Send us your feedback — we're listeningSPECIAL ENCOURAGEMENT EPISODELuke 18:1 — Keep Praying, Keep Believing, Never Give UpRecorded live from London, England — where faith meets the world in daily prayer and global hope. Dallas • Auckland • Lagos • Singapore • Buenos Aires PRAYER • PERSEVERANCE • ENCOURAGEMENT Christian encouragement for difficult times • keep praying and never give up • finding strength in community prayer • hope when the world feels heavy Luke 18:1 (NIV) “Then Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up.” Today is not so much a prayer as it is a message from my heart to yours. Thank you. Thank you for praying with us. Thank you for walking this journey with us. Thank you for downloading these five-minute commuter prayers and allowing DailyPrayer.uk to become part of your day. Over recent months and years we have watched this prayer community grow across nations, cities, and continents. We have seen people join us from America, New Zealand, Singapore, Nigeria, South Africa, Latin America, across the United Kingdom, and many other parts of the world. Together we have built something very simple, yet very powerful. A community of prayer. The truth is that the world feels heavy at times. Many people are carrying burdens that nobody else can see. Many are facing uncertainty, grief, financial pressure, family struggles, health concerns, and questions about the future. Yet in the middle of all of that, we continue to pray. We continue to believe. We continue to stand together. And we do not give up. Jesus told His disciples that they should always pray and not give up. Those words remain just as important today as they were when He first spoke them. So if you are feeling tired today, keep praying. If you are waiting for answers, keep praying. If you are carrying a burden for someone you love, keep praying. If you are believing God for a breakthrough, keep praying. Not because prayer is a religious exercise. But because prayer keeps us connected to the One who holds all things together. Thank you for every download. Thank you for every prayer. Thank you for every encouraging message. Thank you for standing with us. Most of all, thank you for continuing to seek God in a world that desperately needs His peace, His hope, and His love. Across the world, from Dallas to Auckland, from Lagos to Singapore and Buenos Aires, may we continue to encourage one another, support one another, pray for one another, and keep our eyes fixed upon Jesus. Do not give up. Keep believing. Keep trusting. Keep praying. The Lord is with you. Amen.

The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration says GPS-related navigation errors lead to over 200,000 car accidents annually in the U.S. alone. Many drivers blindly followed GPS instructions right straight into trouble. Spiritually speaking, that’s what happens when we listen to the Devil. Today on A NEW BEGINNING, Pastor Greg Laurie points out, our adversary’s temptations sound appealing, but they’re deadly. Let’s recalculate our route. Sometimes prayer feels powerful.Sometimes it feels repetitive.Sometimes it feels like nothing is happening at all.So what do we do when prayer feels exhausting… or unanswered… or hard to keep going? We keep praying. In this message from our This Is What We Do series, Pastor Mark shares why perseverance in prayer matters—not because God is distant, but because prayer strengthens us for the fight. Just like athletes train with endurance so they're ready when it matters most, we keep showing up in prayer so our faith grows stronger over time. You'll also be reminded of two powerful truths about God:→ God is Loving — His love for you doesn't change. You can't earn more of it, and you can't lose it.→ God is Just — He sees every hurt, every injustice, every unseen moment, and He will make things right. If you've been discouraged in prayer, this message is for you.At Fierce Church, we're Helping You Walk with Jesus Step-By-Step.Because The Best U is in Community.

Today's episode reflects on the importance of perseverance, resilience, and the quiet determination that helps us rise after failure and keep pursuing what truly matters. Because sometimes the most important decision you can make is simply this: don't quit. Join us for another day of encouragement and reflection on Positively 365, where every day is an opportunity to grow, stay positive, and live with purpose.Books by Joseph Wadas here: AUTHOR PAGE
In this motivational episode, we explore why persistence and preparation are the keys to passing your electrical exam. Too many aspiring electricians fail because they either cram at the last minute or don't use their study programs effectively.Research from Cornell's Learning Strategies Center shows that breaking your study sessions into shorter periods over several days leads to better exam performance than marathon cramming. We'll discuss how giving yourself ample time and using active preparation and review—creating flash cards, testing yourself and mixing up topics—can make the material stick. We also dive into our Fast Trax® program, a structured learning tool that offers step‑by‑step NEC code training, in‑depth exam prep and interactive courses designed for apprentices, journeymen and master electricians. Properly following a program like this is crucial; it provides guided lessons on grounding, bonding, load calculations, conductor ampacity and more. We'll share stories of students who struggled because they didn't commit to the schedule and how adjusting their approach turned things around. Chris once believed he was beyond help. After 24 treatment centers, prison, homelessness, and hospitalizations, he never imagined the life he has today. Just two years sober and he's unrecognizable from the man who first walked through the doors — now a sponsor, partner, business owner, and someone his parents are proud of.Sobriety Date: 1/1/2024Referred by: Jarred (Episode #294)InstagramFacebook

Don't give up too soon. You may be closer than you think. When pressure builds and progress feels slow, the easiest option is often to quit. But choosing the easy way out will almost always make things harder in the long run. It's harder to recover. Harder to rebuild. Harder to start again. But if you stay in it… If you continue… If you press forward, you position yourself for the outcome you were believing for all along. The difference isn't talent or luck. It's the decision to never give up.

What does it really take to rebuild a life after prison? In this episode of A Penny or Two for Your Thoughts, hosts Chantel Windeshausen and Liz Malmberg sit down with Ivonne Yvonne Martinez, Financial Sales Manager at Centris' Ames branch in Omaha, and Shane Reilly, Program Director and Development Director of Never Give Up Transitional Living, to talk about recovery, reentry, second chances, and the role financial education can play in helping people move forward. Shane shares his powerful story of addiction, incarceration, recovery, education, and how he built a new path helping other men returning from prison. Ivonne Yvonne explains how Centris partners with Never Give Up to teach credit, savings, secured loans, and financial basics that help participants build confidence and stability. Together, they unpack why trust, accountability, community, and financial tools matter so much in the reentry process. The episode also highlights how Never Give Up Transitional Living supports men through structured recovery, housing, credit building, employment support, and skilled-trades training in Omaha. I submitted my first government contract proposal… and got humiliated. I overbid by a MILE. No contract. No call back. Nothing. But here's what nobody tells you about failure in GovCon — It's not the end. It's the ROOT.You know the Chinese Bamboo Tree? You plant it, water it, nurture it for 5 YEARS… and you see NOTHING. No growth. No sign. Nothing above the ground. But underground? It's building the deepest, strongest root system imaginable. Then one day — it breaks through the soil and grows 90 FEET in just 6 weeks. That's YOU. That's your GovCon journey. Every rejected proposal is a root going deeper. Every failed bid is preparation for the contract that changes your life.Don't quit. The tree is growing — you just can't see it yet.
