A new report put out by two election watchdog groups—the Gibson Group of Maryland, and Election Watch—exposes what appears to be a large-scale money laundering scheme in American elections. The report claims that the groups have uncovered over $200 million worth of money that's been laundered into political donations, wherein thousands of alleged smurfs make non-stop donations into the political machine. Smurfing, in the world of organized crime, is a specific method of money laundering where a large sum of money is split up into many, many smaller sums of money, which can avoid getting detected by the authorities. This only uncovers a much bigger issue with our political system: outside money affecting local elections. With the way that our current system works, it's possible for wealthy American billionaires, multi-millionaires, or potentially several thousand smurfs to shape our local elections by using large amounts of money. It's amid this backdrop of 10,000 alleged smurfs, as well the reality of giant amounts of out-of-state election funding, that a new amendment to the U.S. Constitution is roaring across the country, and it has now been endorsed by 22 out of the necessary 38 states. This amendment, if passed, would officially become the 28th amendment to the U.S. Consitution, and it would ban the use of both foreign and out-of-state funding in local elections. ⭕️ Sign up for our NEWSLETTER and stay in touch

With the midterm elections coming up so soon, I believe it's incredibly important to address a large election integrity problem here in America, as well as a possible solution. The problem has to do with the fact that both wealthy American billionaires and multi-millionaires, as well as even foreign entities, are able to shape our local elections and our local referendums, by using large amounts of money. In fact, there are some local elections in the country, where close to 90 percent of the donations came from out of state. This raises the question of whether, if someone is elected under those conditions, they really represent the will of their local constituents. However, there is a new proposed amendment to the U.S. Consitution that is roaring across the country, and it has now been endorsed by 22 out of the necessary 38 states. This amendment, once passed, would officially become the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Consitution and it would officially ban the use of both foreign as well as out-of-state funding in local races. ⭕️ Sign up for our NEWSLETTER and stay in touch

The Democrats have become so tyrannical in their assaults on the constitution that it's requiring Republicans to introduce resolutions in the House and Senate to reestablish our rights under the Consitution such as the 1st Amendment right to free speech. Biden continues the push for his Unconstitutional vaccine mandate. This mandate violates numerous sections of the constitution and even violates the justification Democrats invented to make abortion a constitutional right. Biden has engaged in this mandate illegally in order to give Democrats cover in the 2022 mid-terms so they can claim they don't support the mandate and wouldn't have voted for it. The GOP is going to use the congressional review act to force Democrats to go on record supporting the mandate, if they don't, the mandate will be repealed by the congressional review act. Are any Americans really ready to say "Give me liberty or give me death" anymore? Today Americans find themselves in a world where fewer and fewer people control the government, political parties don't make much (if any) of a difference, spending is out of control, but it's not bad enough for people to rise up and actually take action. Jason Hartman talks to Michael Badnarik, former Libertarian Presidential candidate and author of Good to Be King and Secret to Sovereignty. The two discuss the constant erosion of our liberties and if there's any chance we're going to turn it around. Key Takeaways: [1:32] What is the legitimate purpose of the US government [5:27] The questions that are asked of a presidential candidate [9:22] Michael believes he proved, beyond a shadow of a doubt, there was election fraud in his race [13:10] We the People are asleep at the wheel [17:17] Why don't we have runoff style elections? Is it too cumbersome? [20:38] Spending and the size of government go together [23:42] What can we do about the situation we're facing in the USA? [26:59] Will Americans still say "Give me liberty or give me death"? [30:04] Is "fake news" a red herring? Website: www.ConstitutionPreservation.org

Quick hits on this episode since the upload is way late! - First ten minutes Matt and Frank discuss what celebrities are born on their respective birthdays as Frank's 31st is on Saturday. - Then onto a Daily News article on the dubious racial casting practices for the Broadway show "Hamilton" (this conversation isn't concluded until about 75% through the episode). But we shift gears and talk about the push-back against Hillary Clinton on college campuses here in New York by Bernie Sanders supporters. Will the Sanders supporters bite the bullet and vote Hillary when Sanders is finally put down? What would a Hillary Clinton term look like? What would a Clinton term look like in comparison to Donald Trump? Is it possible Donald Trump is on his BEST behavior right now? What kind of Consitution-thumping are we going to see out of the radical left once the next unhinged Republican president starts playing the executive order/Federal courts game? For all intents and purposes it was a good one. I was a little tired to be honest, but what do you expect? Every episode to be legendary? What kind of pressure is this you've put on my shoulders?
