David Dimitri, Hochseilartist und Kulturmanager trifft auf Elif Oskan, Spitzenköchin und Gastronomin. Bei Dani Fohrler geben die beiden Einblick in ihr Leben. David Dimitri (62), Hochseilartist und Kulturmanager Der Balanceakt auf dem Seil ist für David Dimitri weit mehr als Artistik – es ist eine Lebensphilosophie. Der Sohn des legendären Clowns Dimitri wurde in die Welt der Artisten hineingeboren und fand schon sehr früh seinen eigenen Weg. Nach Ausbildungen in Budapest und New York faszinierte er das Publikum auf den grossen Bühnen der Welt. Unter anderem war er auf Tournee mit dem New Yorker «Big Apple Circus», dem «Cirque du Soleil» oder auch mit dem «Circus Knie». Vor bald zwanzig Jahren schuf er mit seiner Ein-Mann-Show «L'Homme Cirque» ein eigenes Genre, das Poesie und Artistik vereint. Seither tourt er – ganz allein – mit einem Zelt und sämtlichem Showmaterial in einem umgebauten Lastwagen. Seit dem Tod seines Vaters hat er zudem die Gesamtleitung des «Teatro Dimitri» in Verscio (TI) übernommen und präsidiert die Stiftung. Dabei lebt er dieselbe Überzeugung wie auf dem Hochseil: Balance ist alles. _____________________________________ Elif Oskan (35), Spitzenköchin und Gastrounternehmerin Kochen ist für Elif Oskan weit mehr als ein Handwerk – es ist Ausdruck, Haltung und Gefühl. Die Tochter türkischer Eltern wuchs in Zürich auf und hat ihre ersten Gehversuche schon als Mädchen in der Familienküche gemacht. So fand sie früh zu ihrer Berufung. Nach ihrer Ausbildung arbeitete sie in renommierten Küchen Europas und kehrte mit einer klaren Vision zurück: die anatolische Küche in einem neuen Licht zu zeigen. Resûlullâh (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuşlardır. “Kur'ân'ı gereği gibi güzel okuyan kimse vahiy getiren şerefli ve itaatkâr meleklerle berâberdir. Kur'ân'ı kekeleyerek zorlukla okuyan kimseye de iki kat sevap vardır.” Burada bahsedilen iki kat sevaptan birinin sebebi şudur: Bu kimse önce Kur'ân okumuştur. Elbette Kur'ân okuduğundan dolayı bir sevap veriliyor. İkinci sevâbın sebebi ise bu kimsenin zahmet çekip üzerinde dikkatle durarak, düşünerek ve yorularak okumasıdır ki zahmet çektiği ve yorulduğu için de ayrıca bir sevap daha veriliyor. Sevabı iki katlı oluyor. Bu hadîs-i şerîfte Efendimiz (s.a.v.)'in müslümanların gönüllerini nasıl aldığını, teşvik edip ümîd verdiklerini şöyle bir düşünelim. Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'i okumak için zahmet çeken kimseleri ümitsiz bırakmak şöyle dursun, zorluk çektiklerinden dolayı kendilerine iki kat sevap müjdelemişlerdir.Resûlullâh (s.a.v.) bir hadis-i şeriflerinde şöyle buyurmuşlardır: “Her kim Kur'ân'dan bir harf okursa bir hasene (bir sevap) kazanır. Bu hasene de on katı ile amel defterine yazılır. Ben, Elif-Lâm-Mim bir harftir demiyorum. Elif bir harftir, Lâm bir harftir, Mim de bir harftir.” Meselâ bir kimse “el-hamdü” kelimesini okursa burada “Elif, Lâm, Hâ, Mîm, Dâl,” olarak beş harf vardır. Öyleyse bu kimse elli iyilik kazanmış olacaktır. Biraz gayret ve himmet sarf etmeyip Kur'ân-ı Kerîm'i okumayan veya ondan bir kısmını öğrenmeyen zavallıların hâlini düşünelim. Bunlar ne kadar bedbaht ve zavallıdırlar ki çok az bir gayreti esirgerler de kendilerini bütün bu iyilik, ecir ve sevaptan, nimet ve servetler kazanmaktan mahrum bırakırlar.(Eşref Ali et-Tehânevî, Hayâtü'l Müslimîn-Müslümanın Günlük Hayatı, s.93)

Today, we are learning from Elif Kuş Saillard. Elif, a sociologist and methodologist, is a scientist of "understanding." With over two decades of expertise in qualitative methodologies and Computer Aided Qualitative Data Analysis (CAQDAS), she founded the NAM Qualitative Research Center in Istanbul in 2013, training many social science researchers globally.
