This week, Ashley and Lisa are joined by award-winning sports journalist Bonnie Bernstein to discuss a topic near and dear to their hearts. Inspired by a study that found 94% of female C-suite executives played competitive sports in their youth, Bonnie shares insights from her new Audible Originals series called She Got Game: Inspiring Women, Inspired by Sports. Bonnie's adorable mom, Lois, also joins the conversation and shares how surprised she was when her daughter chose sports journalism over pursuing a career in classical music at Juilliard. Don't be surprised if the room gets a little dusty at the end, when mom and daughter share what they most admire about each other. Bonnie is recognized by the American Sportscasters Association as one of the most accomplished female journalists in her field. The founder and CEO of Walk Swiftly Productions spent two decades of her Emmy-Award winning career at ESPN and CBS, and was the first person who inspired Ashley to pursue a career in sports broadcasting. We know you will love She Got Game, so please check it out and give it a review! Our huge thanks to Bonnie and Lois for helping Your Mom kick off a special month of Mother's Day coverage. You can watch this episode on our YouTube channel and please be sure to follow us on Instagram, LinkedIn and Facebook for bonus content!

Chris Fraley is an Actor/Comedian with KMA Productions. He is also the creator of the online reality series Blackman, which follows the shenanigans of Chris as a Black Superhero. Chris Fraley took his first acting class in 1995 but says he's been acting (a fool) all his life. He has worked behind the scene with many actors. In 1998 after a two year hiatus from acting he was in the studio with Danny Glover who told him he needed to return to his calling, "because you only live once." Knowing he had the ability to make people laugh he tried stand up comedy. His first gig was in Stamford, Connecticut where he was unceremoniously booed off the stage by a church group-yes (A Church Group). That's when he really knew he was funny! Chris has since performed in many comedy clubs and has turned to comedic acting for more exposure on the Internet. One of his most rewarding comedic experiences was when he made Whoopi Goldberg belly laugh in the studio. Chris also has an alter ego -Yolanda Jackson-which he sometimes welcomes into his act and yes "She Got Game." You can also check out Chris's acting chops in the near viral video Mel Kiper's Spring Picks and Follow the Adventures of Blackman on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and at www.chrisfraleypresents.com.
