The 2025 Mazda CX-70 details are revealed. It is the exact same size as the Mazda CX-90, but includes unique styling of gloss black features. When you remove the third row from the CX-90, the CX-70 has potentially the most rear cargo room in its class. The CX 70 will have similar trims as the CX-90, however the exterior color options will be different. Zircon Sand and Polymetal Gray are available on the Mazda CX-70. Also a new Mazda exterior color called Melting Copper will debut on the Mazda CX-70. We are not sure if the Artisan Red will be available for the CX-70. The door handles, side mirrors, rear spoiler, and roof rails will be gloss black on every CX-70, so some exterior colors may be not offered because they would clash with so much gloss black. The interior color options show so far are Red Nappa Leather and Black Leather. The CX 70 will also offer the Tan Nappa Leather. We are not sure if a White or Greige option is available. What do you think about the CX-70? #cx70 #mazda #mazdacx70 #zoomzoom #zoomzoompodcast #jonathansewellsells #morecarvids Zoom Zoom Podcast Jonathan Sewell Sells zoomzoomcast@gmail.com

"Faillí déanta le rófhada i mbainistiú chóras iarnróid na Gréige". Two days after the train crash in Greece in which nearly half a hundred people were killed and scores injured, the Greek Government has admitted that the management of the country's railway network has been neglected for too long. Dhá lá tar éis na timpiste traenach sa Ghréig inar maraíodh beagnach leathchéad duine agus inar gortaíodh na scórtha, tá sé admhaithe ag Rialtas na Gréige go bhfuil faillí déanta le rófhada i mbainistiú ghréasán iarnróid na tíre. The government declared that, in view of the disaster, it would be investigated why there was so much delay in improvement works on the railway. Dhearbhaigh an rialtas go bhfiosrófaí, i bhfianaise na tubaiste, cén fáth a raibh an oiread moille ar oibreacha feabhsúcháin ar an iarnród. The delay, it is said, remains inexplicable since the Greek Government sold the state-owned railway company to an Italian state-owned company in 2017 in the hope that hundreds of millions of euros would be invested in the network. Is dothuigthe fós an mhoill, a deirtear, ó dhíol Rialtas na Gréige comhlacht iarnróid an stáit le comhlacht stáit na hIodáile in 2017 le súil go n-infheisteofaí na céadta milliún euro sa ghréasán. In fact, the Greek Minister of Transport resigned yesterday since, he said, he had the political responsibility for railway matters. Go deimhin, d'éirigh Aire Iompair na Gréige as oifig inné ós air, a dúirt sé, a bhí an fhreagracht pholaitiúil as cúrsaí iarnróid. At least 48 people were killed and more than three were injured when a freight train and a passenger train collided at high speed northeast of the city of Larissa in central Greece last night. Maraíodh 48 duine ar a laghad agus gortaíodh os cionn trí scór nuair a bhuail traein lastais agus traein paisineirí faoina chéile agus iad faoi mhórluas soir ó thuaidh ó chathair Larissa i lár na Gréige arú aréir. Because many of the bodies were burned, it is not yet known exactly how many people were killed. De bharr gur dódh go leor de na coirp, ní fios go barainneach fós cé mhéad duine a maraíodh. It is estimated that many young people – students of their establishment – are among the dead. Meastar go bhfuil go leor daoine óga – mic léinn a mbunáite – i measc na marbh. It was reported yesterday that the Larissa station master was accused of gross negligence which was responsible for the death of the 48 people but that he himself claimed that the accident was caused by a technical fault. Tuairiscíodh inné gur cúisíodh máistir stáisiúin Larissa i mórfhaillí arbh é ba chionsiocair le bás an 48 duine ach gur mhaígh sé féin gur fabht teicniúil ba chúis leis an tionóisc. It is reported today, however, that the station master – a 59-year-old man – admitted that he had been negligent in his duties. Tuairiscítear inniu, ámh, gur admhaigh an máistir stáisiúin – fear 59 bliain – go raibh sé faillíoch ina ndualgais. Scared of embracing color? Does your home look like 50 shades of greige? Let's talk color with Chris & Roger Hazard. The soft tones of greys and beiges can be calming and soothing in many places, but when your entire home inside-and-outside is shades of greige, there might be a gigantic opportunity to add a bit of your personality and your laughter-side into some of your spaces. We're talking with designers Chris Stout-Hazard and Roger Hazard about how to dip our toes in the world of color, and how to build up the courage to make a big leap. Roger Hazard is internationally known as an innovative designer and the star of the first real estate-related show on U.S. television, Sell This House. Roger introduced Americans to the concept of staging, igniting the real estate industry and paving the way for the dozens of real estate-focused shows currently found on cable channels. A constant collaborator with Roger, Chris Stout-Hazard leads design for their furniture and home decor company, Roger + Chris, acts as the go-to guy for all technical projects, and balances Roger's rustic style with a modern aesthetic. You can follow Roger and Chris' adventures remodeling their historic home and see their collection of home furnishings at www.rogerandchris.com.
