6 // Expand your consciousness We each hold a "blueprint" of unlimited abundance, however through conditioning we often decrease our capacity to call in abundance. The following exercise is POWERFUL in increasing your capacity - it will benefit you even if you just do one day, but is recommend for 30. We are focusing on money today - keeping in mind (firstly, money is awesome, and secondly) that how we do one thing is how we do anything, so allowing ourselves to expand in abundance financially, increases our abundance in all levels. ◎ Exercise: Practice this expansion exercise (about 10 min). You'll need an OPEN an expansive mind and a journal. Starting with $500, imagine looking at your bank account and seeing an extra $500 (wahoo!) - jot down how this feels, and what you would do with the money. Next move onto $1000 and do the same thing. From there go up in $1000 increments (so $2000, then $3000, $4000, etc) until you get to one that feels a little more challenging (you'll notice a switch from "oh yeah this is easy", or "I can believe that" to struggling with the amount or not believing it's realistic). Once you hit your resistance point - stop there for now. This is the current space you have for wealth. To increase it - tune into that number that felt uncomfortable and allow yourself to just imagine, what would you do. I recommend continuing with this exercise for 30 days - each day going up another $1000 from the previous day (starting at your comfort zone level we discovered above). Additional challenge, make a social media post: Share a WIN or abundance you've manifested from this week so far. Remember to tag @violahug. ◦ STEP INTO THE ABUNDANCE VORTEX ◦ From scarcity to abundance Woooooweeeeee if that’s got you all tingling with excitement, I’ve got good news, because this 7 episode podcast series is 100% free of charge - the only investment is of your 111% commitment to fully allowing yourself to step into the abundance vortex. You HAVE to be ready, and willing to do the exercises. 1 // Attune your vibe Listen to the episode to get the details for what this is all about, and the exercise is all around attuning to the energy of abundance - which is actually already available to you here and now. Before we can call in more abundance, we really need to align our energy with it, and the perfect way to do that is to become aware of where we are already experiencing abundance and what that feels like. Today exercise: Spend about 10 mins making a list of all the areas in your life you currently experience abundance, or times in the past you did. Additional challenge, make a social media post: Something that makes you feel abundant, or recognition of the abundance you already have. Remember to tag @violahug! See you in the next episode! 4 // Celebrating abundance What we track, grows, what we focus on expands. So we've spent some time diving into tuning into the feeling of abundance, upping our vibe, and creating space for it to come into our lives - now let's talk about getting super present with how you experience abundance daily. Abundance is your birthright. You are worthy of feeling abundant in every area of your life. Just sometimes in life we forget this truth. We get out of whack. We need a reminder that penetrates us to our core. This abundance technique is designed to tune back in to the vibration and frequency of abundance and experience a higher level of wealth than we ever have before. This exercise includes tracking the "monetary" value of the abidance we receive, however is not only limited to just that. ◎ Exercise: Create a "note" on your phone and starting now, track every way you experience abundance (savings at the supermarket, gifts, sponsorships, someone buying you coffee, and anything else that you received but didn't have to pay for). Realise that this amount (on top of your earnings) is the current level of abundance you're open to. This will allow you to expand to a higher level of income and abundance in all areas. (Note: this can also be done with love, health, etc.) Additional challenge, make a social media post: Celebrate an area you attracted abundance into your life, how it felt, and/or one thing you were abundant in that surprised you. You can even simply post a story of you competing the challenge! 5 // Tune into trust Being in a true state of abundance requires us to be in a balance of divine and inspired action, AND living from a deep state of assurance, receptivity, surrender, and trust. When we visualise or imagine things we actually begin to convince our mind that those things have already happened to us - which in turn magnetises them towards us. Moving into a state of visualisation allows you to imagine what it will be like to live a TRULY abundant lifestyle, and all the goodness it'll bring your way. ◎ Exercise: Spend about 10 mins visualising or imagining your life in your most abundant state. Really allow yourself to FEEL this truth. Additional challenge, make a social media post: Declare what it is your are working on attracting into your life, your visualisation, or your experience. 2 // Align with gratitude I'm sure you've heard the quote "Gratitude is the open door to abundance" (and if not, you're welcome - it's a goodie). And this is because it's actually TRUE. We are always attracting things that match our frequency and so it is up to us to focus on how we can rise our vibe as frequently as often. GRATITUDE is SO high vibe, it basically allows us to hack out vibrational state and vibe high AF within a matter of moments. ◎ Exercise: Spend about 10 mins making a list of all the things you are grateful for in your life. Additional challenge, make a social media post: Something you are GRATEFUL for - it could be a picture of your gratitude list, a shout out to a special person, or feeling appreciation for circumstances of things in your life. 3 // Create space If there is something we WANT, we have to FIRST make room for it... hence today's theme of "creating space." Yes, you already know where I am heading with this one... time to DECLUTTER something. Imagine this (super weird) analogy for a moment - you had a sock full of random rocks... okay that's weird... you had a BAG full of random rocks. Yeah they might have been your rocks since you were a kid, and an old friend gave you one, but essentially they're just rocks. You are also at the same time REALLY wanting some beautiful crystals in your bag (like citrine, fluorite, amethyst... you name it), but your bag is kinda full. Even if you fit a crystal in, it'll fall back out because there are SOOOO many rocks that have precedence over the crystals. Yes. This is just how abundance works, to welcome in the new, we must clear out the old. ◎ Exercise: Choose one are of your life to declutter - let it be your desk, your wallet, your closet, pantry, bookshelf, car, desktop... whatever it is that is CLOGGING up energetic space in your life.. CLEAN IT! Additional challenge, make a social media post: Today, post your newly decluttered space, or declare your intentions of what you plan to declutter. If you have chosen a "big" task to complete later - choose a smaller one you can complete today (everyday something)!
