Liam Lawson's lot and Red Bull's F2 trio leave no way out for the Kiwi driver.Climb the ladder with me on Patreon: https://patreon.com/lawvsLiam Lawson is fighting for his Formula 1 future, but time is running out. Despite some good news from Helmut Marko and strong backing from VCARB leadership, Lawson faces huge pressure to outperform rising Red Bull juniors like Isaac Hadjar, Arvid Lindblad, and Pepe Martí. With Red Bull's brutal standards and a crowded pipeline of talent, even a single mistake could see Lawson replaced before the end of the year. This video breaks down the reality behind Lawson's current situation, the hidden risks of Racing Bulls' strategy, and why securing 30 points this season might be his only lifeline. We also look at how public perception turned against Lawson after management missteps and the damaging “not here to make friends” rhetoric. Can he rebuild his reputation and carve out a long-term career in Formula 1? Will Max Verstappen's future moves shake up the Red Bull ecosystem enough to create new opportunities? The 2025 #F1 Saudi Arabian GP Weekend is far from over yet! In this LIVE episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast, Kunal Shah and Sundaram Ramaswami discuss a dramatic, yet an edge-of-your-seat worthy Saturday qualifying session in Jeddah. Here's where the slightest error could cost you everything — just ask Lando Norris! That being said, it was Max Verstappen at the end who did deliver a sensational lap to take the pole position! Our outlook for the weekend: - Is Lando Norris caving under pressure and will Oscar Piastri keep outshining him the rest of the season? - Will Max Verstappen convert his pole into an unchallenged victory? - Historical data suggests a preference for one-stop strategies during the race, but the softer compounds could prompt teams to reconsider. So how will the teams navigate their tyre and pit stop strategies? - With Russell P3 and Antonelli P5, Mercedes cars have a competitive edge. Does this indicate the team's potential to challenge at the front, especially if they can capitalise on race-day strategies? Will Ferrari find a race defining solution going into Turn 1 tomorrow? Join the conversation! Send in your thoughts and comments too! Who are you rooting for winning the Saudi Arabian GP Race in 2025?

After weeks of traveling to other race venues to cheer for Max Verstappen, the "Orange Army" finally gets a home race to cheer for...Max Verstappen! Let's face it - the Dutch Grand Prix exists only for one reason. That reason is Max Verstappen. Don't believe us? Hear the story of the 2020 Dutch Grand Prix in the episode for more. Yes, the 2020 edition of the race. The one that didn't happen. It's fitting that Max Verstappen's home race is an old school circuit that every driver adores. A circuit that is tight, twisty and narrow with a high overtaking difficulty. There are two LONG DRS zones and the best part? Two heavily banked corners that will challenge the drivers and tyres alike. Come Qualifying, track position will be vital. And in the race, tyre strategy will be key. Why? Again, because overtaking is difficult around Zandvoort. In this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast, Soumil Arora, @f1statsguru and Kunal Shah preview the 2024 Dutch Grand Prix. The trio discusses the circuit characteristics, facts-stats, and of course, how the next 10 races of the 2024 Formula 1 season will pan out starting from this race weekend. Will Max Verstappen and Red Bull Racing resume winning races? OR will McLaren finally nail their race execution to score more 1-2s, a result they will need to claim this year's World Constructors' Championship. A few seats still remain to be filled for the 2025 Formula 1 season. Will we see any driver announcements this weekend or the next? Tune in! Will Max Verstappen and Lando Norris' friendship survive the test of Formula 1? Seemingly, that's the key question after their race-altering incident in the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix. Understandable that their friendship is under question, because in 2024 at least, we don't believe the Drivers' World Championship is. It will be won by Max Verstappen! And of course, was Verstappen "dirty" in his wheel-to-wheel battle against Norris? The fan base is split, and we try offer an emotional and objective response. Needless to say, Verstappen-Norris is box-office stuff, and we'd love more of this. But can anyone go wheel-to-wheel against Verstappen at all? Also in this episode of the Inside Line F1 Podcast, Soumil Arora and Kunal Shah dissect the 2024 Austrian Grand Prix. Will Mercedes be celebrating their race win? Welcome to episode 41 of the Lovecars on the grid podcast! Tiff Needell and Paul Woodman bring us another roundup of motorsport events! This week, we have a reigning, Formula 1 World Champion in Japan, there's an FIA meltdown, plus W Series, NASCAR, a new BTCC World Champion, Superbikes and more! We start this week to pay tribute to Chrissy Rouse, who sadly succumbed to injuries from an incident at Donington Park last weekend. We also pay tribute to Phil Read. The 83 year old was a 7 time World Moto GP Champion. Our thoughts are with their family and friends. In an announcement in the W Series, it's been announced that the series won't be racing in the USA or Mexico due to lack of funding. Jamie Chadwick is champion again for the 3rd, massive congratulations! We had the most bizarre weekend at Suzuka in Japan with Formula 1. With the wet weather, we had no DRS, yet Max Verstappen was still able to take the Formula 1 World Championship for the 2nd time. There was confusion over the points at the end of the race and how many laps were left to go. During the race, the organisers allowed a recovery crane on the track. How did that happen? Visibility was awful, and we had marshalls and recovery vehicles on track during a live race! Then we come to issue with Red Bull's overspending! Although it hasn't been released how much the F1 team overspent on their development, it was declared by the FIA as a minor overspend, but what was the amount? Will Max Verstappen take the record for the most wins in a Formula 1 season? British Touring Cars also crowned their World Champion this weekend. Following a thrilling season finale at Brands Hatch, Tom Ingram took his first World Championship. World Superbikes still have 3 rounds to go, following a weekend at Portimao. Razgatlioglu claimed two wins on his Ducati, whilst the 3rd race win went to Alvaro Bautista, who edges closer to his Championship victory. NASCAR brought us drama in Charlotte, with 4 drivers being knocked out, including reigning champion, Carl Larson. The race win went to Christopher Bell, putting him into the playoffs and kicking out Larson! Next week, we have some amazing racing to look forward to! Moto GP at Phillip Island, NASCAR in Las Vegas, plus Caterham Racing at both Silverstone and Spa Francorchamps in Belgium!

Welcome to episode 40 of the Lovecars on the Grid podcast! Our hosts, Tiff Needell and Paul Woodman bring us an exciting roundup of motorsport events from the past week! As always, we start with Formula 1, where it appears Red Bull Team Principal, Christian Horner seems to constantly being interviewed by Sky Sports F1! This week's F1 race in Singapore was an action packed one, with lots of crashes and really wet weather! Even from qualifying, the thunder storms caused wet weather, and Championship favourite, Max Verstappen received a grid penalty for running out of fuel. The main race was then delayed because of the severe weather. After a number of safety cars and virtual safety cars, Sergio Perez brought his Red Bull car home to win, with Ferrari's Charles LeClerc in 2nd and his team mate, Carlos Sainz in 3rd. Verstappen wasn't able to clench the Championship in Singapore, finishing in 7th place. In the W Series, Jamie Chadwick missed out on a championship win after crashing out in Singapore. With rumours of W Series running out of money, will the championship continue? New Zealand saw the latest stint from the World Rally Championship. Finnish driver, Kalle Rovanperä became the youngest driver to ever win a World Rally Championship, at the age of just 22. The Moto GP riders were in Thailand in what could've been the wettest Moto GP ever, with bikes power sliding everywhere on the wet track. The win of round 17 went to Miguel Oliveira on his Red Bull KTM. Across in the USA, NASCAR was at the Talledega Speedway in Alabama. Chase Elliot took the win ahead of the next race at Charlotte to determine the final 8 drivers for the Championship. The British Superbikes are also in their play off stage. Tarran MacKenzie is still recovering from his broken leg so wasn't racing at Donington Park. Jason O'Halloran was racing well, with 2nd place in the sprint race, but was unfortunately involved in an accident and taken away in an ambulance. We hope for a speedy recovery. Tom Sykes was taken out by this crash, having won both the sprint race and the 2nd race. Whilst the 3rd race win went to Bradley Ray, who is on his way to a championship win. Next weekend, we have BTCC at Brands Hatch and F1 in Japan. Will Max Verstappen win the Championship this time? We have the NASCAR oval at Charlotte, with 4 drivers being cut. Looking forward to next weekend!

F1 is back! Will Max Verstappen continue his top form? Will Lewis Hamilton be back to challenge him once again for the Championship title? Join Tiff Needell and Paul Woodman in another podcast episode, looking at F1, Moto GP, Indycar and more! We've had testing this weekend out in Bahrain, and all of the controversy has revolved around the side-pods (or lack of) on the Mercedes F1 car! The car came out at testing with a very unusual design, which caused a lot of fuss from rival Red Bull Team principal, Christian Horner. Both George Russell and Lewis Hamilton were particularly slow in testing, but then testing is never a good indication of how the season will go! The cars appear to be faster however, with a new lap record set in testing. The news of the week was Nikita Mazepin's replacement at Haas, which is Kevin Magnussen, who became the fastest driver on day 2 of testing! Daniel Ricciardo has unfortunately caught Covid, so could there be another driver temporarily replacing him? We want Oscar Piastri in Formula 1! Who do you think will be fastest this year? Let us know in the comments! F2 and F3 had their testing too, with New Zealand driver, Liam Lawson and Norweigan driver Dennis Hauger looking the fastest on the grid. Sadly, racing legend Vic Elford passed away this week too at 86. He won the Monte Carlo rally, the Daytona 24H and had a big career in Formula 1! NASCAR were racing last weekend at Phoenix, with cars seven abreast during the race! Next weekend, we have lots of action, from Formula 3, to Indycar at Texas Speedway and the WEC at Sebring! The Moto GP is back too, out in Indonesia. NASCAR are out in Manta Speedway too! Don't forget to give us your Formula 1 podium predictions in the comments!

Did you know that F1 twitter is horny as hell these days? Well it is, and we get up to our elbows in it. McLaren is rocking a new livery this weekend, and no one can shut up about it, including us. Lewis Hamilton's 2010 McLaren F1 car will be auctioned off at the British Grand Prix, any guesses for how much money that will fetch?? (Hint: a LOT) There are plenty of great drivers on the grid who have a hard time performing well at Monaco, including Max Verstappen, Charles Leclerc, and Valtteri Bottas. We dig into why Monaco seems to be such a perplexing track for a lot of great drivers and we size up their chances to win this weekend. Mut and Ryan also discuss some ways to spice up the Monaco Grand Prix broadcast for all the Monaco haters out there, including showing more data and graphics during the race, and giving the viewers live heart rate data for the drivers (MotoGP does it!). Will Max Verstappen finally make a podium in Monaco, or even better, take the top step?? Can Yuki Tsunoda finish in the points even though he has absolutely ZERO experience driving at Monaco?
