What grade does this episode deserve? Did the word "prediction" ever mean anything? Whose name are we writing in a Jokerman font? We frankly turn on each other as we answer these questions and more covering Season 1, Episode 17 of Family Matters. Alex Diamond, David Kenny, and John McDaniel heard that the long-running network sitcom Family Matters ends with side character Steve Urkel going to space. And the best way to figure out how that happened - obviously - is to watch the last episode first and make our way backwards through nearly ten years of television.Join our countdown to number one (and our slow descent into madness) in all the places you expect internet people to be:Website: jumpingtheshuttle.spaceEmail: jumpingtheshuttle@gmail.comInstagram: @JumpingTheShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577Twitter: @JumpingShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577TikTok: @JumpingTheShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577Brought to you by Smooth My Balls

What was Jesus up to on Easter? Is Hobbs and Shaw canon? Exactly how big is The Rock's dick? Tim and Guy may not be able to agree on the answers to these eternal questions, but both can agree that the Fast-and-Furious affiliated Hobbs and Shaw is a pretty solid flick. This Melbourne live show, originally taped while deep in the trenches of Fast 8, finds the boyz pleasantly surprised by the film at hand. Tim further explores his complicated relationship with The Rock while trying not to fall afoul of the powers that be. Guy takes issue with the way the film's tone has changed since Fast 8 before posing a shocking theory about the Idris Elba cinematic universe. Hosted on Acast. Welcome to the finale of "Toretto's Shitty Tuna Sandwich," our in-depth look through the Fast and Furious franchise. Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog" Dykes, Joel DeWitte, and Ryan Lootens sit down and rank all the movies and go over the highlights of the series. There's a lot of great filmmaking in here and a lot of fun moments, even if not every film lands. Where does this franchise sit with you? Do you agree with these lists?
This week on Toretto's Shitty Tuna Sandwich the Binge Buddies reach the end of the road of the Fast Franchise so far with 'Fast X.' Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog Vauxhall HC Viva Farenza Canada '71-'73" Dykes, Joel "ANC Pacer" DeWitte, Ryan "DMC Delorean" Lootens discuss the one thing that works in this movie (Momoa) and then go into everything else that doesn't work. And folks, the rest of the stuff just doesn't really work. You'll want to hear about it all.
There comes a time in every film franchise's life when the cocoons of prominent side characters turn into the butterflies of their own films, and the Fast franchise is no exception. Join us as we digest the tale of Hobbs and his on again/ off again sparring partner Shaw as they take on an actual supervillain?! Hi and welcome to yet another exciting episode of Toretto's Shitty Tuna Sandwich. This week Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog Volvo P1800" Dykes, Joel "Alfa Romeo Spyder" DeWitte, and Ryan "Hudson Hornet" Lootens tackle 'Fast 9: The Fast Saga.' Does it recover the adventure and charm of the older entries in the series or does it strain with fatigue? Does it bring the ensemble that we know and love back together or does it feel like a Vin Diesel movie with other actors living in the b-story? The gang covers all this and more.
This week on 'Toretto's Shitty Tuna Sandwich' Bryan Dressel, Matt "Zombie Dog Shelby GT 500CR" Dykes, Joel "Bentley EXP100GT" DeWitte, and Ryan "Jaguar XJS" Lootens make a pit stop to talk about the rather abyssmal (and overlong) Fast franchise offshoot 'Hobbs & Shaw.' At least Statham and the Rock gave it their all, right? RIGHT?
This week we have a review of Spider-Man: Across the Spider-verse, which you wont want to miss. We also have all the news out of both Meta and Apples new conferences, where a lot of new head based hardware was announced. We learned some major shakeups are coming at GameStop, and the WGA strike continues. No movement on the ABK Xbox merger, and The Rock is getting another standalone movie in the Fast Saga.

The Cinematic Schematic returns in our August edition to give a spoiler-free review of two of the month's biggest releases, Hobbs and Shaw, and Lulu Wang's The Farewell. With the summer winding down, we take a look at the final big-budget blockbuster of the 2019 summer season, Hobbs and Shaw, the first spin-off in the Fast and Furious series starring series regulars Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham. Laron Chapman and Caleb Masters both claim the franchise as a “guilty pleasure,” but went into the film with skepticism. Does the film cap off the summer in a satisfactory way? According to IMDB, Hobbs and Shaw can be described as: Lawman Luke Hobbs and outcast Deckard Shaw form an unlikely alliance when a cyber-genetically enhanced villain threatens the future of humanity. After scarfing down the fast-food burger that is Hobbs and Shaw, we move into a healthier course, the critically acclaimed darling, The Farewell. According to IMDB, The Farewell is described as: A Chinese family discovers their grandmother has only a short while left to live and decide to keep her in the dark, scheduling a wedding to gather before she dies. David P. says: During the Spahn/Cliff “don't you remember me?” scene — one half baked idea that just came to mind, is [hits joint] “Sleepy George Spahn represents the Academy, and Cliff represents stunt workers and how they're not recognized, man... [long drag] these rich execs and producers and directors made their money off the backs of these hard workers, only to leave them behind as a footnote, man.” Sonic W. says: I have a different take on the movie ending. I believe Tarantino is taking a jab at all those critics who say his movies are too violent. If you remember, in the car, before setting out for the murder, there was a diatribe by one of the girls about tv violence and how it has affected its viewers. Bounty Law was one of these shows, and that is who the three should go after. In the end, it was violence that saves the day. Tarantino purposely waited til the ending to unleash this violence, save the day, and give his critics a "take that" moment.
