On December 5, 1945, five US Navy Avenger torpedo-bombers vanished from the face of the Earth without a trace. A search and rescue Mariner flying boat also vanished. No wreckage or debris has ever been found, and 27 lives were lost. What might have happened? Was it all just pilot error? Was it all attributable to equipment malfunction? Did the squadron leader panic and doom himself and his colleagues to their fate? Or was something anomalous involved? The guys take a deep dive into this fascinating event and explore the possibilities, including rogue waves, government cover-ups, the similarities between Flight 19 and two other very odd vanishings in the Triangle, and the fact that one of the most active USO hotspots in the world just so happens to pretty much span one of the legs of the Triangle. This is so hard to imagine, but humanity is at a time where we can take a leap in consciousness and understand that this may be a possibility. Our guest today is the esteemed civil rights attorney, Daniel Sheehan. Daniel is Harvard-educated and has worked on high-profile cases such as the Karen Silkwood case and Iran Contra civil case. He is also at the forefront of the unidentified anomalous phenomena (UAP) Disclosure movement which aims to bring transparency to this phenomenon. He is also the founder of the New Paradigm Institute and the Romero Institute, dedicated to social and environmental justice.   Today Danny talks about the direct link between spirituality and consciousness. When confronted by challenges, we can turn to spirituality. When we see how incredibly vast our universe really is, it's easier to imagine that we are not alone. There are different dimensions and different realities. We have limited understanding, but by opening up to exploration, and especially by learning from indigenous peoples, we can broaden our perspectives. As a civil rights attorney, Daniel has done  a lot of work with the Lakota people. He explains how they believe they come from the Pleiades in their spiritual tradition. This is a specific constellation visible to us.  They believe they have had a lot of encounters with Star People. The Shamans receive messages which they share within their community. We have evidence of tens of thousands of people having these encounters around the world. Now science is studying this phenomenon, and our government is investigating these incidents. Our worldviews depend on whether we view them as a threat, or as spiritual, enlightened beings. We are in a period right now where more people are open to this information. It may help us to answer profound questions – it may be a threat, or it may be an opportunity. We have Free Will and we can explore and determine our own answers. In 2009 it became for awhile the biggest viral video in the world and was covered on CNN, ABC, NBC, Aftenblatt Sweden etc. he got into a public spat with the Raleigh NC department of water and power over what 'the blob' really was and it became an international story with Ryan at the center of it. Its still never been truly solved, and I still get millions of views a year on his youtube channel over it. Flying Saucers cafe was still pretty new at the time the video went bonkers, and he was investigating claims of the unexplained with UFORadar (as he has for decades)... so he became quite internet famous and ended up with a TV show that launched but never aired called Strange Brew.Flying Saucers became Santa Monicas HQ for all sorts of weird stuff, and a google search will reveal that it became the cool place to go for celebrities that were interested in bigfoot/UFOs/ESP etc.. so there are some funny media stories of Ryan and them hanging out in a safe zone of weird stuff. Fast forward a few years and Ryan got obsessed with ocean based tic tac UAP and has his UFO Theory of Everything that he's screaming from the rooftops: that these craft are indeed ocean based Von Neumann machines and not what we thought.
