3:35 WCPSS Updates- The Bros discuss the School Board decision for high school to stay online for the duration of the first semester as well as the somewhat surprising vote to send 4-8th graders back to school in-person. 12:15 Interview- Sydney Howard & Ellie McIntyre. High School sports in Wake County are back! We celebrate their return by talking to to Cross Country athletes about how much they've missed their team and why they love running. We also talk about online school and their thoughts on where they want to learn the rest of the year, DECA, being a RAKtivist, Rhodes tells two weird cat stories, and we open up the mailbag for a tough question about plagiarism. 45:30 Game- 20 Questions! We bring back Will's least favorite games, as he and our two guests compete in two rounds. In Round 1, they try to guess a person who is a member of the Holly Springs community, and in Round 2 they are guessing a celebrity. 1:05:00 Draft- Best Debates. The Bros open up the mailbag to answer some questions about their biggest mistakes so far in online teaching, give advice to a kid fired from a fast food job, and give some dating advice to a girl who may be talking to a guy trying to pull some shady stuff. 24:00 Interview- Jake Winston. We talk to 2020 HSHS grad Jake about his freshman year at Washington & Lee University, where students are still living in dorms and attending in-person classes. He tells us how the school has made that possible as well as some of the biggest adjustments to college for him. He also addresses attending a school named for Robert E. Lee and what he believes the school should handle that history. 51:50 Game- Who Am I? Jake and Will battle each other to see if they can guess the famous person from the clues provided to them. Our guests (and Will) really like to talk. So we play a game to see who can present the most convincing argument about a variety of topics in 30 seconds with Rhodes serving as the judge.
