However, when dealing with problems at work, most of us don't have someone that can coach us through the process. If we do, is this someone you can trust and be truly honest with? In these situations, it's easy to feel isolated, alone, and question our own ability. Secondly, it's easy to second guess your own beliefs and wonder if your experiences are in fact real, or worthy of addressing.  • Am I being too sensitive?• Is my boss discriminating against me or does he just not okay with my work performance ? • Did I miss out on the promotion because the other person was more qualified, or was I overlooked because of how I look? • Do I have difficulty establishing relationships, or am I not willing to kiss As%& and be fake around others? We spend a 1/3 of our day at work, and therefore, what happens on the job, impact us at home, in our relationships, and in every aspect of our lives.  Listen to the latest Untherapeutic Podcast episode with Zella Life founders Remy Meraz and Julian Lewis.
