Suzi talks to two student activist/leaders of #StudentsDeserve, Sarah Djato at Dorsey high school, and Asia Bryant, who just graduated from Hamilton High, about their organizing, in partnership with Black Lives Matter LA, to defund school police and reallocate the money ($70 million of the LAUSD budget) to bring in counselors, services, and programs that serve black and brown youth as “students, not suspects.” That idea has now been endorsed by UTLA (United Teachers of Los Angeles), and will be taken up at the LAUSD School Board meeting this week. Suzi then talks to Los Angeles Times legal affairs columnist, former US Attorney Harry Litman to discuss AG William Barr and President Trump against Manhattan US Attorney Geoffrey Berman. Friday night Barr announced Berman would resign, but Berman refused, and Saturday afternoon Trump fired Berman. But it doesn’t stop there, and Harry Litman helps us understand the dizzying array of legal and practical questions this raises. We also talk to Harry about the surprising decision on the Bostock v. Clayton Country Georgia case announced last week that saw our very conservative Supreme Court come to an unexpected rule, by a vote of 6-3 that says Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act forbids discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or transgender status — a hugely significant result.

As the body count grows, Alex is no longer sure he can handle this vicious vixen. Written and filmed as The Haunting of Hamilton High. The title was changed to Hello Mary Lou: Prom Night II by the Samuel-Goldwyn Company who purchased it and decided to market it as a sequel. The similarities to the original Prom Night (1980), such as the name of the school and the line "It's not who you go with, it's who takes you home", were completely coincidental. The sequence with Wendy Lyon walking around the locker room fully nude wasn't written as such. In the script it was implied that she would be wearing a towel. Screenwriter Ron Oliver was startled to see the final scene as it appears. The poster for the film is the main inspiration of the album art for Metalcore band Falling In Reverse's 2011 album "The Drug in Me is You". Featuring the lead singer's ex-girlfriend (Mandy Murders) in a locker with her arms crossed, a rose between them, wearing a prom dress, tiara and white gloves.

Brett Quintyne, Ralph Amsden and Chilly had hoped to talk track and baseball, but in the wake of the news of arrests at Hamilton High school involving members of the football team, the guys discuss the effects and potential fallout of the news. They also briefly discuss Hamilton baseball's trip to North Carolina, as well as the Chandler Rotary, where the Chandler girls 4x400 team set a new state record, and the Seton Catholic girls basketball team's trip to New York for the Dick's High School Nationals.
