This is what we feel a solid show.   Thank you for listening! *********** COPYRIGHT CLAIM: The song "broomhorse" was used with permission from Natalie Ribbons of Tele Novella KNOW GOOD MUSIC can be found on Podbean (host site), Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Iheart Radio, Pandora and almost anywhere you listen to podcasts.   If you use LINKTREE you can find us on there with all the direct links to the podcast.  We are @knowgoodmusic Visit our YouTube Channel where you can see 2 video segments from some of our interviews.  Just search "know good music".   Visit our website at: https://knowgoodmusicpodca.wixsite.com/know-good-music

In this episode of the R3 Podcast, Rudy speaks with Craig Wedren, a musical artist associated with the pioneering band Shudder To Think, the soundtracks to many films and television programs well as several diverse-sounding solo albums. His unique voice and approach to music composition not only deeply impacted Rudy but many other way cooler artists as well. This conversation not only covers Wedren's musical history, but also his health ordeals which include cancer and a heart attack. Things get even deeper with a look at Wedren's ongoing Sabbath Series project. Along the way, Rudy mines lessons from Wedren's non-traditional life to explore ways to improve one's life. It's all just food for thought and, per usual, things get… a bit “different”. If you're unfamiliar with Craig's work, Rudy recommends starting with Get Your Goat (Shudder To Think) and Adult Desire (solo).
