James Hodgkins enters the mind meld! In this one, we dive into one of the strangest and most controversial dimensions of the UFO world — The alleged use of psionic assets in NHI contact, intelligence gathering, and even crash-retrieval operations.

The patchiest of all meteor showers will be at its best tomorrow night. Unfortunately, this is one of its off years. At best, it might produce a dozen or so “shooting stars” per hour. Over the past two centuries, though, the Leonids have produced some amazing outbursts. The first of these came in 1833. Skywatchers in parts of America reported rates of a hundred thousand meteors per hour – not a shower, but a storm. The nature of meteor showers was unknown at the time, so many saw the outburst as the end of the world. The Leonids flare to life when Earth crosses the path of Comet Tempel-Tuttle. The comet passes close to the Sun every 33 years or so. It sheds tons of material on each pass – tiny bits of rock and dirt. Each cloud of debris spreads out and forms its own stream. A shower takes place when Earth flies through one of the streams. Newer streams are denser, so they produce more intense displays. Those streams congregate near the comet, so the outbursts occur when the comet is close to the Sun. The last outburst came in the early 2000s. And Earth probably won’t pass through another storm-producing stream until the end of the century – leaving us with meager displays of the Leonids. To see this year’s display, find a safe viewing site away from city lights. The meteors can appear anywhere in the sky, so you don’t need to look in a particular direction to see them. “Magic” Mike Battista, a former Green Beret and member of UFO whistleblower Jake Barber's Skywatcher organization, told NewsNation's Ross Coulthart during a podcast that premiered Thursday that an NHI craft landed in his Missouri backyard in 2023. The names of the stars are a cultural mash-up. The names come from Greek, Latin, Arabic, and other cultures. And some names combine words from different languages. Two examples are the stars Tania Borealis and Tania Australis. “Tania” comes from an Arabic phrase that means “the second.” Borealis and Australis come from Latin, and mean northern and southern. Combined, the stars represent the second leap of the gazelle – a bit of skylore from Arabia. Skywatchers there saw three close pairs of stars as the leaps of a gazelle. All three pairs are at the edge of the modern constellation Ursa Major, the great bear. The “Tanias” are above the stars that form the outer edge of the dipper’s bowl. Tania Borealis is a single star that’s a good bit bigger, brighter, and heavier than the Sun. It’s at the end of the prime phase of life, so it’s undergoing big changes in its core. That’s causing its outer layers to begin to puff up to giant proportions. Tania Australis is a binary – two stars bound together by their mutual gravitational pull. One of the stars is similar to the Sun. The other is more than six times the Sun’s mass, and it’s already reached the “giant” phase of life. It’s puffed up to about 75 times the Sun’s diameter, and it shines about a thousand times brighter. So Tania Australis looks a bit more impressive than its northern cousin – the brighter half of the second leap of the gazelle. Script by Damond Benningfield

In 2004, an incident involving an unidentified aerospace vehicle encountered by personnel serving aboard the USS Nimitz carrier strike group off the Baja California coast gave rise to one of the most widely-discussed UAP incidents in modern history.
