Die Elbe-, Weser-, Nidda- oder auch Neckarstraße ziehen durch das Frankfurter Bahnhofsviertel und die meisten Bewohner*innen der Stadt verbinden diese Straßennamen mit Drogenkonsumment*innen die hier über den Asphalt treiben. Über die Stadtgrenzen hinaus ist dieser Ruf bekannt und so werden jedes Jahr immer wieder neuen Menschen von dem Rausch mitgerissen und verbleiben zum Teil über Jahre im Abhängigkeitssog von Opiaten, Benzodiazepinen und weiteren chemischen Drogen. In den Straßen, die nach Flüssen benannt wurden herrscht eine raue Brise, die von vielen lieber gemieden wird. Die Stigmatisierung von an Suchterkrankungen leidenden Menschen ist omnipräsent und so wirken die Konsumräume im Bahnhofsviertel wie sichere Häfen. Worum es heute geht? Eine weitere Folge über Suchterkrankungen, Suchterkrankte und der doch mittlerweile sich drehende Wind der Politik, der sich den Kavenzmännern Entstigmatisierung und Prävention annehmen will. Oder? Dirty Talk klingt in der Theorie verdammt hot, löst bei Lenia und Luisa spontan aber erst mal eins aus: akuten Performance-Druck. Ausgehend von einem herrlich trockenen Wikipedia-Artikel über „Verbalerotik“ testen die beiden direkt im Selbstversuch, wie Sätze klingen, wenn man sie keucht, streng formuliert oder auf Bairisch versucht. Doch abseits der sprachlichen Experimente wird es schnell persönlich: Während Luisa beim Sex auf klare Objektivierung, Schimpfwörter und Machtdynamiken steht, löst das bei Lenia eher ein Abturn aus – sie findet ihre Erregung viel eher in der Rolle des süßen Mädchens und sanften Rollenspielen. Viele Leute werden im Urlaub besonders offen für neue Erfahrungen und Erlebnisse. Dabei kommt es manchmal vor, dass klares Denken und der gesunde Menschenverstand eine untergeordnete Rolle spielen. Bonjour, Bienvenue und MOININGER liebe Radsportfreunde zum täglichen Großen-Schleifen-Update zur Tour de France 2026 der JAN ULLRICH ULTRAS.***Das Schleifen-Update 4.0 - Lidl im Rausch***Die 4. Etappe führte das Peloton über 181,9 Kilometer von Carcassonne nach Foix und wurde bei Temperaturen von bis zu 40 Grad zu einer echten Hitzeschlacht. Früh setzte sich eine 34-köpfige Ausreißergruppe vom Feld ab, die den Tagessieg schließlich unter sich ausmachte. Den Etappensieg sicherte sich Mads Pedersen (Lidl-Trek). Der ehemalige Weltmeister gewann den Sprint der Spitzengruppe souverän vor seinem Teamkollegen Quinn Simmons, womit Lidl-Trek einen beeindruckenden Doppelsieg feierte. Rang drei belegte der Spanier Raúl García Pierna. Die Favoriten auf den Gesamtsieg um Tadej Pogačar, Jonas Vingegaard und Remco Evenepoel ließen die Ausreißer gewähren und kamen gemeinsam mit großem Rückstand ins Ziel. Dadurch wechselte das Gelbe Trikot: Der Norweger Torstein Træen (Uno-X Mobility), der Teil der Fluchtgruppe war, übernahm die Gesamtführung und schrieb als erst dritter Norweger in der Geschichte der Tour de France ein kleines Stück Radsportgeschichte. Melissa Rausch of Simi Valley, California, was diagnosed in 2019 with triple-positive breast cancer, one of the more aggressive types, and did everything her doctors told her to do. She endured 16 weeks of hard chemo, hospitalizations, a lumpectomy with unclear margins, and radiation with severe side effects. Then in November 2020, the cancer spread to her bones and her oncologist said the word she wasn't ready to accept: terminal. Instead of giving up, Melissa said "with all due respect" and started knocking on other doors. Heart murmurs are one of the most common findings in pediatric practice, but determining which ones warrant further evaluation can be challenging. While many murmurs are innocent, others may signal underlying structural heart disease and require timely referral and management.  In this episode, we discuss how pediatricians can approach the evaluation of heart murmurs, including key features of the child's history and physical exam that help distinguish benign murmurs from those that may be pathologic. Draft Eve Plan: Five Paths, No Trades The Detroit Lions Podcast hit draft eve with a focused exercise: five no-trade scenarios mapping picks 17, 50, 118 and 128. The NFL Draft is in Pittsburgh tomorrow. The show will live stream the draft with you and Chris. The purpose here is clarity. Keep Detroit at each slot. Explore real options. Invite mix and match from the board. Scenarios at 17 and 50 Scenario 1 opened with Blake Miller, offensive tackle from Clemson, at 17. Pick 50 followed with an edge option, and later a TCU linebacker, Caleb Elamzor, in the fourth. All matched the Lions' size and style targets. Scenario 2 pivoted to Monroe Fraley, Georgia offensive tackle, at 17. Anthony Hill, Texas linebacker, fits the Alex Anzalone role if Detroit seeks a successor. The fourth round stacked traits with Kieran Crawford, Auburn edge, and Sam Rausch, Stanford tight end. Rausch brings some Ebron-like movement but can block. He must catch the ball better. Scenario 3 went defense first with Kendrick Falk, Auburn edge. Calling him only an edge undersells him. He can play inside in the roles held by John Kaminski, Josh Paschal, Clark Davenport and Onwuzurike. At 50, Reader on Stuard, a defensive back from Arizona, profiles as a safety slash corner in the Branch and Avonte Maddox mold. Offense returned at 118 with Demetrius Brown, Texas A&M offensive tackle, a project that would require Larry Horton to hold right tackle while Sewell moves to the left side, a switch Dan Campbell and Brad Holmes have discussed. Tyler Onyedim, Texas A&M defensive tackle, rounded it out. Trenches and Fourth-Round Value Scenario 4 pressed a tackle run with Colon Proctor at 17. Decker Hatten, Penn State edge, landed at 50. Packers beat writers love Danica Sutton at 52, so this track would get over on a rival slot. The fourth-round focus was run defense with Dante Corleone, Cincinnati's Godfather, as a stout run stopper, plus BJ Payne at safety. A small trade-up into the 90s could be needed for Payne, though the exercise held Detroit in place. Scenario 5 circled back to tackle with an Arizona State option at 17. It assumed a rookie might be pressed into action early if a veteran is not ready. How to Use the Board The exercise locked picks 17, 50, 118 and 128. No trades. The point is to map Detroit Lions options and let fans assemble their own card. Audio listeners were urged to catch visuals on YouTube. The top of this NFL Draft remains murky at two, three and four. There will be moves before Detroit is on the clock.
