This week, I kick us off by going through our spaghetti-themed deals in the store this week. I got so much pasta sauce, you could sink a ship with it - but don't sink the ship with it, instead sink the ship with spaghetti and then use the sauce to eat them together. That's why it's called a deal. We congratulate this week's winner of the weekly giveaway and get ready to win again next week by subscribing to us on YouTube and leaving a comment on this episode about something you learned on the show. Sommelier Michael B pops by to tell us about the International Wine Festival on November 11th as well as some of our recurring events like Back that Glass up on Wednesday nights as well as the Wine Walkabouts occuring on the third Saturday of every month. Easy way to try some fancy wines, if you're into that. Then I am joined by the now AWARD WINNING director, Stephen Powell, who made the documentary film 98 Degrees West with friend of the show, Zamir Gotta. Zamir and Stephen are coming to the Jungle on October 21st to host the Ohio premiere of their film. Congratulations on winning best feature film at the Buffalo International Film Festival. Tickets are available on our website, www.junglejims.com

By developing your SQ you’ll amplify and unleash every aspect of your intelligence, including your IQ and EQ. In this book you’ll also learn how you’re wired for story and the ways it can set a positive trajectory for every facet of your life journey. Developing this level of mastery is imperative today because four in ten Americans have not discovered a satisfying life purpose and nearly a quarter of us—about one hundred million people—do not have a strong sense of what makes their lives meaningful. We need more than ever ritual fires where we can gather to create new stories that transcend the old metanarratives that no longer enrich and satisfy the yearnings of our hearts and souls. Story is a potent medicine that can re-enchant our lives. By re-storying ourselves, consciously building it into everyday living, we can make space to better hear ourselves, to listen more deeply to each other, as well as discern the tales the earth is quietly whispering in our ears. Hopefully, Story Intelligence will help you stoke a new kind of fire, assisting you to illuminate what the Japanese call “ikigai”—translated loosely as “that which most makes one’s life seem worth living.” Through mastering story, we believe you can build a more durable source of meaning and personal fulfillment, as well as have a wider impact for the good in your community and the world. In this book you’ll also learn how to: · Harness the power of story to live with greater efficacy.· Become a more powerful communicator.· Solve difficult challenges using story-based solutions.· Transform your workplace and community.· Heal old wounds, change dysfunctional beliefs, and bridge differences by resolving deeply seated conflicts. · Acquire the narrative tools to craft a more desirable future.Story Intelligence by Richard Stone and Scott Livengoodhttps://storyintelligence.com/

Susan Cox Powell (October 16, 1981 – c. December 6, 2009) is an American missing person from West Valley City, Utah. Susan's disappearance and presumed murder, as well as the subsequent investigation and events, garnered significant media attention. Her husband, Joshua "Josh" Powell, was named a person of interest in the investigation into her disappearance. However, Joshua was never charged; on February 5, 2012, he killed himself and the couple's two young sons, Charles Joshua Powell (b. January 19, 2005) and Braden Timothy Powell (b. January 2, 2007) in a murder–suicide after custody of the boys had been awarded to Susan's parents, Charles and Judy Cox. An investigation also discovered that her father-in-law Stephen Powell had recorded numerous videos professing his love for her and had been recording her without her knowledge. --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/nonseqshow/message

Baritone Stephen Powell is one of our favorite singers here at San Diego Opera, having sung ten productions with us over the years. He's bringing us his very special take on one of the strangest yet most powerful characters in all opera, and a favorite of the composer himself: Rigoletto. It's a role that demands absolutely everything: technique, musicality, a strong voice and physicality. In this conversation with Nic Reveles the singer shares his ideas about this role as well as some of the other Verdi roles that he has sung (and would like to sing!) Enjoy!

Fresh insight is given using the scripture & personal testimonies from Stephen's own life bearing witness to the reality of this truth! God truly does want to build a life with you, co-laboring together in desire and creativity, to bring forth your destiny and fulfill your purpose. Enjoy this incredible revelatory teaching!
At the very end of one of our recent services in Fairfield, CA, at the very end of the impartation lines, around 11 o'clock at night, these two Russian sisters come up to me holding a smart phone asking me to pray. Turns out their Mother was on the phone through a Skype application, sitting in RUSSIA, asking for prayer. We stretched out our hands toward the screen and commanded her ears to open (both of them deaf), and we released the healing anointing. Within seconds she began to weep under the power of God as she said in russian......."I can hear"!!!!! The sisters give that full testimony in this short video clip, as well as the testimony of one of their sons who also had an ear open, and had shingles healed! Must watch video, so amazing!!!
This lady came up after one of our revival services in Fairfield, CA, and was asking for healing in her ear. But when she went to check it out before prayer, not only did she find out that I called it out specifically by a word of knowledge earlier in the service, but she FOUND IT TO BE 100% HEALED ALREADY!!! This is a must watch video. The shock and excitement that this lady shows because God healed her is priceless!!! Thank you Jesus!!!
This is a video taken right after I returned from Minto, a small village in Alaska north of Fairbanks, in late 2013.
