I’m so excited to kick off our new season next week. As always, I’ll be sitting down with extraordinary women who have taken a risk and followed their hearts, minds, and instincts to make pivots that have changed their lives for the better. This season, we’re focusing on why women pivot and the nonlinear paths that women often take. Because…drumroll please…I pivoted again. Last fall, I dove back into politics—my once-abandoned career—joining the Kamala Harris presidential campaign. It led me to working full-time in my old field, living in a swing state, away from my family, and working around the clock. And, despite the outcome, I loved it. I had doubts about whether I could still do it, now as a mother of three, and stepping back into that world felt like whiplash and familiar all at the same time. Now, I’m entering this season in a different headspace. The world feels different, but I keep coming back to the importance of sharing these incredible stories.
