Zusammen mit Manu Bahtidão verwandelt er seinen Song «Dancing Without You» in «Dançar Sem Você».

Sharing would actually save us time and resources.  The human brain is hooked on immediate satisfaction.  If we get to confidence, happiness, then we'll live our purpose. And whatever your beliefs are, we wish you a beautiful day. As many songs say, may it be Christmas every day. With no intention to offend anyone's sentiments, to Ariane Christmas is about light, awareness and a time to reflect. A time to reflect on values, a time to reflect on the year that has gone by and a time to meditate on the success and growth of the year that's passed by. As Audrey Hepburn said very elegantly: “For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone.” There are many traditions around Christmas time, In Switzerland we have what we call an advent calendar, and each morning for the whole month of December the children get a little surprise in the morning. It's not all about the presents but more about being together as a family. “Christmas isn't a season. It's a feeling.” -Edna Ferber Do you have a special tradition around that time? Have you ever written a Christmas song? If you have, write to us at ariane@arianeleanzaheinz.com and get featured next Christmas! And don't wait, it'll be here sooner than you think. “Christmas is the spirit of giving without a thought of getting. It is happiness because we see joy in people. It is forgetting self and finding time for others. It is discarding the meaningless and stressing the true values.” -Thomas. S. Monson What are your values? As you spend time with your loved ones and reflect on yourself we wish you a beautiful and peaceful Christmas. Key Takeaways Find your quiet space. Look at where you are not and compare it with where you were a year ago. Re- align with your purpose and make a plan and vision for the following year. Appreciate everyone and everything you encountered in the past year. Connecting with the artist Website: arianeleanzaheinz.com Send us your song: ariane@arianeleanzaheinz.com

Currently she works with artists, speakers and entrepreneurs online and offline in her vocal practice in Zürich.   What she shares on this episode “Acknowledging the good you already have in your life is the foundation for all abundance” -Eckhart Tolle There is one feeling that changes everything like magic, Gratitude. What are you grateful for today? Is it the house you live in? A supportive family? The sunshine? It could be anything. Gratitude is not proportional to the things that we own or which strata of society we belong to, gratitude is a choice. “Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow.” ― Melody Beattie For starters, you could make a gratitude list. Put down all the things that you are grateful for. Ariane is grateful for her new house, her daughters, her supportive husband, all her clients and students, music, life, snow and Christmas coming up. When you choose to have gratitude you will manifest so much more than what you've wanted in your life than ever before. You'll realise that every day is a unique and you can create it as poorly or as beautifully as you want. So be a child and discover it with new eyes. “This is a wonderful day and I've never seen this one before.”  – Maya Angelou. What are you amazed about? What she shares on this episode When you have a vision for the following year before you it plays such an important role in pushing you to keep going and work hard to achieve all your goals. As you do this you'll realise that the universe begins to work in your favour. What started for Ariane as just another pointer on her vision board for the new year turned to reality. TEDx was one of the things that she would have liked to have accomplished in 2017 and little did she know her yoga instructor would help take her there. The point being, all she did was take and use every opportunity that came her way and most importantly stepped out of her comfort zone to do it. One connection led to another. In the process she was able to help a number of speakers and was able to work with Gabriel Stoyanov an amazing dancer and Cee, a young singer from Geneva. Her being there also gave her the opportunity to be inspired by speakers like Liska Bernet, who pioneered the set up one of the biggest independent camps for refugees in Greece. Pascal Berard, currently pursuing his PhD in computer graphics and recently made it on the Forbes 30 under 30 Europe list. Armin Steuernagel, who started his first company at the age of 16. How will your brand stand out? How can you be seen in a saturated world? How can you get through to your fans? We put our heart and soul into our art because we are passionate about it. Time, money and energy is spent. Sometimes at the cost of our own health and wellbeing.
