiviteter som leder till resultat. Om vi mäter de aktiviteter som leder till det resultat vi vill ha är vi på rätt väg. Om vi till exempel vill att medarbetare i en butik ska prioritera det personliga mötet med kunden kan vi inte säga åt dem att alltid syssla med något praktiskt i butiken: som att märka eller sortera varor.För att mäta hälsa kopplat till arbetsmiljö och verksamhetsresultat är det viktigt att förstå var siffrorna kommer från. Un parcours totalement atypique dans la French Tech. Des parents qui ont fui la guerre du Vietnam, Paul Lê vit toujours à Evry avec son épouse et ses 2 petits garçons. Ce grand fan de rugby accorde plus d'importance à l'implication de ses équipes qu'aux diplômes qu'on lui présente. La Belle Vie est devenue ces 2 dernières années un champion de la livraison en région parisienne, de l'alimentaire et plein d'autres produits. Sourcing des produits, logistique, recrutement des préparateurs de commandes, au vu des défis à relever, beaucoup se sont cassés les dents dans l'univers startup, à la fin ça termine toujours pareil ; on jette l'éponge, on fusionne avec un concurrent ou l'on se fait racheter. Paul et sa team, eux, sont toujours là, plus de 7 ans après la création. Aujourd'hui , l'affaire tourne même très bien : des centaines de salariés et des ventes qui représentent des dizaines de millions d'euros. Paul c'est le co-fondateur de la belle vie, une épicerie de produits frais livrés en moins de 3h, considérée comme la sérieuse alternative française à Amazon. Mais c'est avant tout un entrepreneur passionné qui a osé réaliser ses rêves. Fasciné très jeune par l'informatique, il a passé beaucoup de temps à explorer l'internet depuis sa chambre à Evry où il a grandi. Il rêve de cet univers tech mais pense que cela lui est inaccessible. Il décide donc d'entamer des études d'informatiques qui le mèneront jusqu'à UCLA aux Etats-Unis. C'est là qu'il prendra conscience de toutes les possibilités qui s'offrent à lui pour entreprendre dans la tech. Il enchaîne d'abord des jobs dans des boîtes en France où très rapidement il a ce sentiment frustrant d'aller plus vite que celles-ci en ayant toujours une multitude d'idées en tête qu'il ne peut appliquer. A 29 ans il décide de tout quitter pour lancer sa 1ere boîte. C'est alors que débutent ses premières galères : sans argent, sans idée, sans équipe. Il se confronte pour la première fois à la solitude. Il décide de s'associer avec son beau-frère et ensemble ils montent plusieurs startups avec plus ou moins de succès mais toujours épaulés par Microsoft. Ce sera finalement en juin 2016 qu'il rejoindra Alban Wienkoop pour co-fonder La Belle Vie. C'est aujourd'hui une entreprise de 400 salariés, qui est passée de 120 à 5000 m2 d'entrepôt au bord de Paris, un chiffre d'affaire qui double tous les ans, 2 levées de fonds et la volonté de créer une entreprise en faisant les choses simplement.
