Though Hebrews 6 unpacks six core principles—repentance from dead works, faith toward God, baptisms, laying on of hands, resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment—that trace the believer's life from new birth to final destiny, we hone in our focus on Eternal Judgment. We press into the hard but hopeful truth: judgment begins in the house of God. Ezekiel 34 confronts shepherds who feed themselves while neglecting the weak, and that pattern still speaks today. Then we follow Jesus' strategy in Matthew 10: seek the “worthy,” let peace rest where the message is received, and shake the dust where it is not. Worthiness is not status; it's reception. As Christ later pronounces woes on cities that witnessed miracles yet refused to repent, the stakes become clear—greater light brings greater responsibility. Rejecting the messenger means rejecting the One who sent him, and reception brings the first blessing of peace and hope.We also hold up a mirror to our religious reflexes. Jesus names the Pharisees' hypocrisy: heavy burdens, polished appearances, fixation on tithes while ignoring justice, mercy, and faith. That indictment challenges modern church culture to lift burdens, prioritize the wounded, and keep the weightier matters central. The call is simple and searching: preach the gospel, discern hunger, invest where the word is received, and move on without rancor. For every listener wrestling with spiritual leadership, mission, and endurance, this conversation offers clarity, courage, and a path toward the resurrection of the just."Message Our Father's Heart a Question or Response"Support the showThank you so much for listening and sharing with others! Welcome to Day 2737 of Wisdom-Trek. Thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom Day 2737 – Wisdom Nuggets – Psalm 92:8-15 – Daily Wisdom Wisdom-Trek Podcast Script - Day 2737 Welcome to Wisdom-Trek with Gramps! I am Guthrie Chamberlain, and we are on Day two thousand seven hundred thirty-seven of our Trek. The Purpose of Wisdom-Trek is to create a legacy of wisdom, to seek out discernment and insights, and to boldly grow where few have chosen to grow before. The title of today's Wisdom-Trek is: The Eternal Exaltation and the Flourishing Righteous Today, we conclude our journey through Psalm Ninety-two, the beautiful Song for the Sabbath Day. We are covering the final, triumphant verses, eight through fifteen, in the New Living Translation. In our last conversation, we affirmed that it is "good to give thanks to the Lord," proclaiming His Unfailing Love in the morning and His Faithfulness in the evening (Psalm Ninety-two, verses one through four). We wrestled with the temporary flourishing of the wicked—who "sprout like grass"—but concluded that they are destined to be "destroyed forever," for God's thoughts are simply "deeper than anyone can comprehend" (Psalm Ninety-two, verses five through seven). Now, the psalm moves to its magnificent climax. It declares the eternal nature of God's sovereignty, contrasts the certain ruin of His foes with the flourishing destiny of the righteous, and celebrates the lifelong vitality of those who trust in the Most High. This final section is a powerful declaration of vindication and blessing, a perfect capstone to the Sabbath celebration. So, let us open our hearts to this triumphant assurance, embracing the destiny of the righteous and the certainty of God's eternal rule. The first segment is: The Eternal Judgment and the Exaltation of the Righteous Psalm Ninety-two: verses eight through eleven But you, O Lord, will remain supreme forever. Your enemies, Lord, will be destroyed; all evil doers will be scattered. But you have made me as strong as a wild ox; you have poured olive oil on my head. My eyes have seen the downfall of my enemies; my ears have heard the defeat of my wicked foes. After acknowledging the fleeting power of the wicked, the psalmist immediately shifts focus to the unchanging reality of God's reign: "But you, O Lord, will remain supreme forever." The "But" is the most important word in the psalm, signaling the ultimate pivot from the temporary to the eternal. The wicked are ephemeral, but God "will remain supreme forever." This affirms His sovereignty over all time and space, including His supreme position over the Divine Council, guaranteeing that His justice will prevail. Because God is eternally supreme, the fate of His enemies is sealed: "Your enemies, Lord, will be destroyed; all evil doers will be scattered." This is a prophetic certainty, a final judgment that will

On this episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we confront the horrific attack at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis. The shooter, Robert “Robin” Westman, once walked those same halls as a student. Years of unchecked mental illness and spiritual rebellion ended in bloodshed.America is in denial. We refuse to face the truth: the transgender movement is built on a Satanic lie. No one can change the sex God gave them. Pretending otherwise doesn't heal broken souls, it destroys them and puts others in danger.Christians must speak plainly. Love does not mean affirming sin or confusion. Love means pointing people back to Christ, who alone gives us our identity. Until our nation repents and turns back to God, tragedies like this will only increase.Pray for the victims and their families.--https://policecoffee.com/collections/coffee
On today's episode of Uncommon Sense with Ginny Robinson, we're taking a hard look at Taylor Swift's new pornographic-themed album cover, The Life of a Showgirl. From the drinking and partying she parades as normal to her descent into porn culture, Swift has become a dangerous influence on young girls—and really, on everyone. We'll also address the cult-like following surrounding her, and why parents have a biblical responsibility to guard their children from this idolatry and from being exposed to Taylor Swift's sinful pornographic example. Darkness must be exposed, and the Word of God gives us the standard by which to measure it. We will also discuss how disgusting it is to excuse sin by simply labeling it “adult entertainment.” Unfriendly reminder: Civilization is currently collapsing. Let's actually do something about it?--https://www.thebrandsunday.com/
Have you ever heard a well-known teacher or a close friend share a new revelation they claimed came from God, but something about it made you feel uncomfortable or unsure? You couldn't determine exactly why, but a warning signal went off in your spirit, alerting you that something wasn't right. In The Foundational Doctrines of Christ, Pastor Greg Mohr reveals the importance of being firmly rooted in six key doctrines clearly outlined in Scripture. These biblical truths are essential for every believer, as they help you discern and eliminate false teachings. When you understand and apply these foundational doctrines, you'll not only be equipped to recognize and resist deception, but you'll also be positioned to receive God's guidance and strength to fulfill His calling and purpose for your life.
Is expecting a “heavenly reward” the same thing as the prosperity gospel? In this episode of the podcast, we explore what the Bible says about heavenly rewards and why living with an eternal perspective changes everything. When life is hard, obedience feels costly, and your faith goes unnoticed—God sees it all. The pain you endure and the faithfulness you choose are not wasted. There is a purpose beyond the temporary, and Scripture promises that eternal rewards in heaven are waiting for those who don't give up.If you've ever wondered, “Is it worth following Jesus?” or “Does God reward us for staying faithful?”—this episode will encourage you to live for what matters most.
Crystal Rivers | Kingdom Mysteries | Apr 30, 2025 God has designed a journey for you, leading from spiritual infancy to complete maturity in Christ. This path begins in the Garden of Eden—a place of pleasure where Adam was surrounded by cherubim who continually beheld and proclaimed God's glory. Their purpose was to help Adam see God's beauty correctly, because without the right perspective, God's life can seem painful rather than desirable. Your spiritual journey follows this same pattern. You must move beyond elementary principles toward mastery of righteousness—what Scripture calls "eternal judgment." This doesn't mean condemning others, but developing the ability to discern as God discerns, to love what He loves and hate what He hates. To reach this maturity, you need spiritual nourishment. Scripture describes this as "butter and honey"—butter representing an abundance of God's word (milk) and honey symbolizing the sweetness of that word to your soul. When you truly delight in God's word, you naturally choose good and refuse evil. This development follows clear stages: 1. Repentance from dead works and faith toward God 2. The baptism of indoctrination—saturating yourself in God's word 3. The laying on of hands—experiencing the Holy Spirit's power 4. Resurrection from the dead—being raised to new life 5. Eternal judgment—seeing from God's perspective Many believers never progress beyond the first stages. They experience momentary encounters with God's power but fail to become deeply indoctrinated in His word. True transformation requires moving beyond public displays of faith to cultivate a robust secret life with God. Your private devotion should far exceed what others witness. If you want to truly become like Christ, you must develop a genuine love for God's presence and His word. This doesn't happen automatically—you must linger in His presence until His fruit becomes sweet to your taste and His perspective becomes your own. Only then will you reach the maturity God designed for you, where discerning good and evil becomes natural because you see through His eyes. every weekday : http://www.caveadullam.org/zoom Crystal Rivers | Kingdom Mysteries | Apr 30, 2025 Follow us on Facebook & Instagram Facebook Cave Adullam : / caveadullam.org Ministers Rest : / ministersrest Preparing His bride : / phbfellowship #STNG : / securingthenextgeneration Instagram Cave Adullam: / caveadullam #STNG : / securingthenextgeneration
I'm excited to have Skye Jethani back on the podcast. When we talk about justice, we often think in binary terms - judgment or mercy, punishment or forgiveness. But as Skye argues, the biblical vision of justice is far more nuanced and holistic. At its core, justice is about the proper ordering of relationships - between humanity and God, as well as between individuals and communities. It's not just about retribution, but about restoring the shalom, the wholeness and flourishing, that God intended for his creation. This understanding upends many of our assumptions about justice, both in the church and in society. He challenges the popular American Christian idea that justice is something the government does, not the church. And he unpacks how this bifurcation between the "vertical" and "horizontal" dimensions of justice has deeply distorted our theology and our engagement with the world. But Skye also offers a compelling alternative - a vision of justice that holds together judgment and mercy, individual transformation and systemic change. It's a vision rooted in the cosmic victory of Christ on the cross, where the powers of evil were defeated and a new order was established. This is a conversation that spans creation, Christology, and the church's role in pursuing righteousness. Skye draws on Scripture, church history, and his own experience to paint a rich, nuanced portrait of justice that challenges us to rethink our assumptions and expand our imaginations. So join us as we reckon with justice.Skye Jethani is an award-winning author, speaker, and co-host of the Holy Post Podcast and co-founder of Holy Post Media. Matthew 25:31-46 // Ben BeasleyHell, in the Bible, is not some underground torture chamber. Hell is a place outside the city of the New Jerusalem, that God excludes because he wants to cast out the darkness for the light, to protect from the destruction of the fires of sin, and so the fullness of restoration will remain over destruction. God excludes sin and the powers of hell from his kingdom because of his goodness, and not in spite of his goodness. This ultimate reconciliation with God, this is the dream that we dream for our world. This is also God's heavenly dream for the world coming to earth. A real hell means there is real news to be shared. There is good news, and that good news is real: Jesus is here to reconcile you back to God. Take him up on it. Reach out, he won't let you go. While it may not seem very Jesusy, Jesus spoke and taught more about hell than anyone else in the Bible. How do we make sense of his teachings? This is what we look at in this message. Is there is a significance in the different names of hell, hades, Sheol, etc. Is hell eternal? Do people in hell have a repentant heart? Are there different levels of punishment in hell? what is hell like? How bad is hell? Will people in hell remember life on earth? Can Adam pronounce annihilationism correctly?
The Lamb's Book of Life is God's Family Album with the names of all those saved through the Blood of the Lamb. At the Great White Throne at the end of time, Christ will open this Book to verify that the names of those who had rejected God and His salvation were not included in it (Revelation 20:11-15). So they are judged according to what is written in the books of their lives. Whether or not you are written in the Book of Life defines your eternal destiny (Revelation 20:12,15, 21:27). It is the Lamb's Book, for if anyone's name is included, it is because they have been redeemed by His Blood. Derek goes through the various Scriptures that refer to this Book (Daniel 12:1, Revelation 3:5, Luke 10:20, Philippians 4:3, Isaiah 49:16). On the one hand, the Bible talks about changes being made in this Book as time goes on, which reflects human freedom of choice. Many assume that our name is written in the Book of Life when we trust in Christ, but that is not supported by Scripture, which only talks of names of people being blotted out for rejecting God (Exodus 32:32,33, Revelation 22:19). In fact, everyone who is alive physically is written in the Book of Life at their conception, but if they die in a state of sin (having reached the age of accountability) their names are blotted out (Psalm 69:28). On the other hand, the Bible says that the final list of names in the Book has been foreknown and fixed by God from eternity, and so these names were written in His Book from before the foundation of the world (Revelation 17:8, 13:8), which reflects God's Sovereignty. Thus the Book can be seen from the 2 viewpoints of eternity and time, from God's eternal viewpoint and from man's temporal viewpoint. The eternal Book of Life is unchanging, but its manifestation in time necessarily changes, because of human free-will. At the end of time, as time moves into eternity, the temporal form of the Book will assume its eternal (fixed) form, which was written by God from the foundation of the world. Either your sins will be blotted out by the Blood of Christ (Isaiah 44:22, Acts 3:19), or your name will be blotted out of His Book (John 3:16,36).

The Bible alone holds the secrets to life after death. It reveals that all humanity is divided into two groups after death, and is set apart unto 2 opposite eternal destinies - Heaven and Hell. While God-rejectors, who die in their sins, go down to Hades to await their resurrection unto final sentencing and everlasting condemnation, those who die in Christ, go up to Heaven, to be with Christ, their Lord and Saviour, forever. A God Day programme.
Judgment is not always a bad thing—it can be in your favor! In this sermon, Pastor Allen Jackson discusses the fact that God will judge each of us one Day, and truly acknowledging this can change the way we live our lives. We are saved when we accept Jesus as Lord of our lives, but maturing as Christ-followers requires intentionality and effort. Pursuing godliness, holiness, purity, and righteousness unleashes something that will bear fruit for all eternity. The majority of our existence is going to be spent in eternity, and our opportunities there will be linked to what we've chosen to do in time—so choose the honor the Lord in all your ways. There are two future judgments coming. Those who are unsaved will appear before God's White Throne Judgment. And believers will stand before the judgment seat of Christ. Those who are saved and in Christ will not appear before the Great White Throne Judgment. Nevertheless, our works as believers will be thoroughly examined and tried. Christ will then designate how we are to be rewarded. Hence, the way we build and steward our lives on earth will have an effect for all eternity.
