One of the phrases I hate hearing in the online space is “this offer is a no-brainer.”Now I'm not just being a hater because I do believe in the concept of a “no-brainer” offer – it should be an easy decision for your ideal clients to buy.BUT the reason I hate the term is because what I see 99% of the time is people slap that label on their offer – and then stop there. They don't explain why it's a no-brainer offer or why it's a no-brainer for their ideal client – that's lazy messaging.Because here's the dog's honest truth…If your audience doesn't instantly understand why your offer matters to them, right now – they won't buy, no matter how well-priced, well-structured, or “value-packed” YOU think it is.It's not about you or what you think is valuable – it's about your ideal client and what motivates them to buy.So in today's episode of the How I Do Content Podcast I'm going to tell you the real reason your “no-brainer” offer isn't selling – and what to do about it.Let's dive in!Watch my free mini-training “Make Your Offer the One”In 12-minutes I'll walk you through the messaging shifts you need to stop relying on “it should be obvious” and start communicating your offer in a way that makes the right people want it now. It's fast. In this episode, The Annuity Man discussed: Should you purchase I Bonds? Treasuries are as safe as it gets Five places to put your money Inflation is personal Key Takeaways: Purchasing I Bonds is a no-brainer. Go to treasurydirect.gov to buy direct from the treasury I Bonds. Treasuries are as safe as it gets because they can tax us and confiscate our money to pay them off, and that would happen if we needed to do that. The downside to I Bonds is that they don't allow you to put as much money in them. There are only five legitimate places to put your money that protects the principal and that you're not going to lose a dime, and you're going to get an interest rate. Those five are money markets, CDs, fixed-rate annuities - also called MYGAs, treasuries, and Triple A-Triple A insured municipal bonds. Inflation is personal. Don't get too caught up on inflation because most people in retirement will not be affected that much by it. Ask yourself if you're being affected by it, or are you overplanning? "If it's a no-brainer, then it's a no-brainer, and I-Bonds are the ultimate no-brainer. You can do it every year, so why not put it on your calendar and do it every year? It just makes sense. Why? Because if you think about it, if you're doing a $10 month membership, do you think you're going to come up with different content choices than if you started off with $1,000 per month membership? On top of that, consider the perceived value of your offers. An email vs a PDF vs a Facebook live vs 1 on 1 training.Sometimes it's the same amount of time and energy space that you're giving, but the perceived value is much higher. What can you do to purposely control your time, your energy, and your financial resources so you can get the highest return possible?Look at your content, create your membership based on what will be sustainable for you. Your job is a no-brainer. You act cute, Mommy and Daddy give you food and shelter. Taking this well-paid job with flexible working hours is a no-brainer. 听力测试:-He's doing the surgery. It's a no-brainer. -I'm not doing the surgery.
