Career clarity refers to having a clear understanding of your career direction, goals, and yourself in the work environment. According to the Society of Human Resources Management, a survey found that 34% of respondents ages 18 to 24 did not think they could use their existing skill sets at work, 33% did not think they could control the next steps in their careers, and 55% said they were anxious about taking the next step. Career Coach Daniel de Vries helps young professionals get promoted and build their dream careers. With two decades of corporate ladder-climbing experience, culminating in senior management and executive positions, Daniel has turned his focus to guiding the next generation of professionals on their career paths. Daniel's own journey was one of self-discovery and determination. The road to leadership wasn't predetermined for him; he found his own way, reaching a six-figure salary by 27 and stepping into an executive role by 36. Along the way, he learned the unspoken truths of career advancement, knowledge that he believes should be shared, not hoarded. Having witnessed the hurdles and stumbling blocks that young professionals face in climbing the ranks, Daniel is dedicated to being a coach and mentor who accelerates and enriches the journey with purpose and fulfillment. The wealthy and prosperous people are the ones who identify themselves as creators. With that said, today's guest is Bryce Henson, the CEO of Fit Body Boot Camp, a gym franchise and fitness movement. His passion is spreading fitness to the world, in addition to mentoring fitness professionals on how to grow their businesses and in turn grow their wealth. He is a leader of strong values and vision! One of my favorite qualities about Bryce is the depth of presence, passion and purpose he shows up it. You can easily feel this in his energy and in this conversation. Bryce and I met when our paths crossed during our time working for a career development company helping young minds carve their dream careers out of life in a company fittingly enough called Dream Careers. It was an anomaly of a company with a great founder who not only prioritized investing in the people of the company, but bridged the gap between one's passion, career and travel values. I mention this so you have a greater context and understanding of our relationship and background throughout this conversation. As you venture through this conversation, I encourage you to remember that wealth is a mental, emotional, and even spiritual story driven by our deepest beliefs which run our daily behavior creating our financial reality. Bryce's story does not start with wealth but stems from breakthrough habits that breed the wealth mindset. I would even go forth to say that wealth is another realm of consciousness that you can foster through consistent mind, body and spirit practices. This episode brings so much value not only shining a light on financial wealth, but also experiential wealth, energetic wealth, the value of discipline, the role of health and fitness in wealth creation and pushing past your comfort zone to uncover your own limiting beliefs. Please tune in, but only if you want to create more wealth in your life.https://brycehenson.com/@realbrycehenson

Dream careers come in many different forms, and my guest today on the Steve Jobs inspired Join Up Dots free podcast interview is a lady with an interesting story to how she got her dream career for sure. And one that so many ladies listening today will no doubt feel great resonance with. Starting her career back in 1995 as a Consultant for Accenture she was on a mission. Her ambition was high. Her drive to achieve on full power. There was a ladder to be climbed and she wasn't hanging around on the first rung for anyone. She was getting to the top. So tucking her skirt in, taking off those heels, she climbed quickly, and moved her way through many different companies for the first decade building her skills, learning from different cultures and climbing that corporate ladder. However as her income increased, her business opportunities flourished and the world looked in her direction and said “Good job! You are living the dream!” inside the true story was anything but success. She was unfulfilled personally, and no matter how well her professional life was going, inside their was a void. A void that brought her to the crossroads where a decision, as to where her future lied was waiting for her. As she says ” When I was 36 years old, I was unmarried and also felt judged. It seemed that all of my friends were married and having children. And I was so tired of my dates asking me, “Why are you still single?” I longed to find a life partner, but couldn't figure out why my love life wasn't as successful as my professional life. The continual reminder that my husband wasn't showing up led to a growing sense of loss – loss of what should have been and the loss of the life I had hoped to live. After many tears, I decided to do whatever I could to change the trajectory of my love life, including taking a 9 month break from dating. That was scary when I thought I needed to be “out there more than ever!” The path and actions I took led me to increased confidence, joy, self-love, additional professional success and a new life purpose – all before I met my husband. I met my husband at the age of 39. We married one year later.” And that change in her personal life coincided with her finding the path that has led her to where she is today, sharing her knowledge with the world as a love coach. Yes, I think this is the first of these that we have had on the show. She has now built a flourishing business coaching ladies everywhere how to find their perfect partner, create that dream-life, and perhaps even getting a little more oomph between the sheets than they have had in the past. So when did she see that this was what she wanted to do in her life, and instead of working tirelessly to build someone else dream it was time to go after her own? And is there a common issue that stops ladies from finding their prince charming and going to the ball? Well lets find out as we bring onto the show to start joining up dots with the one and only Jennifer Spaulding
