Ci raggiunge in diretta Don Walter Insero, teologo. Ancora un commento sull'attualità, dalla politica agli esteri. Ci ha raggiunto il direttore de La Verità, Maurizio Belpietro.

A new paradigm for embodied healing in a unique, experiential, therapeutic process in which expressive movement, guided imagery, ritual, music, and creative expression work together. In Embody, Toni Bergins, the founder and creator of JourneyDance, an internationally renowned dance movement program, shares with readers a powerful way to address trauma mindfully so people can confront it, heal, and grow to love themselves unconditionally, just as they are. Embody is a dynamic, conscious practice that can help people release what no longer serves them and shows them how to stop stuffing/numbing the pain and start feeling, stop over-thinking/limiting, and get moving! Embodiment is the new buzzword in personal transformation, but, most often, it is connected to static practices like breathwork and meditation. For Toni Bergins, embodiment is best achieved through active movement, and has created a practice where people literally get out of their heads and into their bodies! Her program is a trauma-informed one that offers a new promise: leading readers through deep, personal work but making it feel like play. In this book, she turns the heaviness of processing pain and past trauma into an expressive art aligned with the most recent research. Specifically, trauma expert Bessel van der Kolk, writes in his bestselling The Body Keeps the Score, “In order to overcome trauma, people need to feel safe enough to open up their hearts and minds to others and become engaged with new possibilities. This can be done if trauma survivors are helped to confront and confess the reality of what has happened and are helped to feel safe again. In many cultures this involves communal rhythmical activities, such as dancing…” And that is Toni Bergins' mission and method: to help readers move into a new story for their lives. Embody features Toni's prescription for a comprehensive healing journey, comprised of five core elements: · Music, to open the doorways of impulse, imagination, creativity and healing to change mood and awareness; · Movement, to enhance presence and confidence, and release old patterns and traumas; · Mystical Inquiry, where imagery and creative visualization exercises are used to guide readers into an alchemic and shamanic state to investigate past hurts, and learn to trust their instincts; · Prayers and Invocations, to raise energetic vibrations to a positive place with powerful affirmations; and · Journaling, with writing prompts to process inner self-awareness learned on the dance floor or through any of the other Embody elements. Welcome back to Make Mine Multiverse City: A Marvel Podcast! Each episode we'll be looking at Marvel books, old and new! We discuss fun Marvel comics, Marvel news, Marvel history and (not so) recently ended X-men eras.Make Mine Multiversity was a twice-monthly podcast that premiered on the first and third Friday of every month. Now it's a little more irregular, and on a new network. From the ashes, we rise!…for one more episode before crawling back into our hermit lodges. Unlike Marvel, we let our era changes cook and oh boy, did this episode cook - we recorded it back in August. I promise it's worth the wait. The return of Baseline X, Jaina and Elias' power ranking of every X book of the Krakoa era, never got fully wrapped. There were still a few pesky books we never considered and an entire legacy to consider. We figured it was time to rectify that, in our own special way.Because, of course, an extra special episode deserves an extra special length AND format. Plus an extra special guest co-host! It's not a surprise, if you read the next paragraph, but you should still pretend anyway.Elias can be found writing at eliasrwrites.ghost.io. Jaina and Kevin are both living the good hermit life, so you can contact them by carrier pigeon. We're doing it folks. We've finally read one of the bugbears in the MMM canon: 'Castaway in Dimension Z' aka the first ten issues of Rick Remender's 2012 "Captain America" run. We do a recap on all things Remender, JRJR, and Cap once more before talking about this very divisive arc. Will Elias admit it's not as good as he thought it was? Will Jaina find more worth in it (and in the art?) Listen on, true believers! And for a bit of a fun time capsule, read Elias' review off issue #1 from our "Now That's What I Call Marvel" 2020 spectacular.Next time, it's time for "The End." Which end? A lot of them, apparently.

In this Language of Love session, I sit down with Regine, a listener facing the dual challenges of a partner with PTSD and her journey through grief and caregiving. She's navigating the delicate balance between her social desires and her partner's need for solitude due to PTSD. It's a dance many couples know all too well – the push and pull of togetherness and independence. This has put a strain on their relationship, as Regine longs for shared social experiences and support, especially after the loss of her son and the emotional toll of caring for her mother with Alzheimer's. We also touch on something incredibly profound – the connection between our bodies and our emotional well-being. Regine shares her journey of caregiving and personal loss, and together, we discuss the transformative power of tuning into our bodies to find healing and peace. We deep dive into: Life's fragility and the desire to cherish every moment The roles of victim and villain in relationship dynamics The importance of understanding love languages in a relationship The importance of having a supportive community outside the relationship The impact of grief and loss on relationships Finding the middle ground and compromising in relationships Why you should be listening to your body and use your heart as a compass Don't forget to check out my website for helpful meditations on the Quantum Love page that can assist you with your relationships. Elias has found a new pastime: griping about Dan Slott on "Spider-Man." Jaina would love to show him the good Slott books she's read. Elias caved and decided he could gripe about Slott AND read a good Slott comic by revisiting 1 of 2 arcs he's actually read: the original "Spider-Verse." Folks. If you've only seen the movies, this shit will be a wild trip. Spider-Gwen! SP//dR! Silk! The worst Silk plot point ever! Spider-Woman as a pirate? And something a little...Superior.For those wanting Spidersman, check out "Spider-Geddon." You will be horrified but you won't be disappointed.Want to read along with us? Here ya go! We read "Superior Spider-Man" #32-33, "Edge of Spider-Verse" (Vol. 1) #1-5 and "Amazing Spider-Man" (2014) #7-15. Doniga Markegard is a wildlife tracker, regenerative rancher, speaker, and author of Dawn Again: Tracking the Wisdom of the Wild and Wolf Girl: Finding Myself in the Wild. Her teen years in nature school started her on a path that led to a career in animal tracking and then permaculture and ranching in at her farm in California, Markegard Family Grass-Fed, where she works to regenerate both soil and community through farming. Using the innovative, carbon-storing methods of regenerative ranching, she's restoring the land she tends, bringing native grasses and wildlife back. Doniga is a consultant and guest instructor at Nature Awareness Programs around the country, has led retreats in places such as 1440 Multiversity, Canyon Ranch and is a regular speaker at events such as the Bioneers Conference, Food Inspiration Trendsummit, and The Grassfed Exchange. She is a certified educator with Holistic Management International. She has worked with companies such as Patagonia, Tesla and Google, and has been featured in articles from Civil Eats, FastCompany, GreenBiz, The San Francisco Examiner, and NPR. Most recently she has been featured in the film Kiss the Ground available on Netflix. Along with her husband and four children, Doniga owns and operates Markegard Family Grass-Fed LLC raising grass-fed beef, lamb, pastured pork and chicken supplying the Bay Area with local, nutrient dense foods. The family ranch leases land through out the Bay Area spanning over 11,000 acres. Doniga's work expands beyond her family ranch into policy and advocacy. She has organized a stakeholder working group at the State Capital for small dairy herds. She then took the lead on legislation that would enable family farms to be more sustainable and utilize pasture in an economical and productive way. Doniga's deep observation experience aids in her ability to monitor grassland health, biodiversity and to manage land based on the principles and patterns found in nature. Doniga is passionate about large-scale restoration of Western Rangelands through cattle grazing. The Markegard Family has forged partnerships with some of the largest land trust groups in California, private landowners, as well as regional open space parks. Each ranch has a grazing plan and conservation management plan developed in conjunction with landowners and the Natural Resource Conservation Service. She is dedicated to finding ways to regenerate lands and community through ranching practices that build soil, sequester carbon, capture and purify water and enhance habitat. I am Jane Hogan, the Wellness Engineer, and the host of Wellness By Design. I spent 30 years designing foundations for buildings until the pain and inflammation of rheumatoid arthritis led me to hang up my hard hat and follow my heart. Now, I blend my backgrounds in science and spirituality to teach people how to tap into the power of their mind, body and soul. I help them release pain naturally so they can become the most wonderful fine version of themselves.  Wellness By Design is a show dedicated to helping people achieve wellness not by reacting to the world around them but by intentionally designing a life based on what their own body needs. In this show, we explore practices, methods, and science that contribute to releasing pain and inflammation naturally. A few months ago, the latest "Avengers" run came to an end, capping off Jason Aaron's tenure on the title. Now that it's over, it's finally time to see how the whole thing shaped up. There were highs, there were lows, there were flaming wooly-mammoths and lots of big swings. Every arc an event! What did we think of it all? You'll just have to listen to find out. We are far more praiseworthy of it than Slott's "Fantastic Four" though.

This episode is all about what we've been reading, what we've been enjoying, and what's going on in the various corners of Marvel comics. We talk greatest hits, a couple lows, and hidden gems. Just no X books. That's for another day.Next time, we're finally retrospecting and dissecting Jason Aaron's "Avengers" run. Whew!

Is therapy dead? Can it be revived? How can we move forward? What are the virtues and pitfalls of alternatives to therapy, like coaching or wellness related practices? Typically, therapists go to graduate school and complete postgraduate internships and exams to develop a particular set of psychological tools to address mental illnesses that many of us are faced with. But Bizzie has done something truly unique; she is the first person not licensed as a clinical therapist to have created a therapeutic program for mental health professionals. It's common for relationships to have what Bizzie calls “Symbiotic Dysfunction” whereby the attraction pattern might be opposite, creating triggering and potentially toxic relationships. What can we do to battle this seemingly inherent trait? Do some couplings require some kind of polarity to ignite a relationship? And how therefore do children get socialized by their parents from the viewpoint of Bizzie's Break Method? Bizzie Gold is a Behavior Strategist, author, speaker and creator of Break Method, an NASW accredited program for mental health professionals and an online program to help clients rapidly rewire the emotional response system. She has been a featured workshop presenter and speaker at some of the most prestigious wellness institutes including Omega Institute, Kripalu and 1440 Multiversity. Gold has also appeared on The Dr. Oz Show, TODAY, E!, Buzzfeed and the Huffington Post among others to discuss her unique approach to rapid emotional repatterning that has garnered widespread Hollywood and media praise. You can follow Bizzie on Twitter or Instagram @BizzieGold. At age 15 he sang in the choir for Duke Ellington and by 19 was playing The Boy in the world's longest running musical, The Fantasticks, in a run lasting more than 800 performances. Trained at the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, he has performed in Shakespeare in the Park, television commercials and films, ran a small art business in New York City, and was a founding member of ODC, San Francisco's top rated dance company. In 2017 he recorded his first album of original songs, entitled Renaissance Human. Bruce is now 12 years cancer-free, and almost 11 years living youthfully with titanium hips. His years in both the business and performing arts worlds led him to develop a body of work on Awakening Creativity which is now being taught at Stanford University, University of Delaware, the New York Open Center, 1440 Multiversity in Silicon Valley, and elsewhere. In 2018 he returned to NYC and rejoined the arts scene. He has performed at the Norwood Club, Pangea, Don't Tell Mama, the United Palace Theater, and St Clements Theater and Church.  His digital photography is available through Instagram.
