Today Matilda and I are joined by the multi-talented Reggie Watkins, host of the podcast "I'm Probably Right," coach and so much more! Here's what you need to know about Reggie: Reggie Watkins was born and raised in San Jose, CA, and has been passionate about acting from the very start. He even performed in the Kids Skits Theater Company in Denver, CO, which gave him a solid foundation. Reggie later went on to play collegiate football as a wide receiver until a torn ACL ended his career at 21. No longer able to pursue that path, he moved to Los Angeles and fully committed to acting. Reggie's first "Hollywood" job was as a doorman at The World Famous Comedy Store, where he earned his stripes performing stand up with the likes of Dave Chappelle and Dane Cook. His first TV jobs were on the ABC Family series "Lincoln Heights," co-starring opposite the late Chadwick Boseman, and a commercial for Bud Light. Since then, Reggie has booked a stream of high-profile projects, including recurring roles on Amazon's critically acclaimed series "Bosch," NBC's smash hit "This Is Us," and a guest starring role on ABC's "The Rookie." Nov. 13th 2020 Reggie will appear as Sgt. Lawrence Sims in Activision's latest blockbuster, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. Reggie also hosted his own sports podcast "Talkin Sports with The Franchise" and currently can be found on the Digital Podcast Network show, "Brothas on Football," providing an in-depth breakdown of the game.Reggie is a social activist as well. Inspired to take action during the civil unrest surrounding the killings of George Floyd and Breonna Taylor, Reggie co-founded 'The Valley of Change,' a non-profit organization located in the San Fernando Valley, focused on community outreach and peaceful protests for real, systemic change. Reggie is represented theatrically by BRS-Gage, commercially by KMR, voice-over by Dean Panaro Talent and managed by Aligned Talent Group. Thank you for listening! Well hello hello everybody, and welcome back to another exciting episode of Trophy Talk! It's a big day, as of the time of this uploading Colin has been married!! This episode was recorded in advance of the big weekend but don't you worry, it's still jam packed with everything you've come to love from the crew. This week's episode includes a range of discussion such as how we handle savings / paychecks, what are some difficult games in our backlog we've been waiting to play, do we use zippers when we pee, and what our names would be if we could pick new ones! After that, and a healthy dose of dad jokes, the gang gets into what we've been playing. Eli has discovered the joy and the majesty of one of the oldest and most storied card games, Magic the Gathering, Darryl jumps into some smaller more chill titles before beginning his tour with Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Colin goes back to 1996 to play one of the best retro FPS's available in Quake. We hope you enjoy and thank you for listening!
On today's IGN The Fix: Games, Call of Duty publisher, Activision Blizzard, is blaming the poor results of its most recent game on historic events of World War II lamenting that the latest game Call of Duty Vanguard World War II setting lacks "innovation". Recent earnings have shown the sales of last year's release, Call of Duty: Vanguard, missed the shareholder's mark by about $300 million dollars - and this lackluster reception is why the game's setting in World War II is blamed. Call of Duty: Vanguard was still the number one best-selling game of 2021 though sales were down 36% from 2020's Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. Warcraft Arclight Rumble was revealed by Activision Blizzard for iOS and Android. Warcraft Arclight Rumble invites players to build up an army of their favorite heroes and villains from the World of Warcraft universe and duke it out in a series of tactical-based battles. The game takes place in Azeroth where Warcraft Arclight Rumble players will collect miniatures of famous World of Warcraft characters and build forces to overcome frantic challenges. While Halo Infinite Season 2 Lone Wolves adds new maps, modes, a Battle Pass, and more, perhaps the least expected addition is the inclusion of Clippy, the 25-year-old Microsoft Office assistant. Clippy is seen as a new keyring or nameplate that players can attach to their guns which can be unlocked later in Halo Infinite Season 2 Lone Wolves. It's unclear how and when the Clippy cosmetics can be unlocked in Halo Infinite Season 2 Lone Wolves but they're definitely not part of the new Halo Infinite Season 2 Lone Wolves Battle Pass that itself comes with 100 tiers of basic and premium rewards.

Justin and Bobby return to the podcast world with a look at if Hades will be their game of the year, if they will be picking up Call of Duty Black Ops: Cold War and if Among Us really does live up to the hype. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/misadventureland/support
Microsoft Flight Simulator returns after 6 years of no big titles and this one is a whammy. Microsoft recruits Asobo Studios, known for A Plague Tale most recently. They have built a flight simulator that lets you fly anywhere in the world. Literally anywhere in the world. They used AI technology combined with Bing's mapping system to produce the whole world and place 3D objects on top of flat, satellite imagery. The result is a beautiful journey to anywhere in the world you want to go. We then dive into Rocket Arena and find very quickly it's not a very good game. It was a good attempt but too shallow of a delivery to make it worth anyone's time.In the news, Ubisoft has their next Ubisoft Forward featuring Immortals Fenix Rising, the new name for Gods and Monsters. They also reveal a new game from the creators of Steep called Riders Republic. It now features bikes as part of the gameplay. Nintendo surprised us with a new game called Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity. Finally, Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War gives us a taste at what the multiplayer looks like and how it will work with Warzone. Our discussion has us revisit Marvel's Avengers to discuss the online service component of the game. We've beaten the campaign and discuss whether or not this game will truly keep us coming back for more. Is the grind fun? How does it compare to Destiny and its evolution over the years? On this week's episode of GameSpot After Dark, the crew talks about the Xbox Series S, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War, and Dontnod's latest game Tell Me Why.
Another week, another Ubisoft Forward, and this one was perhaps even less inspired than the last. The rumoured remake of Prince of Persia: Sands of Time is real, but it looks like absolute trash, Immortals: Fenyx Rising is simply Ubisoft's take on Nintendo's Breath of the Wild, and Riders Republic looks like a mash-up between Trials and Steep. Meh. Elsewhere we discussed the recently-revealed Xbox Series S, compared it to the chunkier Xbox Series X, and pondered over the consoles release dates and prices. Will they be the consoles that help Microsoft topple Sony's PlayStation 5? Only time will tell. We rounded out this week's episode by exploring the reveal of Call of Duty: Black Ops: Cold War's multiplayer component and questioned whether or not it could possibly match the impact of Modern Warfare or Warzone.
This week we're finally featuring our spoiler-free review of Ghost of Tsushima! We've been trying to power through this game but there are SO MANY GOOD THINGS ABOUT IT! We've been taking our time. Fortunately, we invite Patreon supporter and friend of the podcast Jason Hobbs on to discuss having beat it once and going through it now for a second time.In our news, we talk about Opening Night Live from Gamescom hosted by Geoff Keighley. It had several game announcements, follow-ups and more from the hottest games this year and beyond. They capped it with an awesome gameplay showcase from Ratchet and Clank A Rift Apart. We also talk about the awesome reveal and later confusing purchasing methods for Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. Yes, it's a mouthful. In other news, Halo Infinite is having a shakeup with them talking about maybe ditching Xbox One support (but likely not) and a lot of veterans coming back to help the game see to the finish line.In our discussion, we talk about the fight between DC Comics and Marvel as they compete for the game space. We have had a great lineup of Arkham games up to this point from Rocksteady and then this week Marvel's Avengers comes out with Miles Morales not far behind. However, next year we have Gotham Knights and the following year after that Suicide Squad. Will they all be enough to keep us engaged? Only time will tell. Our friend Jason has also launched a new podcast called the Skip, Rent, Buy Podcast. It's a podcast featuring movie reviews, industry news and various discussions about the movie world. You can check it out on Instagram here.
