Radar Online recently lost a long-running lawsuit against the FBI over its failure to release documents related to Jeffrey Epstein following a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request. The case, Radar Online LLC v. FBI, was decided by Judge Paul G. Gardephe in the Southern District of New York. The court found that the FBI had properly withheld certain records under FOIA Exemption 3, which protects information prohibited from disclosure by another federal statute..The FBI cited three statutes to justify withholding the documents: the Child Victims' and Child Witnesses' Rights Act, the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Act, and Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6(e), which protects the secrecy of grand jury proceedings. The court agreed that these statutes were valid grounds for exemption, especially to protect the privacy and safety of minor victims involved in Epstein's crimes. The court also upheld the FBI's decision to withhold materials as attorney work product under Exemption 5, which protects documents prepared in anticipation of litigation.Meanwhile, transparency is once again trash binned by the government and by the court.(commercial at 11:19)to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comsource:FBI Wins Fight to Keep its Files on Jeffrey Epstein Secret (knewz.com)

Zelensky's mad, WH blames blue-collar, dismissing child sex and DOJ attacks whistleblowers

The Alan Sanders Show

Today opens with Volodymyr Zelensky putting out a fairly angry tweet regarding Joe Biden saying now is not the time to bring Ukraine into NATO. Well, that's got to be a blow to the green t-shirt costumed leader of Ukraine. It makes me wonder how long it will take for a creative accounting error to once again be found so we can send few billion more dollars to help sooth his hurt feelings. Or, and wouldn't it be great if this happens, in his anger, Zelensky decides to release some incriminating details of the money paid into the Biden Crime Family Syndicate? Cocaine-gate has taken yet another turn. Now, the White House, though Andrew Sullivan, is suggesting the drug may have been dropped by some blue-collar construction worker who was doing some work in the White House. Yes, the party of the little guy is suggesting that! Next, we continue to watch the Leftists in the country, especially in Legacy/mainstream media, bend over backwards to convince the country that child sex trafficking isn't real. Mika Brzezinski literally said on today's edition of The Morning Joe on MSNBC, that the “child sex trafficking epidemic, simply does not exist.” At the same time we get a story that the Biden DOJ has eliminated language on child sex trafficking from the government website. Apparently, they did this back in May of 2023, but we are just now hearing about it. The question is, why? Why did the DOJ remove “International Sex Trafficking of Minors”, “Domestic Sex Trafficking of Minors”, and “Child Victims of Prostitution” from the Department of Justice website under Child Sex Trafficking? Why is Rolling Stone Magazine doubling-down on the “myth” of what we all know is a heinous truth? Are they showing us how much they really want to normalize pedophilia? Do they believe sex with children is normal? If we go back to meeting held at the White House in 2019, we may get a little more insight. Tim Ballard was invited to sit down with President Donald Trump to share his knowledge of the child sex trafficking world. During that meeting, Ballard discussed how much easier it is to catch these people when they are forced to go through secure checkpoints, not a porous and open southern border. You know the Left cannot have that notion floating around in people's heads! This moves us to what I would call a stunning move by our weaponized DOJ. They have just decided to indict the whistleblower who is on the run for his life, Dr. Gal Luft, for not registering as a foreign agent of CEFC China Energy, while Hunter, James and Sara Biden, who simultaneously collected millions from the same CEFC China Energy. In other words, someone who has information that is harmful to the Biden's is being persecuted for “crimes” that were committed by at least 3 members of the Biden Crime Family. Rep. Nancy Mace (R-NC) and Senator Ron Johnson (R-WI) both weighed in on this, but it sure feels like the GOP investigations were dealt a 1-2 blow! Because, not only are they going after Luft, putting the fear of our weaponized government into the hearts of other would-be whistleblowers, the DOJ and the FBI are now blocking all requests for documents regarding any Biden investigations. They are simply refusing to be bound by the tenants of our US Constitution. I do close on a positive story, one revolving around my trip this past weekend to visit my Uncle in a care facility where he is recovering from a debilitating stroke. The story is so inspirational, I wanted to tell it to everyone else in hopes of making us all realize we are always moving through differing times. Just because the days are dark today, does not mean they will forever remain that way, so long as we keep moving forward. International report
Police seek to build trust with child victims in India's Rajasthan

International report

Play Episode Listen Later Sep 11, 2022 5:18

In many parts of the western Indian state of Rajasthan, child labour is prevalent, with those forced to do menial jobs often victims of trafficking. Handling rescued children is a sensitive process that requires special skills – something the police are looking to improve on. Rajasthan ranks seventh in India in crimes against children reported between 2018 and 2020. According to the ministry of women and child development, more than 19,000 incidents of crimes against minors were reported during that period. For children in difficult circumstances, often the first point of contact in the juvenile justice system is the police and they have been criticised for how they interact with rescued children. But now helped by Unicef, a series of initiatives is creating a more inclusive and inviting atmosphere for children to have a trusting dialogue with police officers. “There are issues and concerns related to children. Now, police officers are friendly with children and know how to deal with them. Before they were talking to the children as if they were criminals,” said Sindhu Binujeeth, a child protection consultant at Unicef. Interventions by the One Stop Security workers, who are associated with local police stations to inform the police of problems of children, especially relating with adolescent girls is also helping. Trained police officers with expertise in child protection also operate alongside these workers. “We have registered a lot of cases of crimes against children at my police station," said police inspector Hanwant Singh Rajpurohit. "We have freed a lot of children from child labour and arrested those involved in keeping these children in bonded labour because of the help of these community workers. A humane touch “Children were mostly scared whenever they had to come to a police station," he added. "But we have child friendly stations with rooms that will provide them with a congenial atmosphere and also help them open up to the police.” More than 137 such child-friendly police stations have opened up in the Udaipur division of the state. Despite various laws and schemes to protect the rights of children, bonded labour and trafficking, and sexual abuse is rampant. A large number of tribal children are trafficked from southern Rajasthan bordering north Gujarat, to work as bonded labourers. Children are trafficked as bonded labour, where physical and sexual abuse at worksites is also not uncommon. Why are Indian women increasingly taking their own lives? Child's murder shows discrimination and violence towards India's ‘untouchables' “Awareness that police can be friendly is spreading slowly and surely," said Sheela Sen, a child welfare officer. "The police station has child welfare officers, a critical need in this part of the state, where child labour is rampant." Sanjay Nirala, a Unicef representative of Rajasthan points out that intensive work is going on in and around the area of child protection and safeguarding of children. “The situation is improving in terms of child migration, child labour and out of school children," said Nirala. "It has drastically reduced in the last four to five years because of various interventions of the police department, education and other departments.” These are still early days as the police try to change their image and implement a string of child-centric initiatives. Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot recently said his government was committed to eradicating offences against children such as sexual violence, child marriage and child labour.

In a child sexual abuse case, what would make a jury hear all of that and still acquit? Tayler Jones-Cieminski and other researchers set out to explore that very question, especially one specific aspect of juror beliefs: the myth about the prevalence of false allegations. What would happen at trial if there were an increased fear of false allegations? And does gender have anything to do with it? Topics in this episode:Origin story (3:05)Disparity between evidence and verdict (7:17)Fear of false allegations (11:49)Implications for criminal justice system (24:32)Role for juror education, public education (28:33)Advice for child abuse professionals (31:30)Future research (34:41)Sharing the credit (38:40)For more information (40:35)Links:Tayler Jones-Cieminski is a doctoral student at the University of Illinois at Chicago “Jurors' Gender and Their Fear of False Child Sexual Abuse Accusations Are Related to Their Belief in Child Victims' Allegations.” Tayler M. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Soderman, a NAASCA family member and Exec. Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Isolating A Child From The Protective Parent With Conscious Malice And Forethought" ~~ The case we'll examine deals with the sexual abuse of a 5 year old child, and how custody was transferred into the hands of her accused abuser. Complaints were filed against Judge Julie O'Kane for numerous errors and due process violations that placed the child's health and welfare in imminent harm. It isolated the child from the protective parent, Vina Hewett from Florida, and sought to silence and shield complaints from public view, in violation of First Amendment rights. While the 5 year old is a substantiated victim of sexual and emotional abuse by her father, the Protective mother, an Iraqi War Veteran, filed Domestic Violence charges against him. Following the claim and a subsequent police intervention, the accused abuser began a campaign of custody litigation against the child's mother for the child, whose birth he'd rejected. Dr Jill will explain the case. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Many issues of child abuse involve dealing with the courts and law enforcement, foster care, child protection services, CASA and CAC organizations, etc. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courtsand her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.

Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Lies And Larceny: What Your Lawyer Says And Does Behind Your Back" ~~ Your lying lawyer can easily become your worst enemy. The common causes? Greed, fraud, incompetence and racketeering. Clients are often gripped with fear in a 'deer in the headlights' moment when the need for bold action is critical. It's a catastrophe for you and your children. What you should do and NOT do .. and why. Some samples of how this happens: a lawyer that 'forgets' to respond to court documents, or files a response incorrectly (the 'my dog ate my homework' explanation); lawyers give false witness in a Protective Order and collude with opposing counsel and related court actors; a lawyer lawyer becomes aware of a planned legal action that would potentially stop a custody transfer but will expedite an 'emergency removal' of children, prior to the scheduled transfer date; a prefixed agenda of the 'treatment team' .. when the client never knew one had been hired. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "How to Get the Attention of the Court in Presenting Victim Evidence" - Our client, from Maryland, has endured domestic violence for many years. As the danger to her moved to her child and the signs of abuse began, she had no choice but to seek assistance of police and the courts. Once protective instincts towards children took precedence, claims of abuse were too often automatic and punitive. The current backlash against overly protective responses to children has been a cynical questioning of motives of those who come forth with complaints against a party engaged in family disputes. Our client presents an articulate and extremely thoughtful perspective on her experience. She also displays great compassion for her partner whose mental illness is the source of their problem. The black and white, intellectually ignorant position of the court is creating an adversarial position, mitigating against resolution. When interventions include something between education and mediation of interests what arguments will get the Judge's attention? ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Her guest, a client, will appear anonymously. Maryland is a small state and county by county one can identify the different character of courts and the practitioners who are frequent flyers. Howard County is a wealthy bedroom community. The divorce / custody industry tends to be populated by a handful of well known practitioners who have developed a reputation for handling partners who have secrets to hide, a vendetta, or are just out for the best financial deal available. There is no law, there are no ethics and no expertise. Custody transfer is based on the inside deal, the connection to the connected lawyer who has divided up winners and losers before the clients feet have touched the entrance to the court. The FCVFC knows the players, the play and how to disrupt the corruption. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Arizona Cruelty in the Family Court; the fight for life to prevent certain death" -- This is story of how the Court is demanding reunification in a situation of demonstrable, documented, acute danger. The FCVFC has presented many client sagas involving the transfer of children from the hands of 'Protective Parents' into the hands of an abuser. We have discussed the significant pathology of those who commit heinous crimes against children by seeking to bury their complaints by isolating them from those who would protect and not necessarily disclose secrets. There are some 'Predator Parents' who seek revenge for any form of lack of compliance from a spouse or child. The complicity of judges and other state actors in removing children has never been so transparent. This case, this client, mother and daughter, confront the tyranny of a personally abusive, judge whose deviant rulings, bias, interference with due process and access to law must be removed from this case and from the Arizona Court. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. Dir. of the Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "The Latest Plague Upon Our Houses - 'Pre Fix Custody' Litigation" -- A  predetermined end result determines the outcome of a Trial Court. Tonight's anonymous guest is from California, a section of the country where we have seen an embrace of programs referred to as 'reunification treatment programs'. These programs justify the transfer of children from the hands of Protective Parents into the hands of the children's accused abuser. Crimes against children and the parent who seeks to protect them are first defined in terms of misperception of acts of depraved, consequential abuse. But the move toward transfering a child from a Protective Parent is often justified by false reporting. The period of exclusive enforced isolation is described as a period of time to 'correct incorrect misperceptions' held against the parent seen as a danger, a threat, a criminal. The 'parentectomy' period is described by survivors of the process as a brutal, frightening, threatening experience. Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.

Tonight's guest remains Anonymous, and hails from Sarasota, Florida. In the case to be presented, the court, through the directives of the judge defined our client as engaging in “malicious prosecution”. She was, in the terms of the court a negative presence in the lives of her children, worthy of being trashed and removed. The case redefined in terms of the facts and the removal of the judge, now has a clear path to present evidence and secure the best interest of the children. We do not remain passive in the face of defending a false narrative. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. The crime he committed is called Custodial Interference, when a spouse leaves home and keeps children from contact with their custodial parent. This couple was neither divorced nor legally separated. The institutions that should have protected her include the legal system, where her own lawyer became the greatest liability, the court system, which featured a biased Judge, and Child Protective Services, which proved incompetent and inept. A Corporate Real Estate Broker, Coldwell Banker, facilitating bias and abuse through their sales force, and they almost took her life. But now a resolution is in view. We have now produced a book “10 Years of Speaking Truth To Power”, in memory of child victims and celebration of our successes, looking back and moving forward, presenting the words and stories of our child clients and protective parents. The book is also about how the JUNK CONCEPT of “Parental Alienation,” developed by Richard Gardner, MD, has changed the narrative of child custody litigation in Family Courts across the country. Science and sound methodology have largely been replaced by industrial revolution, factory farming / assembly line techniques for categorizing parent custodians and separating protective parents from vulnerable children in crisis. In Nov. 2017, Allison was sentenced on four felonies for money laundering and theft of funds from her own law firm escrow account. The time-line of the thefts support statements of associates of Allison Scollar who relate that funds were stolen and then passed to intermediaries who were themselves tasked with paying court actors and a Forensic psychologist to arrange for the transfer of custody from the biological and protective parent, Brooke, to her former partner, Allison. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Solderman (PhD, MSW, MSHS), a NAASCA family member. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: “Blind Sided - Con Men In The Courts” ~~ On this episode we will be talking about  the dynamic implicit in one parent deliberately setting out to destroy a child's relationship with the targeted parent, Beth. The former wife of author of “Trading With The Enemy: Seduction and Betrayal on Jim Cramer's Wall Street," she'll provides insight into the dynamic behind the state of mind of the con man you married. The father who uses your children as a weapon to punish you keeps punishing you! After being the total caretaker of Beth's two daughters, the hiding-in-plain-sight predator found an opening, accommodated by a Family Court that insists on maintaining ignorance while professing equal justice. What tips the balance is when an individual manipulates others to accommodate their needs at the expense of the health and welfare of their spouse. After many years of complete custody/shared 50/50 parenting Beth was blind sided! Now she's a client of the FCVFC .. and it's time to fight back! Jill's experience with her Foundation for Child Victims of Family Courts and her US Whistleblower effort uniquely position her to speak to these issues.

The FCVFC has been aggressively studying, pursuing interventions and the elements of intervention that lead to successful release of children. Our guest, Brook Altman, is a participant in the “Impenetrable Project” of the Legal Strategy Research Litigation Support program of the FCVFC. Her “Brave New World” approach to tackling the massive institutional malfeasance of the Family Court System in Manhattan has taken incredible courage and nerves of steel. ~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime. SPECIAL TOPIC Night - "Examining Institutional Abuse" with special co-host Dr Jill Jones-Solderman (PhD, MSW, MSHS), a NAASCA family member. ~~ TONIGHT'S TOPIC: "Court Ordered Rape" ~~  Most people know that medical evaluation of victims of assault are expected as part of procedure for collection of evidence – body fluids, DNA sample collection, wound/bruise documentation.  But body cavity examinations are conducted in some states at the request of the assailant in order to conduct discovery on the body of the victim. Tonight we are specifically addressing private party crime victims who are the subjects of sexual assault ordered to submit to genital, intrusive examination at the behest of the court, on behalf of an assailant. Our guest, Lisa, experienced Court Ordered Rape that stemed from her having been unknowingly infected with a genital disease in the course of an intimate relationship, by a partner who was fully conscious and intent on harming her. Her case was pursued on criminal and civil charges. She is an outspoken advocate for victims rights and raising consciousness of the presence and impact of this crime.~~ NAASCA knows "institutional abuse" is rampant, worldwide, and dramatically effects childhood experience of our youth, frequently causing trauma that lasts a lifetime.
