Si votre construction n’a pas été en proie à un séisme ou un glissement de terrain notable et que des fissures apparaissent sur les murs de votre habitation, cet article va vous intéresser. Il explique le phénomène qui est à l’origine, sous nos pieds, de ces murs qui cassent… Et contrairement à ce que l’on peut croire, ce n’est pas toujours la faute du maçon (bien que ce facteur reste à considérer dans certains cas). Vidéo en fin d’article L’origine des Fissures dans les Murs Selon Emmanuel Baret, géobiologue à Frozes (86), les fissures dans les murs des anciennes bâtisses (et des plus récentes) ne sont pas toujours des défauts de construction. Elles peuvent être causées par l'activité du sous-sol, notamment par des veines d'eau souterraines. Ces cours d'eau, même secs, continuent de générer des ondes gamma ionisantes qui affectent la structure des bâtiments. Ainsi, les fissures visibles sur les murs sont en réalité le signe de perturbations souterraines, plutôt qu'une mauvaise construction. Les Ondes Gamma et Leur Impact Emmanuel Baret souligne que les ondes gamma, issues de la radioactivité naturelle, sont particulièrement puissantes. Ces ondes, découvertes par Marie Curie, traversent non seulement les murs mais aussi le corps humain. Elles peuvent causer des perturbations importantes et rendre les boussoles inefficaces à proximité des veines d'eau. Ces ondes gamma se propagent à travers des failles dans le sous-sol, ouvrant des brèches qui affectent directement les bâtiments situés au-dessus. L’effet ionisant de ces ondes radioactives arrache des électrons à la matière qui s’en trouve fragilisée et fini par céder : les fissures dans les murs se créent. Détection des Cours d’Eau et des Ondes Souterraines Pour détecter les veines d'eau souterraines et les ondes gamma, Emmanuel Baret utilise des boussoles et des antennes spécialisées. En plaçant ces instruments sur le sol, il peut observer des variations du champ magnétique, indiquant la présence d'un cours d'eau ou d'ondes perturbatrices. Ces outils permettent de confirmer que les fissures dans les murs coïncident souvent avec des failles ou des veines souterraines, même si l’eau n’est pas visible en surface. Le Danger des Ondes Gamma pour la Santé Les ondes gamma ne se contentent pas d’affecter les structures des bâtiments, elles peuvent aussi avoir des effets néfastes sur la santé des occupants. Selon Emmanuel Baret, une exposition prolongée à ces radiations peut entraîner des maladies graves, allant jusqu'au cancer. Il est donc essentiel de faire appel à un géobiologue pour détecter ces zones à risque et prendre des mesures préventives, telles que réorganiser l'aménagement intérieur pour éviter les zones les plus exposées. Mesures à Prendre pour Prévenir les Dommages Emmanuel Baret explique que, bien que les fissures dans les murs puissent être réparées par des maçons, elles reviendront si les causes sous-jacentes ne sont pas traitées. Il est impossible de déplacer un bâtiment pour échapper aux ondes gamma, mais il est possible de repositionner les meubles pour éviter de séjourner dans les zones les plus irradiées. Emmanuel recommande également de réaliser une étude géobiologique  des terrains avant toute nouvelle construction, et cela afin d'éviter d'implanter une maison sur une veine d’eau souterraine ou une faille géologique. Fissures dans les murs, Pas de remède miracle Il n’y a hélas pas de remède miracle à ces cas de figure. Emmanuel Baret rappelle que nos églises, surtout celles qui ont été construites par les templiers, ont toutes fait l’objet d’études géobiologiques. Les templiers faisaient appel aux sourciers qui possédaient ce savoir et elles étaient placées au bon endroit. Ce sont les seules constructions fiables selon Emmanuel Baret, parce qu’elles ont été érigées dans les règles de l’art et en respectant les consignes des sourciers de l’époque. Il est parfois possible de dévier ou atténuer un peu les ondes qui traversent une maison en installant des pierres de plus ou moins grandes taille. La disposition de ces mégalithes, agissent telles des antennes qui viennent capter les ondes du sous sol et les renvoient vers le haut, sur le principe de fonctionnement des menhirs.  Mais il n’est pas toujours possible d’agir de la sorte, il faut que le contexte s’y prête. Difficile d’imaginer un menhir trôner au milieu du salon. Piquets en ardoise de schiste © Perles de Pierres Conclusion : Si vous avez des fissures dans les murs de façade de votre maison, sachez qu’elle est vraisemblablement traversée par des ondes gamma, issues des failles souterraines créées par les cours d’eau souterrains et qu’il peut y avoir un danger pour votre santé, surtout si ce champ magnétique et radioactif traverse votre lit. Faites appel à un géobiologue qui se fera un plaisir de venir poser un diagnostique de votre habitation. Il vous fera des recommandations et s’il y a un danger, il vous le dira. Il vous proposera par exemple de changer votre lit de place, ou votre bureau si vous travaillez à la maison. Pour ce qui est des fissures dans les murs, si la géographie du lieu ne se prête pas à l’implantation d’un menhir (en ardoise le plus souvent), alors il faut savoir qu’il n’y a rien à faire, à part de la maçonnerie. Souvent on vous proposera de créer un système d’agrafes, mais selon Emmanuel Baret, « c’est une question de temps » mais « ça reviendra »…. Cela peut prendre 10 ans… comme 200 ans ! Mais la fissure reviendra, et elle sera au même endroit.
