In this episode Anita talks about her work as an Animal Communicator, when trying to locate the lost, missing or stolen animal. This is such a painfully difficult time for anyone who is or has suffered this type of loss of their beloved animal. It is always heart-wrenching when we lose an animal, but when we do not know what has happened to them, makes the pain even more unbearable.Days, months, years can go by and we can still continue to worry as to whether they still are alive.Animals that are lost/missing or possibly stolen will not be thinking, feeling or behaving as they would do in their normal familiar surroundings, for obvious reasons. The information can become very foggy, because the mind of the animal is all over the place. It is very important when communicating with a lost animal to keep expectations real and that the distressed human is not led with false hope.Because the reason around why the animal is lost or missing, is not always straightforward. Is the animal stolen?Does the animal want to be found? Is the animal still alive?Working in this area of animal communication can be very time consuming, but also very rewarding when the animal is located and reunited with their human!

There's been a big movement in recent years towards going sober. Maybe we've recognised that our habits haven't been serving us that well, or we've seen the positive effect it's had on others and want in on the action ourselves. While it's made it easier for women to both recognise and address their drinking, there is still some taboo around this subject.  In today's episode, my guest is a Sober Coach, Rhian Williams. She's a recovering alcoholic and she is going to share her experience of giving up the alcohol, as well as give us some tips on starting that journey. What You Will Learn in This Episode: - The signs to look out for to know that you've tipped over from having a few drinks to something that's becoming a problem - How to start taking back control of your drinking - What you can expect when you ask for help - The importance of being accountable to someone about drinking - How we can support ourselves through this process in the best possible way - The changes you can expect in your life if you give up drinking Having other people around who can support you on your journey to giving up the alcohol is priceless. Whether you're just feeling the need to cut back or you suspect that you might need to give up drinking altogether, the support is out there for you and you are not alone. In Heather's Own Words:Walking is my passion; coaching is my calling and by combining these great loves, I get to take women on transformational walking experiences giving them the space and time to rediscover and reconnect with themselves. As a Camino Leader and Expert, I feel that when walking and coaching are combined, that’s where the magic truly happens!“Heather prepares and encourages you every step of the way” Deborah KevinI’m passionate about inspiring women to make positive changes in their lives through conversation especially those who have challenges in their personal and working lives. For eg, redundancy, career change, business growth, medical challenges, divorce or may have just reached some crossroads in their lives. Together we can shape, co-create, redesign lifestyles they truly want – all done through walking and talking.I run several walking-related experiences for small groups as well as individuals. Even my online programs involve walking as a way of thinking through issues in a pragmatic way.I work with women who live busy and often stressed lives – always available to everyone else except themselves and rarely take time out just to be. As we get older and live longer, I’m sure like me, you’d like to do more and still play an active role in your life. That means investing in us, our health, wellbeing and longevity. Walking is a great way to do this.If this sounds like you, let’s chat & see how you might benefit from my unique walking and talking coaching service.Walking with you means that as much as I’m not walking in your shoes, I’m not too far from the journey you are making because I’m always by your side.MY OTHER PASSIONSWhen I’m not working, I love traveling & exploring. He's an incredible guy that has done a lot of work on himself and fortunately for us he's out there helping other people get the best out of themselves. Now you could think a high-performance coach would be all about goal execution and winning. Matt wants the people he works with to live a life of fulfilment. No question there, but it's his holistic approach to performance for people to get the best out of themselves that is where I found Matt sets himself apart.I loved this interview, and I hope you do too. Don't forget to jump in the comment section for your thoughts and takeaways on this episode. In this episode, some of what Matt covers is:The importance of going inward and getting to know ourselves before being in the pursuit of any external goals. The impact a regular Kelee meditation practice has had on his life. How everything in life either adds or subtracts to our best life. What are we adding?Fear conditioning and how that drives so many of us without realising and how to be free of it.Matt explains how it's not always about achieving the outcome, but how we respond to results that differ from what we had in mind. The importance that our external environment is a loving, healthy and nurturing environment, and he also offers some great advice on how to create that environment.Links:WebsiteInstagram
