Do you feel you should be ahead with your life, career or business? Are you critical of yourself? Is your confidence shrinking? Well, I have those moments in my life when I feel exactly like that. And the one thing that I've learned is that those feelings of low confidence are created by my thoughts. Your thoughts are creating your feelings and not another way around (your feelings are creating your thoughts). This makes everything easier for me. I don't pay much attention to my negative thoughts anymore. However, if you're looking for more ways to boost your confidence, in this episode I'm sharing 10 simple ways to help you with that.
