Every area has their own version of Bigfoot, and Key Largo in Florida is no exception. About The Guests: Tim and Waynette Turner from Winter Haven, Florida, Central Florida, we have been researching Bigfoot, Sasquatch, Skunk Ape, in the Green Swamp and surrounding areas in Central Florida for right at three years now. I, Tim, started out using my hunting experience to search and find out the truth for myself if these beings were real or existed in Florida. On my third time out I found a trackway of two sizes of bare human looking foot prints, 6 inch and 9 inch foot prints, the 6 inch foot prints were farther apart than I could step. Researching this area, I have seen the foot prints now at 11 inch and 13 inch. We film with three different types of cameras, use audio recorders, game cameras, a TriField Meter to record Radio (Microwave) Frequencies, have found and measured and cast foot prints, collected hairs forensically, caught orbs on game cameras and thermal cameras (giving a heat signature). I have a YouTube channel, Tim T in Florida, and now recently a Facebook Group, Bigfoot & Cryptid Research with Tim T in Florida and Waynette. We show everything we are finding and experiencing, including orbs, EVP's caught on our cameras, being hit with Infrasound, finding skulls, finding possible tree structures or markers, eyeshine at night watching us, objects thrown at us at night. David Sidoti started this research back in 1995, doing basic armchair research, reading thousands of eye witness reports and reading various books so he could learn about these incredible creatures based on reported eye witness accounts.He began field research in 1998 and now has over 20 years’ experience with research, most of that field work. As a child at age 7,Dave and his brother use to play in the woods every day. There was no staying inside unless it was raining or homework. They loved being outdoors,exploring the woods and building forts. Dave loves going camping, hiking, kayaking, and honing his survival and tracking skills.Dave has  a great love for animals. For the past 6 years he began an interest in survival skills useing in his day to day life.  Like many researchers Nite Callers has interviewed, Dave became interested in researching these creatures is when he and his brother watched the Patterson/Gimlin film on a show called “In search Of” back in the late 70’s and the docudrama of The legend of Boggy Creek. Dave joined with a large group in 1998, investigating eye witness’s encounters, then left that group after a year.In 2000 Dave founded the research team called Independent Sasquatch Research Team (ISRT) www.ISRTUSA.com, and it’s still going strong today. The ISRT is developed for people who want to work with other independent researchers with a common goal. The team only works with legit researchers and the scientific academic realm that has immaculate credentials. ISRT team and many others in the near future are affiliating with each other as a network of INDEPENDENT organizations willing to share their research in hopes of solving this mystery. 

Alan Mercier currently lives in Central Florida. He grew up in Wisconsin where his father was a scout master for the BoyScouts. His father would take him and his brothers to Bear Paw scout camp up in Iron Mountain Michigan. Where they learned to hunt, fish, trap, and track animals; all of the survival skills. Alan's family moved to Florida in the mid 70's where he joined the Marines. He moved back to Central Florida after his discharge. He remembers seeing " The Legend Of Boggy Creek " and how it affected people, making them afraid to go into the woods; much the same way "Jaws " kept many out of the ocean. Alan had his first sighting around 20 yrs ago when an 8ft tall creature stepped out in front of his pick up early one morning while delivering news papers. They stared at each other briefly before it continued across the road and disappeared into the woods. Alan has been researching and following the subject ever since.

Wikipedia says "The skunk ape, also known as the swamp ape, stink ape, Florida Bigfoot, myakka ape, swampsquatch, and myakka skunk ape, is a hominid cryptid said to inhabit the U.S. states of Florida, North Carolina, and Arkansas, although reports from Florida are more common. It is named for its appearance and for the unpleasant odor that is said to accompany it. According to the United States National Park Service, the skunk ape does not exist"  My guest tonight is Mark Zaskey who is a cryptozoologist, the creator, writer and host of "Crypto-Reality" radio show, investigative journalist, author of "Bigfoot: The Unavoidable Truth," and "Who Decides What is real." Mark has been studying the Bigfoot species for over 16 years in the state of Florida. He is an eyewitness and has had multiple encounters, as have members of his field research team including his son Christopher in Myakka State Park.

  In continuing the series on the North American Sasquatch Researcher, Nite Callers Bigfoot Radio presents Robert Robinson from Florida. Robert Robinson was born at Hamilton AFB, CA. He grew up an Army brat and had the privilege of visiting Europe numerous times. After graduating high school at Lansing Kansas, Robert enlisted in the United States Army in June 1982. He received his Basic and Advanced Individual Training as a Military Policeman at Ft McClellan, Alabama. Rob, when he was young, became interested in Cryptozoology after watching the TV cartoon series “Jonny Quest” and the movies” The Abominable Snowman of the Himalayas” and “The Legend of Boggy Creek”. His mother, who is from Scotland, related stories of the Loch Ness Monster, to him. Also, his uncle would relate scary stories of the Fouke Monster and Bigfoot. Because the whole subject of real monsters scared him, Rob started researching monster legends by reading every book he could. Rob also became interested in UFO and extratertriels after watching the movie “Close Encounters of the Third Kind”. His fear turned into intrigue and then became a hobby and passion. After retiring from the Army, Rob started going on Swamp Ape expedition with the Bigfoot Field Research Organization. Tracy (Rob’s wife) also had an interest in the unexplained and accompanied him on his monster hunts. Tracy also conducted paranormal research investigations such as haunting and ghosts. Rob has stated that “When you are out at night, monster or ghost hunting, there is nothing better than being scared and excited at the same time. Together they constitute the very first "Unified" front of Bigfoot activism for eyewitnesses, researchers and the general public.  The organization is geared to confront mainstream science at it's top levels and push for official funding, study and protection of the species.  

Gearing down for the Christmas holidays, Nite Callers bring you the last show of the year. Continuing the series of the North American Sasquatch Researcher, we welcome good friend and veteren Bigfoot researcher Pat Rance. What started out as an elusive hobby for Pat Rance has virtually turned into an obsession to hunt the elusive Bigfoot that has been sighted in the Green Swamp of Florida at least 10 or more times in the last several years. Pat Rance actually came face to face with the creature in a dramatic night time encounter in Sumter County. In April 2006, along with three other researchers, Pat set up camp in the swamp southwest of Clermont. Having seen foot prints in the area as large as 18 inches long and 9 inches wide, they baited the campsite with a box of pancakes covered in syrup. When they later found more tracks and the pancakes were eaten, they knew they were in the right spot. " It was nighttime and I was returning to the main camp with a friend." Pat recalls. " We heard sudden movement in the trail immediately in front of us and I looked up to see a large creature jump off to the side of the trail.It was about 30 feet away and with my flashlight shining on it I could see this round head and massive shoulders above the tops of the palmettos. I went to raise my night vision glasses to my eyes and the creature jumped back onto the trail and quickly ran ahead of us and disappeared into the night. As we passed the spot where he'd been standing, I could smell maple syrup. I was totally awestruck. It happened soi fast I really didn't have time to be scared. I was surprised and elated at the same time. It was so satifying to finally see the creature I had been hearing about and hunting."
