Key Takeaways   The feeling is amazing when you can actually achieve a vision that you had decided on a very long time ago.  Having a vision is not about so much the status that it will bring you or having something that everybody wants. It's really about the feeling that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.   Connect with the Artist: Website: arianeleanzaheinz.com

You will hear the things that will cultivate confidence and happiness. What we can do as individuals to help change the world.    Key Takeaways   I don't believe in blame, neither shame. Those are feelings that do not make a positive change. If everyone protects their own money, their own house, their own children, there is less sharing, and it leads to separation disputes, and sometimes wars. Sharing would actually save us time and resources.  The human brain is hooked on immediate satisfaction.  If we get to confidence, happiness, then we'll live our purpose. And therefore a more peaceful world can start now.     Connect with the Artist: Website: arianeleanzaheinz.com

And whatever your beliefs are, we wish you a beautiful day. As many songs say, may it be Christmas every day. With no intention to offend anyone's sentiments, to Ariane Christmas is about light, awareness and a time to reflect. A time to reflect on values, a time to reflect on the year that has gone by and a time to meditate on the success and growth of the year that's passed by. As Audrey Hepburn said very elegantly: “For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.” There are many traditions around Christmas time, In Switzerland we have what we call an advent calendar, and each morning for the whole month of December the children get a little surprise in the morning. It's not all about the presents but more about being together as a family. “Christmas isn't a season. It's a feeling.” -Edna Ferber Do you have a special tradition around that time? Have you ever written a Christmas song? If you have, write to us at ariane@arianeleanzaheinz.com and get featured next Christmas! And don't wait, it'll be here sooner than you think. “Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values.” -Thomas. S. Monson What are your values? As you spend time with your loved ones and reflect on yourself we wish you a beautiful and peaceful Christmas. Key Takeaways Find your quiet space. Look at where you are not and compare it with where you were a year ago. Re- align with your purpose and make a plan and vision for the following year. Currently she works with artists, speakers and entrepreneurs online and offline in her vocal practice in Zürich.   What she shares on this episode “Acknowledging the good you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance” -Eckhart Tolle There is one feeling that changes everything like magic, Gratitude. What are you grateful for today? Is it the house you live in? A supportive family? The sunshine? It could be anything. Gratitude is not proportional to the things that we own or which strata of society we belong to, gratitude is a choice. “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.” ― Melody Beattie For starters, you could make a gratitude list. Put down all the things that you are grateful for. Ariane is grateful for her new house, her daughters, her supportive husband, all her clients and students, music, life, snow and Christmas coming up. When you choose to have gratitude you will manifest so much more than what you've wanted in your life than ever before. You'll realise that every day is a unique and you can create it as poorly or as beautifully as you want. So be a child and discover it with new eyes. “This is a wonderful day and I've never seen this one before.”  – Maya Angelou. What are you amazed about? Is it the people that you meet, the smile of a child, a song on the radio, or something that the radio announcer said that you connected with? What makes your heart light? For Ariane it is Making music and enabling people to make beautiful music. Ask yourself, how you can add value in another's life today through your gift? “Even though you have a small heart it can hold a relatively large amount of gratitude” – Piglet, Winnie the Pooh.  In this episode of the Creator Mindset Podcast Ariane's gratitude list Key Takeaways Acknowledge all the good in your life and be grateful. Currently she works with artists, speakers and entrepreneurs online and offline in her vocal practice in Zürich. What she shares on this episode When you have a vision for the following year before you it plays such an important role in pushing you to keep going and work hard to achieve all your goals. As you do this you'll realise that the universe begins to work in your favour. What started for Ariane as just another pointer on her vision board for the new year turned to reality. TEDx was one of the things that she would have liked to have accomplished in 2017 and little did she know her yoga instructor would help take her there. The point being, all she did was take and use every opportunity that came her way and most importantly stepped out of her comfort zone to do it. One connection led to another. In the process she was able to help a number of speakers and was able to work with Gabriel Stoyanov an amazing dancer and Cee, a young singer from Geneva. Her being there also gave her the opportunity to be inspired by speakers like Liska Bernet, who pioneered the set up one of the biggest independent camps for refugees in Greece. Pascal Berard, currently pursuing his PhD in computer graphics and recently made it on the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe list. Armin Steuernagel, who started his first company at the age of 16. Diccon Bewes, a travel writer known particularly for his view point and passion on maps. Key takeaways When you're in a new environment and have an intention to be in service, go out of your comfort zone to do that. New technology can be used to build things that are helpful even in crises. Don't underestimate or judge anybody's possibility for change. Everything is possible, even in a short time. Currently she works with artists, speakers and entrepreneurs online and offline in her vocal practice in Zürich. What she shares on this episode: There are hundreds of people starting new businesses every day and there are over 400 songs released each day. How will your song be noticed? How will your brand stand out? How can you be seen in a saturated world? How can you get through to your fans? We put our heart and soul into our art because we are passionate about it. Time, money and energy is spent. Sometimes at the cost of our own health and wellbeing. We spend hours on end in the studio perfecting that song and it is s important that it represents who we are and the way that we want people to perceive us. When all this is done we finally put our song out there and hope someone will take notice of it. This where building a community around your art becomes an essential step in the process of your song being noticed. A lot of work needs to go in even before you release your song. You need to prepare for your launch. It's not going to be easy and at times you'll want to give up and wonder what went wrong. It's time you take personal branding seriously. Your brand is your mark on people. It represents who you are and your message. Branding is provoking thoughts in others, it is challenging the status quo. The Goal of your brand is to attract fans. It is authenticity at its best. Building your brand is being more you. Capturing your essence. So how does one create his/her brand? In this episode of the creator mindset podcast: 12 techniques that you can apply to start creating your personal brand Key Takeaways: The mastermind: to find solutions and answers to any questions you may have. To get different perspectives. Create a mastermind: Select a variety of individuals. Select a scribe who will write everything down. Find the right brand name: write down all the different opinions. Your essence and your story: Be true to yourself. What makes you, you. What core values are you driven by? Why do you make your music? How would you like to be perceived? What makes you unique? What is your story? The way you tell the story is important. Describing your story in 20 characters. Be passionate and create. Reflect the essence of your music. The laughter of your children? Better job prospects? That's the thing about abundance, it's very subjective to each of us. It could be anything you desire, and you have the power to create it, The next thing you should ask yourself is, what am I doing today that will help me create and live in lasting abundance? It is vital to have a vision of where you want to see yourself. Once this vision is in place, act on it. On this episode, Ariane shares the 7 steps to create abundance. Yes! it's as easy as 7 steps in the right direction. All you must do is allow yourself to break the conditioning of your mind to habits that don't necessarily add value to your goals. Download Bio of the artist: Songwriter, producer, recording artist and visionary. Arika Kane has pioneered the way for independent artist by showing them they can breakthrough with integrity. Her accomplishments include over 10 billboard charting songs and over 70 television music placements with Viacom network including multiple features and two theme songs on two reality TV series. Kane takes pride in her music carrying inspiring messages that empower and uplift. As an artist you are a creator. Which means you have the power to impact how others feel based upon what your heart projects, so she chooses to make that a positive experience. What she shares on the episode: All Arika ever knew when she started singing was that she was passionate about singing, wanted to be a recording artist and be the best at her craft. The picture that is painted about the music industry on television is just not what it is in reality. It is an investment, a process and more than anything it is such hard work. There is so much out there online that you really need to be consistent. If you want a breakthrough and get a large exposure on a world-wide scale you need to start small. The entertainment industry is not just about being very talented. You need to continuously work towards your passion. In this episode of the Creator Mindset Podcast: Arika's experience in the music business and how she expanded her wings in the business outside of being an artist. What the A&R process looks like. The criteria on which labels choose artists Process of branding the artist Common misconceptions of the music industry that artists have. Some of the most important lessons Arika has learned along the way. Arika Kane's current projects. Takeaways from this episode: Always trust your intuition. Ask yourself if the next step you're about to take is beneficial to you and your fans. Have a consultant, lawyer and a manager – It can be tricky initially. Talking to artists that have been in the industry for some time really helps. Do as much as you can as an artist on your own, so you have that power backing you. Address every situation as if you know that you are in control.
