After four years of selling my signature offer on evergreen, I made the risky decision to switch to a campaign model and it completely transformed my business. I'm sharing exactly why I abandoned the "always available" approach (even though it served me well) and moved to exclusive, time-limited campaigns for The Rebrand Experience. The truth is, I felt completely capped on evergreen. I was repeating the same revenue numbers year after year despite working harder and creating more content. I was tired of selling the same thing every single day just to hit three-quarters of my revenue goals, with no space to introduce new offers or experiment with different strategies. The switch wasn't easy, and it definitely wasn't without risk. I had to completely restructure our delivery systems to handle 12 clients in 30 days instead of spreading them across a full year. I had to create backup financial plans in case the campaigns flopped. Most importantly, I had to stick to my word about exclusivity, even if it meant potentially leaving money on the table by not reverting to evergreen pricing between campaigns. But here's what I learned: evergreen taught me everything I needed to know about my ideal client, messaging, and objections before I ever launched. Those four years of selling without urgency forced me to get incredibly sharp with my positioning. When I finally did launch, I had two back-to-back six-figure campaigns because the foundation was rock solid. Now I have six months of runway to experiment with new offers, expand my marketing, and plan strategically for 2026 - something I never had when I was selling the same offer 365 days a year. Your business might be growing! But if your brand isn't growing with you, you're leaving money on the table. In this conversation with Ceels Lockley, offer strategist and business mentor for female and non-binary service providers, we dive deep into her complete rebrand transformation. She went from a safe, neutral brand that felt like "a bit of a front" to a bold, festival-themed identity that perfectly captures who she really is. The journey wasn't without challenges. Ceels experienced what she calls a "full-on identity crisis" during the four-month rebrand process. She experienced a complete disconnect from her current brand while waiting for the new one to come to life. But this discomfort became the catalyst for elevating everything in her business. She overhauled her offers and raised her prices to match her new premium positioning. The results speak for themselves: her first launch with the new brand became her most successful yet, and she's since been able to create new offers in just days rather than weeks. By switching from a patchwork approach to a comprehensive rebrand, Seals gained not just beautiful visuals, but a strategic foundation that works as her 24/7 salesperson and supports her goal of helping service providers stop undercharging for their expertise. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why "patch-up jobs" with design eventually stop working as your business grows • How to navigate the identity crisis that often comes during a rebrand process • The difference between DIY branding and strategic brand positioning • Why comprehensive rebrands outperform piecemeal creative solutions • How the right brand foundation makes creating new offers exponentially easier Connect with Ceels: Website Sold Out Offers Podcast Instagram Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your DIY brand might have gotten you this far, but it's probably holding you back from the clients and revenue you actually want. In this revealing conversation with Sabatini Ferdinand (Saba), founder of Her Support System, we dive deep into the complete business transformation that came with her Rebrand Experience. After years of patching together different elements from a WordPress, Saba realized her brand looked exactly too DIY to represent the true nature of her business. The transformation went far beyond new visuals. She had two separate entities that she wanted to combine under one umbrella. She was already running an agency but it wasn't clearly positioned as such - clients knew there had to be a team but "they were hiding behind me" The rebrand included a complete platform migration to Showit, strategic messaging that positioned her team as the support system for scaling businesses, and a website that finally functioned as her 24/7 salesperson rather than just a digital business card. The results speak for themselves: Saba booked out her agency before the rebrand even launched, hit her soft launch goal of 10 people in just days, and now receives inquiries from prospects who've already reviewed her website and understand her services. Most importantly, she gained the confidence to charge premium rates while having a brand that matches the caliber of clients she serves - including one client who's crossed her second million-dollar mark while working with Saba's team. Your website should be making sales while you sleep, but instead it's probably costing you premium clients. After reviewing intake forms from our recent Rebrand Experience clients, I discovered a pattern: most entrepreneurs come to us treating their websites like outdated resumes instead of powerful sales tools. Whether they had websites they never updated, couldn't use, or simple one-pagers with minimal information, they were missing out on their most valuable 24/7 marketing asset. The difference between a website that generates six figures and one that sits collecting digital dust comes down to answering three critical buyer questions: Why this offer? Why you? Why now? Your website shouldn't just showcase what you do - it should actively sell on your behalf, qualify leads, overcome objections, and guide visitors toward conversion, even when you're not actively promoting. In this episode, I break down the framework we use in our Rebrand Experience to create websites that convert cold leads into premium clients. From strategic positioning that aligns your visuals with your expertise, to storytelling that showcases what makes your approach unique, to conversion-optimized layouts that keep visitors engaged, you'll learn why your current website might be turning away qualified prospects and how to transform it into your most powerful sales asset. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why treating your website like a resume is costing you six-figure opportunities • The three core buyer questions every high-converting website must answer • How to align your brand visuals with your premium price point • The difference between content strategy and website copy (and why most people confuse them) • Why conversion-optimized layout matters more than pretty design Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your brand isn't just about pretty colors and a new website. It's the foundation for your next million-dollar evolution. In this conversation with Dielle Charon, founder of The 23%, we take you behind the scenes of her complete business transformation from personal brand to community-focused powerhouse. Dielle knew she wanted more depth, more community focus, and a brand that could support her vision of creating a $10 million company. What she didn't expect was how the rebrand process itself would transform her identity as a business owner. Rather than micromanaging creative decisions, she trusted the process. She allowed Highflier Powerhouse to translate her business goals into strategic design choices. From the brand new business name to a new color palette, every element was intentionally crafted to support her future growth. The rebrand culminated in an emotional reveal at her live event, where clients opened gift boxes containing the new brand name - The 23%, representing the percentage of businesses owned by women of color. This strategic shift has already enabled Dielle to launch a membership, plan her first summit, create a merchandise shop, and set a billion-dollar client sales goal. As she puts it, "I have a completely different business now, and that's exactly what I wanted." Prefer to read the full blog? Check it out here! Your photo shoot planning shouldn't take months! I pulled mine together in just four days without any stress. In this final episode of our mindset mini-series, I tackle the logistics drama that often surrounds brand photography. While many entrepreneurs believe they need to block off weeks or even months to plan a successful shoot, I'm sharing how I followed the exact same process we use for our Rebrand Experience clients to execute a seamless photo shoot in less than a week - all while managing client work and attending a conference. The key difference between overwhelming photo shoots and routine ones lies in having a clear framework. Our process includes a comprehensive photo brief, photographer selection based on specific criteria, location sourcing, shot lists, outfit suggestions, and styling support. By breaking the planning into manageable steps with clear expectations, what seems daunting becomes surprisingly straightforward. Most importantly, a rushed shoot with a clear vision will always outperform a long-planned one filled with indecision. The mindset around photo shoots is 80% of the labor - when you approach them as routine marketing activities rather than high-pressure events, the logistics fall into place naturally. In our Rebrand Experience, we handle these details for you, allowing you to focus on showing up as your best self. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • How to plan a professional photo shoot in just days, not months • Why clear direction matters more than perfect preparation • The exact process we use with clients to eliminate photo shoot stress • How to avoid the perfectionist trap that complicates photo planning • Why treating photo shoots as routine marketing activities transforms the experience Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your photo shoot is where your internal identity finally meets your external reality, transforming how you see yourself as a business owner. In this second episode of our mindset mini-series, I explore why professional brand photography is about so much more than getting marketing assets. When done right, your photo shoot becomes a transformational experience where you literally become your brand in the room. This identity shift happens before you even see the final images, as you step into the CEO energy you've been trying to embody all along. The truth is, many entrepreneurs delay photo shoots due to insecurities about weight, skin, hair, or overall appearance. Having guided countless clients through this process (and navigated my own insecurities), I can assure you that these concerns are normal but shouldn't stop you from capturing your current business era. Your audience isn't scrutinizing your appearance, they're connecting with your energy and the overall brand experience you're creating. You'll learn why your brand photos aren't about your body but about your energy, expertise, and the transformation you provide. This mindset shift will help you approach your next photo shoot as an opportunity to step into your next-level identity rather than a source of stress or anxiety. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why photo shoots are identity shifting exercises, not just marketing activities • How to show up confidently even when you're not feeling your best • The difference between how you see yourself and how clients perceive you • Why delaying photos until you're "perfect" limits your business growth • How our Rebrand Experience supports you through the entire photo process Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your brand photo shoot doesn't have to be a big ordeal, unless you make it one. In this first episode of a special mindset mini-series, I dive into why brand photo shoots often feel so daunting and how to shift your perspective. Whether you've never done a professional shoot before, or you've had a negative experience in the past, I'll help you understand why photo shoots are simply a marketing activity and identity exercise - not the high-stakes event you might be imagining. The truth is, the more routine photo shoots become in your business, the less overwhelming they feel. As part of our Rebrand Experience campaign, we've guided countless clients through this process, providing support with everything from vision development to photographer communication. Our approach ensures you're set up for success regardless of your previous experience with professional photography. In this episode, I break down common mindset traps around photo shoots and explain why confidence isn't something you need before the camera, it's something that gets built right in front of it. This is just the first part of our three-part series, with upcoming episodes focusing on becoming the brand on set and navigating photo shoot logistics. In this episode, we're chatting about: • Why photo shoots are simply marketing activities, not high-pressure events • How to overcome the "I'm not ready yet" mindset trap • The difference between our guided photo experience and DIY approaches • Why your rebrand photo shoot is an opening opportunity for future visual content • How to show up as your next-level CEO identity during your shoot Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your ideal clients shouldn't be shopping around. They should see you as the only option from the moment they discover you. In this strategic episode, I break down what it truly means to be the "only option" in your niche and why it's not about being the best in a crowded market. The difference between being seen and being visible is crucial: one is passive and reactive, while the other actively positions you as the clear choice for your ideal clients. This positioning is what's allowed my agency to grow through client loyalty, referrals, and cold lead conversions without needing a massive audience. The symptoms of a replaceable brand are clear: you're still educating people on why they need your service, your visuals look like everyone else in your industry, and you're attracting clients who question your value despite your experience and results. A rebrand isn't just a visual glow-up - it's a powerful perception tool that communicates your value in the first five seconds someone encounters your brand, especially to cold leads who haven't been following you for years. I share the three essential shifts needed to position yourself as the only option: reputation-led positioning that builds your brand around who you are rather than just what you sell; visuals that match your value and eliminate basic objections; and a content strategy that pre-sells people on your unique approach. These elements work together to create a brand that grows with you, attracts premium clients, and positions you as the clear choice in your niche. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • The crucial difference between being seen (passive) and being visible (active) • Why high-ticket buyers make visual decisions in seconds • How outdated visuals create unnecessary objections that cost you sales • The three shifts needed to position yourself as the only option • Why your website is still your most powerful conversion tool Ready to become the only option in your niche for your buyers? Your recycled launch content is costing you premium clients, even if you think it's working. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've identified four clear signs that indicate it's time to reposition your brand for increased revenue. Whether you're experiencing stagnant sales, feeling disconnected from your audience, or preparing to launch new offerings, these indicators reveal when your current branding no longer aligns with where your business is headed. The first sign appears when you're looking to expand or pivot your niche - your visuals need to evolve alongside your messaging to create the right impact. The second sign is stagnant or declining sales, where you're working twice as hard but not seeing proportional results because your visuals don't reflect your current level of expertise. The third indicator is a neglected or disengaged community, often resulting from outdated visuals that fail to capture attention. Finally, if you're creating new offers or repositioning existing ones, a rebrand ensures your visual identity supports your evolution. In this episode, I break down our comprehensive Rebrand Experience process, which includes brand design, content strategy, photo creative direction, and website design - all the elements needed to reposition your business for increased revenue. Whether you're feeling stuck with your current branding or preparing for significant business growth, you'll learn why strategic visual identity is crucial for connecting with premium clients and commanding higher prices. In this episode, we're chatting about: • The four clear signs that indicate it's time to rebrand your business • Why visual branding needs to evolve alongside your business growth • How outdated visuals create objections that cost you sales • The complete framework for a successful rebrand experience • Why patchwork design solutions often lead to disappointing results Connect with me: Website Join our email list! You don't need more opinions. You need a stronger relationship with your vision. In this coaching-focused episode, I dive deep into the concept of "visionary accountability" - the delicate balance between owning your creative direction and leveraging expert guidance. Whether you're working with coaches or hiring done-for-you services, many entrepreneurs find themselves caught in a frustrating cycle: asking for direction, then feeling disconnected from the advice they receive, ultimately losing trust in both the expert and themselves. The truth is, both extremes are problematic. Too much coaching keeps you in an endless loop of seeking clarity and validation, while too much done-for-you service makes you a passive participant in your own brand. The most successful client relationships happen in the collaborative middle ground, where you bring your vision and experts help bring it to life. Not where you abandon your instincts or micromanage every detail. In this episode, I break down how to build visionary accountability in your business, including how to make the most of coaching relationships, how to collaborate effectively with service providers, and most importantly, how to strengthen your relationship with your own intuition. Whether you're investing in coaching, done-for-you services, or both, you'll learn how to stay in the driver's seat of your business while maximizing the value of expert support. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • How to recognize when you're outsourcing your instincts for approval • The crucial difference between coaching and done-for-you services • Why the best client-provider relationships are collaborative, not passive • How to make aligned decisions even when they're unpopular • Practical ways to strengthen your self-trust while working with experts Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your marketing shouldn't be a surprise. Yet, most entrepreneurs wait until it's too late to evaluate what's not working. As we approach a new quarter, it's the perfect time to reflect on your current marketing strategy and performance. Instead of waiting six months or even a year to assess what's working, successful entrepreneurs use a strategic quarterly review process to identify patterns, make adjustments, and double down on what's generating results. The key to an effective marketing audit lies in asking the right questions: Has your audience grown? Did you take advantage of visibility opportunities? How did your launches perform? What was your capacity like during implementation? By examining both the numbers and your experience, you can identify exactly what needs to change - whether it's your content schedule, platform strategy, or overall marketing approach. In this episode, I break down my exact process for conducting a quarterly marketing audit, including how to analyze past performance, set realistic goals, and create a clear plan for the next 90 days. Whether you're feeling stuck with your current results or looking to build on recent success, you'll learn how to use data and reflection to create a marketing strategy that drives consistent growth. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why waiting six months to evaluate your marketing is costing you opportunities • How to identify which marketing activities are actually driving results • The crucial difference between sales metrics and marketing metrics • Why your content frequency matters less than your strategic approach • How to set realistic marketing goals for the next quarter Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your small audience isn't a limitation, it's your greatest advantage for creating deep connection and driving sales. As someone who's built a thriving business with a modest following, I've discovered that campaign success isn't about audience size, it's about strategic re-engagement. Most entrepreneurs with small audiences make the critical mistake of recycling the same visuals, copy, and strategies, then wonder why their audience seems burnt out. The truth is, your audience isn't tired of buying from you; they're tired of seeing the same marketing approach. The key to transforming your small audience into engaged buyers lies in creating exclusive, limited-time experiences that feel custom-designed for this specific moment. By treating your campaigns with the same creative energy you'd give to a massive launch, you signal to your audience that they're valued. This means developing fresh visuals, implementing creative content series, and creating campaign-specific elements that make each offer feel new and exciting. In this episode, I break down exactly how to leverage your small audience for maximum impact, including practical strategies for re-engagement periods, visual reinvention, and creating exclusive campaign experiences. You'll learn why your creative blocks are actually revenue generators, how to stay fresh without burning out, and why your small audience deserves the same strategic attention as a much larger one. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why a small audience means bigger trust and attention (and how to leverage it) • How to visually reinvent your offer without changing the core product • The power of dedicated re-engagement periods before campaigns • Why creative content series outperform educational ones for engagement • How to maintain relevancy between launches without constant selling Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your high-ticket and low-ticket offers need completely different marketing strategies, but most entrepreneurs are treating them exactly the same. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've mastered the art of marketing both premium services like our $15,000 Rebrand Experience and more accessible offers like our $2,000 Sales Studio. The key difference? High-ticket buyers make decisions based on trust in you as the expert, alignment with your values, and confidence in the experience, while low-ticket buyers focus on clarity, immediacy, and ease of entry. Your content strategy needs to reflect these fundamental differences. For high-ticket offers, focus on slow burning storytelling that showcases your thought leadership, behind-the-scenes processes, and personal brand. For low-ticket offers, create content that emphasizes intrigue, impulse, and bold transformation language that gets straight to the point. In this episode, I break down exactly how to position your personal brand to sell both types of offers successfully. You'll learn how to create sales pages that convert for different price points, develop visual strategies that align with each offer's positioning, and build a multidimensional brand that attracts both premium clients and volume buyers. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why high-ticket buyers need different content than low-ticket buyers • How to structure sales pages for different price points • The visual strategy that works for premium versus accessible offers • Why your personal brand needs to be multidimensional • How to identify if your marketing is misaligned with your offer Connect with me: Website Join our email list! If you're exhausted by your marketing campaigns, you're probably falling into the trap of "Hail Mary marketing" without even realizing it. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've identified a pattern that's burning out entrepreneurs and sabotaging their sales: marketing that positions your offer as the last hope for everyone. This desperate approach not only exhausts you but attracts the wrong clients who expect your offer to save them from everything. The real problem isn't that you're launching too frequently, it's how you're approaching those launches. When you're tired, you get lazy with creativity and start making dramatic claims, promising your offer will fix everything for everyone. This creates short-term spikes but long-term disengagement as your audience stops trusting your urgency. In this episode, I break down how to create sustainable, creative, and profitable campaigns that don't drain your energy. You'll learn how to rotate marketing styles, leverage pre-selling content, and build momentum between launches. Plus, discover how our Sales Studio can help you delegate your marketing assets so you can focus on what matters most: being creative and making sales. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why "Hail Mary marketing" is burning you out and attracting problem clients • How to rotate marketing styles to keep your audience engaged • The power of pre-selling content to warm up your buyers • Why your pre-launch period is draining your creative energy • How to build momentum between launches for sustainable growth Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your personal brand isn't just about being authentic - it's about being marketable. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've developed a strategic framework for personal branding that goes far beyond basic aesthetics or sharing personal stories. Through four key content categories and core brand stories, we help clients create a personal brand that's both sustainable and profitable. The framework starts with identifying your content pillars, A.K.A: areas you're genuinely passionate about, skilled in, and want to be known for. For me, these include campaign marketing, agency building, design strategy, and aesthetic lifestyle. But the real power comes from aligning these categories with your values and core stories, creating a brand that's impossible to copy. In this episode, I break down my exact process for defining and developing a personal brand, including how to identify your content categories, craft your core stories, and create a brand persona that converts. Whether you're starting from scratch or ready to elevate your existing brand, you'll learn how to create a personal brand that's both authentic and strategically positioned for growth. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • The four content categories that define a strong personal brand • Why authenticity alone isn't enough for brand success • How to craft core stories that connect and convert • The difference between sharing your life and building a brand • Strategic frameworks for sustainable personal branding Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your perfectionism isn't making your marketing better, it's making you miss opportunities. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've noticed a common pattern among clients: they're spending too much time overthinking creative decisions and not enough time ideating new possibilities. The truth is, creativity doesn't have to be slow, and quick decisions often lead to better results than endless refinement. Instead of giving yourself months to make creative choices, try setting strict deadlines and trusting your instincts. When you have five months to make a decision, you'll take five months. But when you have five days, you'll be amazed at how quickly your brain adapts and produces results. The key is shifting from execution mode to ideation mode, dedicating specific time for creative thinking rather than endless tweaking. In this episode, I break down how to make faster creative decisions without sacrificing quality, including practical exercises like lightning rounds and three-try limits. Whether you're struggling with content creation, launch planning, or general marketing decisions, you'll learn how to leverage creativity as a catalyst for action rather than a barrier to progress. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why creativity should speed up your progress, not slow it down • How to use time constraints to boost creative decision-making • The crucial difference between ideation and execution time • Practical exercises for faster creative thinking • Why your best ideas often come from quick decisions Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your content creation process shouldn't take hours. And if it does, you're doing it wrong. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've mastered the art of creating converting content quickly. The secret lies in understanding which part of your process is actually slowing you down: ideation, creation, design, or scheduling. Once you identify the bottleneck, you can implement specific strategies to streamline that phase. Most entrepreneurs struggle with content because they're trying to ideate, create, and design all at once. Instead, I recommend separating these tasks into distinct phases and batching similar activities. For example, ideation should happen when you're fresh and creative, while design and scheduling can happen later with support from our Sales Studio team. In this episode, I break down exactly how to assess your content creation process and make it more efficient without sacrificing quality. Whether you're a busy parent, managing multiple businesses, or just tired of spending hours on content, you'll learn practical strategies for creating converting content fast. In this episode, we're chatting about: • The four phases of content creation and how to optimize each one • Why batching similar tasks leads to better, faster content • How to create a sustainable content calendar that actually works • The power of having clear content categories and formats • Practical tools for cutting your content creation time in half Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your recycled content and repetitive sales pitches have trained your audience to ignore you - but it's not too late to turn things around. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've mastered the art of re-engaging dead social media accounts. The truth is, most entrepreneurs don't need to start over on a new platform or create more content. They need a strategic approach to winning back their audience's attention through creative, exclusive content that sparks curiosity. Through our proven 30-day re-engagement framework, we help clients transform their social media from ghost towns into thriving communities. The key isn't posting more frequently. It's about saying yes to creative ideas, creating platform-exclusive content, and mastering the art of subtle selling instead of constant direct pitches. In this episode, I break down exactly how to revive your social media account, including when to stay versus start over, how to create content that re-engages your audience, and why your CTAs need variety. Plus, learn about our newest offer, Sales Studio, where we provide done-for-you design, content classes, and short-form video editing to help you bridge the gap between marketing strategy and execution. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • The four questions to ask before abandoning your current platform • Why your audience stopped engaging (and how to win them back) • How to create 30 days of fresh, engaging content • The power of platform-exclusive content for re-engagement • Strategic CTAs that spark curiosity and drive action Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your love-hate relationship with social media is costing you more opportunities than you realize. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency that built its success through Instagram, I've watched countless entrepreneurs try to escape social media marketing. The truth is, if you're planning to run an online business, you need to work through your thoughts about marketing yourself online - because the platform changes won't stop with Instagram. Whether it's FTC regulations affecting email marketing, YouTube algorithm updates, or LinkedIn's latest features, there's always going to be the "next big thing" in social media. The key isn't to fight it or hate it - it's to choose your hard and love your hard. After making multiple six figures from Instagram without a huge following, I've learned that success comes from understanding what your current audience wants and strategically attracting new people. In this episode, I break down why you actually hate social media and how to shift your perspective to see it as an opportunity rather than a burden. You'll learn practical strategies for overcoming burnout, creating sustainable content, and building a platform that serves your business rather than drains your energy. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why your hate for social media is deeper than algorithm changes • How to identify the root cause of your social media burnout • The three essential elements every marketing platform needs • Why switching platforms won't solve your underlying issues • Practical steps to make social media work for your business, not against it Connect with me: Website Join our email list! We just generated the same revenue in one campaign that we made all of last year and I'm sharing exactly how we did it. After years of running our signature Rebrand Experience as an evergreen offer, we decided to shift to a campaign model for 2025. The results were incredible: a six-figure campaign, nearly 100 registrants for our free training, and more qualified leads than ever before, all with an email list of just 400 people and 2,500 Instagram followers. The secret wasn't in creating more content. It was in creating strategic exclusivity. By focusing on re-engaging our existing audience, offering campaign-only perks (including covered photoshoot costs), and maintaining different content strategies across platforms, we created genuine urgency that converted cold leads into excited clients. In this behind-the-scenes episode, I break down our entire campaign strategy, from pre-launch engagement to sales call success rates. Whether you're considering shifting to a campaign model or just want to understand how to create real urgency in your marketing, you'll learn exactly what worked, what didn't, and what we're changing for next time. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • How we re-engaged our audience before launching the campaign • Why website optimization was crucial for converting cold leads • The exact email strategy that drove consistent sales • How we structured our campaign-only perks for maximum impact • Key lessons learned for future campaign planning Connect with me: Website Join our email list! People want to love watching you sell. But your current marketing strategy might just be turning them off! As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've mastered the art of subtle selling. So today, we're chatting about a strategy that makes your audience feel entertained and educated while they're being sold to. In 2025, direct selling isn't just boring; it's ineffective. Everyone's become a salesperson, from TikTok creators to Instagram influencers, which means your audience is more sophisticated than ever at recognizing (and scrolling past) obvious sales tactics. The secret lies in showcasing your expertise, creating strategic suggestions, and sparking curiosity in ways that feel natural and engaging. It's like quiet luxury. Your audience knows it's premium, but it doesn't need logos plastered everywhere to prove it. This approach turns audience members into clients and keeps them engaged even after they've bought from you. In this episode, I break down the four-step framework for mastering subtle selling across all platforms. Whether you're struggling with engagement on Threads, feeling salesy in your stories, or just ready to elevate your marketing strategy, you'll learn how to sell in a way that makes your audience want to keep watching. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why traditional direct selling won't work in 2025 • The four-step framework for subtle selling that converts • How to showcase your expertise without being pushy • Why your CTA doesn't always need to be a sales link • Practical examples of subtle selling across different platforms Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your outdated brand photos and DIY website are deleting opportunities before they even reach your inbox. In this special episode, I'm sharing four powerful client stories that demonstrate exactly why strategic branding transforms businesses. From Holly's $115K launch to Maria's fully-booked premium offers, these success stories prove that professional branding isn't just about looking polished - it's about converting high-ticket clients. The truth is, most entrepreneurs are still using photos from three years ago, recycling the same content, and wondering why their marketing isn't working. Our Rebrand Experience clients have discovered that strategic visual branding doesn't just elevate your image, it fundamentally changes how clients perceive, engage with, and buy from your business. For a limited time, we're offering $3,000 off our signature Rebrand Experience, plus including professional photo shoot costs (a first-time offer). If you're ready to stop losing premium clients to poor branding and position yourself as the only choice in your industry, this episode will show you exactly how our framework creates lasting results. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why DIY branding is costing you high-ticket clients • How strategic photos and websites double launch revenue • The three pillars of a premium brand that converts • 4 client case studies that prove the power of rebranding • Why 2025 success requires more than just good content Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your recycled launch content is costing you premium clients, even if you think it's working.
Professional photos aren't just about looking polished - they're about making more money in your business. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've watched countless entrepreneurs try to cut corners with iPhone selfies and basic stock photos. While everyone's focused on creating reels and short-form content, they're missing a crucial truth: strategic brand photography is what separates six-figure businesses from seven-figure ones. Think about it: Skims doesn't use the same five photos all year, even though they're selling the same products. Beyoncé didn't announce Cowboy Carter with Renaissance photos. Your visual strategy needs to evolve with your business growth, and that means investing in professional photography that aligns with your current positioning, not who you were two years ago. In this episode, I break down exactly why professional photos matter more than ever in 2025, how often you should be updating them, and how to make them work harder for your marketing. Whether you're launching new offers or repositioning your brand, you'll learn how to use strategic photography to attract premium clients and double your launch revenue. In today's episode, we're chatting about: • Why DIY photos are costing you high-ticket clients (even if your content is great) • How to make one photoshoot work for multiple marketing campaigns • The crucial difference between basic brand photos and strategic visual assets • Why your old photos might be sending the wrong message to potential clients • How to plan a photoshoot that actually drives sales and conversions Ready to be the only option in your niche? Your website should be making sales while you sleep. But if you're putting your website on the backburner, it's probably costing you premium clients. As the founder of a seven-figure design agency, I've watched countless businesses struggle with outdated websites or rely too heavily on social media. The truth is, your Instagram content alone isn't enough - especially if you're targeting high-ticket clients who need more context before making a buying decision. I've seen firsthand how a strategic website can transform your marketing efforts. Our clients are booking sales calls with better-qualified leads, spending less time explaining basic service details, and converting customers even during vacation breaks. The key isn't just having a website - it's about creating a digital home that works as your 24/7 salesperson. In this episode, I break down exactly how to make your website your most powerful marketing asset in 2025. From strategic layouts to content planning, you'll learn why basic landing pages aren't enough and how to create a website that actually converts your ideal clients. In today's episode, we're chatting about: Why Link Trees and basic landing pages are costing you premium clients How to structure your website to pre-qualify leads before sales calls The crucial difference between website content and social media content Why your website should be your first point of contact (not Instagram) Strategic layouts that guide visitors toward conversion Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Your brand's success in 2025 depends on knowing exactly when to pivot and reposition. After years of helping clients transform their businesses through strategic rebranding, I've identified four clear indicators that it's time for a change. Most business owners overlook these critical signs until their revenue takes a serious hit. These warning signals include an outdated niche, stagnant sales, and a disconnected community. But how can you actually pinpoint "an outdated niche" as the root of the problem? With people coming at business owners from all sides with "solutions," it can be hard to decipher what problem we need to tackle first. This episode will help you get to the heart of your low or stagnant revenue. Our Rebrand Experience clients have consistently proven that strategic repositioning goes far beyond surface-level design updates. By aligning their visual identity, messaging, and marketing strategy with their new direction, they've doubled launch revenues and created additional six-figure income streams. In this episode, I'm breaking down the exact signs to watch for and sharing how to time your repositioning for maximum impact. Whether you're launching new offerings or feeling stuck in your current marketing approach, you'll learn why early adaptation always pays off in business growth. In today's episode, we're chatting about: Why changing your niche isn't just about your "I help" statement The crucial difference between a sales problem and a marketing problem How the Instagram algorithm has changed community engagement Why your old content strategy isn't working anymore The perfect timing to launch new offerings alongside a rebrand for maximum revenue impact Why waiting to reposition could be costing you premium clients and higher-ticket sales Connect with me: Website Join our email list! The marketing trends that worked in 2024 won't get you the same results in 2025. In this episode, I'm breaking down the major shifts I see coming in marketing, design, and business strategy. We're answering questions like "why is cozy short-form video replacing overly curated content?" And why I'm willing to bet that YouTube is going to be making an unexpected comeback. After a year of tracking and predicting quarterly trends, I'm willing to hang my hat on subtle selling as the new way forward, especially on platforms like Threads. I'm also sharing why being back in your marketing (instead of relying on repurposing) will be crucial for success in 2025. Brand refreshes are replacing complete rebrands as the go-to strategy for staying relevant, and I'm explaining exactly why you'll need at least two photo shoots per year to keep up. Plus, I'm diving into why done-for-you services are making a major comeback and how to position yourself for this shift. If you're tired of following outdated trends or struggling to stand out in your market, this episode will give you the insider insights you need to stay ahead of the curve. Your brand visuals might be stunning, but they're not driving the revenue you expected. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on a major shift I've been testing behind the scenes with our rebrand clients - the missing link between beautiful branding and actual sales. We've had the concept of "thought leadership" beaten over our heads in the online space for the past year. But from what I've observed, most business owners are missing the point entirely. Thought leadership is not solely about sharing your hot takes. Thought leadership is not all about being "authentic" by embracing your inner hot mess. And it's definitely not about co-opting the term after you've received a few more likes on Threads than you originally expected. Being a true thought leader means embracing and embodying four distinct pillars: • Expertise (and why your unique process matters more than you think) • Innovation (beyond just adding your spin to someone else's framework) • Credibility (how to ensure your results actually tie back to YOU) • Influence (the missing piece that most "thought leaders" forget) This episode may be a bit confronting because I know, we all like to assume we're operating as thought leaders in our business. But we have to ask ourselves, are we relying on the simple fact that we have a podcast or we post aesthetic reels to establish ourselves as thought leaders? Or are we actually embodying that identity? Plus, I'm diving deep into the difference between thought leadership and personal branding, and why combining both is your ticket to becoming a mini-celebrity in your niche. Whether you're just starting to build your authority or you're ready to amplify your influence, this episode will help you create content that actually moves the needle. Ever feel like you're stuck in the endless cycle of launching, or wondering why your evergreen offers aren't converting? Let's talk about it. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on what really makes marketing work - whether you're launching or selling evergreen. Here's the truth: most people are so focused on time-based urgency that they're missing the bigger picture. I'm answering real questions from both launchers and evergreen sellers, and breaking down exactly how to create a strategy that sells consistently without burning yourself out. Are your launches not converting like they used to? If you're feeling frustrated with diminishing returns and wondering why your tried-and-true launch strategy isn't working anymore, this episode is going to shake up everything you think you know about launching. In this episode, I dive deep into why traditional launch strategies might not work in 2025 and what needs to change. I break down the three essential elements needed for successful launch campaigns: creative and exclusive marketing, a solid sales strategy, and a launch model that truly works for your business. Drawing inspiration from major brands like Apple and Skims, we'll find a launch strategy that actually works and cuts through the noise in the online space. Here's the truth: your audience has gotten smarter about your launch patterns, and it's time for you to evolve. I share my unfiltered thoughts on: Why copying your coach's exact launch strategy is killing your conversions The missing element of exclusive marketing that big brands nail (and we don't) How to retrain your audience's buying behavior without losing them Why stacking multiple campaigns beats back-to-back launches every time Most importantly, I explain why we need to move beyond the typical A/B launch model and create more sophisticated, segmented approaches to reaching our ideal clients. If you're planning your 2025 launch strategy or feeling frustrated with your current launch results, this episode provides fresh perspectives on how to evolve your approach. For those wrapping up their 2024 launches and heading into Black Friday, I offer specific guidance on how to use the rest of this year to retrain your audience and prepare for a more strategic 2025. What actually makes a brand "luxury"? And how do we define the value we're bringing to clients? Here's the thing: "value" is so subjective. For one person, a $1000 retainer may be a drop in the bucket. For the next, that's an investment they'll need to think hard about and prepare for. So you should never base your pricing on some obscure value that you're putting on your offers. At Highflier Powerhouse, we're actually navigating a pricing change as we speak. So I thought it would be the perfect time to chat about how pricing can change without throwing a wrench into your entire brand identity. So much can come up when you think about raising or lowering your prices. You can start to worry about whether your audience will think you're charging too much or charging too little. You can start showing up differently because of these fears. So let's cover the strategies that are helping Highflier Powerhouse as we change the Design on Demand retainer fee. On top of that, I'm giving you the full scoop as to why the pricing is changing because I believe that transparency helps all of us move through business. Have you noticed that short form videos are starting to all look the same? It seems like everyone jumped on the studio space bandwagon. And while these videos are aesthetically pleasing, I'm encouraging some critical thinking about how we move forward! If we're all standing around in a perfectly curated studio space and just...talking...our audience is bound to get bored. We'll also be chatting about all things ethical marketing. People are starting to ask the real questions in the coaching space. Can you actually make that bold claim in your marketing? Consulting with a legal expert is the best policy and I'm happy to see more business owners doing this and bringing legal experts into their programs. Today's Powerhouse Profile had been at it for ten years in her business. Holly Rustick had built an impressive brand, was bringing in revenue, and had a solid reputation. But she was also all hands on deck, all the time. That's where the Rebrand Experience came to completely revamp her presense. From launching at the same time as the rebrand to navigating brand photoshoots abroad, we're covering it all on today's episode. Holly came to me with a pretty unique niche—she helps freelance grant writers quit their full-time jobs and replace their income by writing grants from home on flexible hours. The Highflier Powerhouse team spent our sweet time getting to know her business from the inside out during the onboarding process. Holly describes this part of the process as "magical" because it brought the unique differentiators of her business into focus. She was able to launch a new program and restructure her business without questions like "what makes this program different?" ever being asked. All of that was communicated through her launch and rebrand's coinciding timelines! In today's episode, we're chatting about: What led Holly to decide it was time to rebrand Overcoming hesitations around the photoshoot process, especially with Holly being based in Guam Why we decided that launching and rebranding at the same time was the best decision Why Holly prefers working with an agency versus a solo freelancer How Design on Demand continues to support Holly past thr rebrand Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Whether you're looking to start and scale an agency, or you're just curious about investing in an agency, this episode is for you! Since the beginning of Highflier Powerhouse, I knew I didn't want to do it alone. But the agency model has its pros and cons. Perfect for those interested in transitioning from a solopreneur model to an agency, or contemplating investing in one, this episode covers our agency's journey, the challenges of managing a team, and the importance of a clear brand philosophy. The brand's values have to trickle down through the entire company in order to see success with an agency model. If clients feel attached to the idea of the face of the brand delivering all of the results, the agency isn't running correctly. In all actuality, it shouldn't matter which individual is actually turning over deliverables because everyone in the company should be operating from the same standards. So I'll walk you through our process for making sure those standards are embodied and maintained through every step with Highflier Powerhouse! At the end of the day, when you have a team, they all have to care about the final product just as much as the face of the brand does. Investing in your branding is not all about building up your confidence. That's a fun byproduct, don't get me wrong! But at the end of the day, it's about your audience. When you can get high quality visuals and branding to communicate what makes you different, you've gained access to your most ideal client. Before then, I can gaurantee you, you're losing out on business because of unaligned branding. Even if you're consistently getting inquiries and clients, you have to ask yourself: are all of these ideal clients? If the answer is no, you've probably got some brand elements that aren't communicating effectively. Through real-life examples, you'll see how clear, consistent branding can set you apart in a competitive market, ensuring that your message resonates and drives more inquiries and sales. Here's one stand out tip from the episode: anytime you recieve an objection, it should become a theme in your content. Don't answer a question once and move on! For Highflier Powerhouse, we heard from a potential client that they noticed other design agencies have a consistent vibe in their portfolios. They were wondering why our portfolio was all over the map from one client to the next. This objection alone helped us understand and highlight something that sets us apart: we're not cookie cutter. Every single client is getting a highly individualized experience. These are the types of revelations that have to come across in your branding. It's not all about having some cool photos to share. In this episode, we're chatting about: The Impact of Visuals on Confidence The misconception that rebranding is all about boosting your own confidence Tangible results that come from high quality visuals Why you might be losing dream clients with unaligned branding Connect with me: Website Join our email list! A theme has come up in sales calls that I thought we left in 2020. So today, Iet's address the outdated notion of trading money for design assets without considering the long-term value they bring to a brand. Here's a hypothetical: say you're given one hundred brand photos and 20 social templates designed for you. What do you think the value of these photos and templates will be if they're mismanaged, neglected, or misinterpreted over time? They're probably not going to continue bringing you results if your rebrand isn't fully integrated and intentionally executed over time. That's why it's flawed thinking to go into the investment of a rebrand with the mindset of "I'm paying X dollars for X amount of assets." The fact is, assets are only the beginning of the conversation. And approaching design with such a black and white view ultimately devalues the ROI that business owners actually can see from rebranding. You're not just paying for the website. You're paying for the high ticket client that will pay twice as much as they would have if your business was stuck in word-of-mouth land. Suddenly, they trust you more because your website is validating their interest instead of detracting from it. In this episode, we're chatting about: The evolution of branding and design since 2020 Why many business owners are slashing their rebrand's value over time The importance of brand maintenance How to actually approach your rebrand to ensure the highest ROI
In today's installment of our Powerhouse Profile series, I'm thrilled to introduce you to Heather Hommel, a life and business coach specializing in myofascial release therapists. She recently went through the rebrand process with Highflier Powerhouse so she's sharing what initially prompted her to consider rebranding—a thought that hadn't been a priority previously. Coming from a background where creativity and brand identity weren't top of mind, Heather admitted that she had a “scrappy, do-it-yourself” approach to branding. She was comfortable with technology, posting on Instagram, and making do with a photo shoot from years ago. It wasn't that her clients were expecting anything different. In fact, Heather's journey to building a client base is a testament to the power of authenticity. She began by speaking directly to her niche—myofascial release therapists—as if they were the only people on the internet. This targeted, raw communication helped her connect with her audience, even if that audience was small at first. Her branding, however, was a different story. While it wasn't messy, there was no real thought behind it, and she realized that she had never considered the impact that colors, fonts, and overall aesthetic could have. This led to a significant concern: would rebranding make her less accessible and relatable to her clients? In this episode, we're chatting about: Heather's background and initial thoughts on rebranding The challenges Heather faced in the rebrand process The impact of rebranding on Heather's business How creating a "creative persona" helped Heather in her process Connect with Heather below: Heather's website Heather's Instagram Connect with me: Website Join our email list! Repurposing content has been all the rage lately. But have you noticed how much content feels like it's being copied and pasted from one platform to another? It's seriously boring audiences. And it's costing business owners followers! Think about it - it's like when Tiktok was new and people were simply taking Tiktok videos and reposting them to Instagram and then wondering why followers weren't coming from Tiktok to Instagram. They had no reason to! We have to create some sort of differentiation from one platform to the next. Otherwise, it all starts to look the same and fade into the background. So today, I'm sharing the 5 C's of multi-channel marketing. This is the process I've been using for Highflier Powerhouse's online presence. Each platform has a main goal that's different from one to the next. Tune in to hear exactly how you can repurpose content without losing your audience in the process! In today's landscape, people are expecting a new level of creativity. If you've been a long time listener, you know that we're well beyond the coffee cup and laptop photoshoot. But now, we've even exhausted the blazers and disco balls. So what's next? How can you make sure that your rebrand strikes the right balance between creativity and predictability? Because believe it or not, there is such a thing as being too creative and I see it all the time. Suddenly, a business owner has a ton of assets that they were so excited to execute but they're just too out there to make usable content. We need some level of predictability in order to create a sense of comfort and routine with our audience. And we all know boring branding when we see it. But how can you actually avoid falling into the boring branding traps? Well, I'm defining the thought process you need to employ in order to get past the literal, yawn-worthy interpretations of your brand values. But the main event of this episode? The creativity scale. You'll learn how the framework I take my clients through to make sure they're striking a beautiful, irresistable balance in every aspect of their rebrand. Today I'm joined by Camila Maria Cardozo, a brand photographer and videographer for conscious entrepreneurs. We've actually worked a few photoshoots together, so this conversation is a really fun mind meld. If you're a service provider who is thinking of having a photoshoot done soon, this episode is for you! Maybe you've had your photos taken in the past and it felt like you were just going with the crowd. Or maybe it would be your first big photoshoot ever! We're walking through all of our hot takes about what it takes to create brand visuals that support you as your visibility grows. You'll also get a bit of a behind the scenes look into what goes into our hiring decisions. Because, while I often talk about attracting cold leads, I think it's important to observe ourselves as we're buying from other people. By asking yourself: What did it take for me to sign on the most recent team member? How did I know I could trust this person? What role did their visuals play in influencing my decision? You can start to understand your buyers thought process. For me and Camila, a strong visual presense conveys an alignment of certain values and shows that priorities might be in line. When things look too DIY? It raises the red flag. Aesthetics are important. I don't care how many people have told you that aesthetics are frivolous - they're wrong. Take nature as an example. Look at the difference between a moth and a butterfly, a cockroach and a lady bug. They both have their function, sure! But one has way less obstacles in it's way, simply because of the way it looks. But how can you actually cultivate an aesthetic that feels aligned for you? Maybe one day you feel called to a cottage core, whimsical style and the next, you're all about grunge, baggy jeans. How can you integrate the two? Well, that's where this episode comes in. I'm walking you through the exercise I used to elevate my personal aesthetic. Now, keep in mind that this is a constantly evolving process. You're not just going to nail down an aesthetic and call it a day. The 25 year old you is going to have a very different idea of their aesthetic than the 40 year old you will. But taking an intentional approach will actually make your day to day more comfortable and fulfilling. It's Highflier Powerhouse's brand birthday! So in honor of this milestone, I'm digging into my decision to create a separate Instagram account to explore more of my personal brand. We'll be digging into questions like "when is it time to create multiple Instagram accounts for your business? Why should you do it? Why shouldn't you do it?" In order to understand the framework behind my decision, go listen to episode 110 where I go into the specifics of the Personal Brand Pyramid. At the end of the day, the decision to have multiple accounts is personal to you and your goals. For me, I originally started a separate account and set strong boundaries in place for security reasons. Building my personal brand was never about revealing all of the fine details of my life to strangers on the internet. Instead of focusing too much on relatability, I was focused on relevance. Because here's the thing: you can convert even more followers when your brand is relevant to them versus being super relatable. When people have two separate accounts that end up basically serving the same function, or one account goes dry, it's usually because they haven't sat down and thought of a clear way that they want to represent their brand moving forward. So you'll walk away from today's episode with confidence that your Instagram accounts are all serving a specific purpose to move the needle forward for you. Your brand is NOT a direct extension of your identity. It's a separate entity. So today, I'm walking you through some of the things that make it obvious to me that a business owner is experiencing unhealthy attachment to their brand. It's a fine line, right? There's so much messaging about making your brand personal, staying consistent, etc. But it's so easy to take that advice too far and become inflexible in your approach. We break down five forms of attachment — to identity, visuals, knowledge, comfort, and audience — and discuss how each can hinder your brand's growth. You can opne up opportunities for innovation when you see your brand as a product. For example, if Apple refused to innovate past the iphone 4 because they were too attached to the features of the past, they would be no where near as powerful as they are today. Just because something works today, doesn't mean it's going to automaticall work tomorrow. In this episode, we're chatting about: How I can spot a business owner that's too attached to their brand Why you can't be too attached to the visuals of your brand What I mean when I say that it's possible to be too attached to knowledge How stepping out of your comfort zone can increase conversions Connect with me: Website Join our email list!
