Hey everybody! Episode 194 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Robert Gourlay. Robert is a scientist, in, I think, the best definition of that word, someone who is an innovator, a pioneer, a philosopher, and who looks at the world through a holistic lens. He has dedicated his life to the study of water and how structured, negatively charged water supports and helps humans and life to flourish. We spoke about his background, how an NDE helped to open him to his passion for water, what structured water is and the benefits, how to improve health through water, water on a micro and macro scale, climate science, and much more. It was a fascinating conversation, and I really think Robert is doing amazing work in the field of water and life and has much wisdom to share to help to improve people's lives on the individual and collective levels. Send Mo a text about this episode!So... last month my partner Tom noticed I had a black hole on my chest- lined with a moving, purple energy. LOL! Welcome to this Solo With Mo episode on the I love it when podcast! This episode is packed with a few of my most recent "energy experiences" + my first LIVE Coaching call with special guest- Zara Smith. I had the idea this last Monday to email my database and ask if anyone wanted to volunteer to be coached live on my podcast- and I got 10 volunteers! This seems like something people are excited to participate in- so I'll probably be doing it again. I chose Zara because of her topic and the fact that she's not an entrepreneur. Often times when people hear the word "Coach" they think of the Coaches that work in sports or they think "Business Coach". And the truth is that I work with all sorts! Right now I'm currently Coaching someone who is retired- and I LOVE IT! I love the variety. Zara's desire was to be coached on the topic of letting her guard down and looking at why her heart space is a bit blocked. I know that a lot of people can relate to this. In this episode I talk about:The black hole aka "Transmutation Chamber" Tom helped me discover that I created when I was a kid to help people feel better. How I often get a migraine the day I'm speaking in front of a roomful of people- and how I work to block that energy and remove the migraine. My increasing awareness around feeling other people's energy. The last 60 minutes is my live Coaching call with Zara- where we end up utilizing the Emotion Code to remove her heart wall. Please comment on this video/post and let us know what you think! My goal from sharing this live Coaching call is to give you an idea of what it FEELS like to work with me. Thank you to Zara for allowing us to share her experience ❤️Get on Mo's newsletter: www.iloveitwhen.orgTo explore Coaching with Mo, email: Mo@iloveitwhen.orgTo try the Lifewave patches: https://www.lifewave.com/pillaroflight*************************************Hello! What if the window to impact the people you love is much smaller than you realize? In this Mother's Day message, we look at the life of Jochebed, the mother of Moses. She didn't have a lifetime to shape her son; she had a small, intense window of about three years before handing him over to Pharaoh's palace.Be sure to follow 614 Church online:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/614_church/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/614church/Website: https://www.614church.orgTo support our ministry, https://614church.org/give/To fill out a contact card so we can stay in touch, click the link below!https://614.churchcenter.com/people/forms/283193Until Everyone Knows Jesus.
Hey everybody! Episode 193 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Jessica Begin. I have known Jessica for many years since we met working together at the Amazonian Shipibo ayahuasca center, The Temple of the Way of Light. Jessica has dedicated her life to a deep spiritual curiosity and calling. For many years, she has apprenticed with a well-known and respected family of Shipibo maestras, where she also helps to run their center. She has a deep and experiential knowledge of the plant medicine world, and we spoke about her journey into Santo Daime, the Shipibo lineage, the Tubu, ayahuasca, dieta, wisdom, and visions of the future. It was really a pleasure for me to reconnect with Jessica, and I know you all will gain much from her wisdom. Mary's life changed in her early teens when her parents divorced. Not only did her family change, she also moved, and went from a private school setting to attending public school. It was a difficult adjustment at the time, but now she sees how the Lord used those experiences to open her eyes and heart to a bigger world than the one she had always known. As Mary grew, so did her global perspective. She went on a mission trip to West Africa, came home and made friends with Lost Boys from Sudan, worked for Food for the Hungry, and eventually, went on to get her Master's degree in social and cultural pedagogy. Today, Mary is a the Executive Director of Phoenix Refugee Connections, a ministry that equips and sustains Christians to walk in love with their refugee neighbors. She and her husband have four children - two biological and two from the foster care system for unaccompanied refugee children - as well as four grandchildren. Mary shares about her family's dynamics on this episode. It's beautiful, heartwarming, and definitely worth a listen. To learn about Phoenix Refugee Connections: www.phxrc.orgTo connect with Mary: mary@phxrc.org
Send us Fan MailIn this special Q&A episode of Finished Strong, you asked—and we answered. Dan Wheeler, Terry Steen, and Brian Roland tackle a wide range of honest, real-life questions about the Bible, faith, and everyday struggles. From baptism and the rapture to scams, smoking, forgiveness, prodigal children, pets in heaven, and innocent suffering, we dig into what Scripture says and how to live it out with hope.In this episode we talk about:Can Satan read your thoughts, or only God?Is cremation acceptable to God—and what about the rapture and our bodies? Why is there so much disagreement about interpreting the Bible, if the Holy Spirit brings unity?Do you have to be baptized by immersion in “living water”?Where did Cain's wife come from?Do dogs (and pets) go to heaven? How do you handle a prodigal child who's making destructive choices? How do you forgive people who caused deep pain, abuse, or financial devastation (like scams)?Does smoking keep you out of heaven? Why does a loving God allow innocent suffering, especially in children? Why do some godly people suffer while others who don't follow God seem to have it easy?If you've ever wrestled with questions like these, you're not alone. This episode is full of Bible-based answers, personal stories, and encouragement to trust God's character, even when life doesn't make sense.Support the showFearless Faith Websiteffaith.orgTo leave a review - Open Finish Strong on the Apple Podcast app and scroll down until you see "Ratings & Reviews". Hey everybody! Episode 192 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Paul Austin. I was recently on Paul's podcast, Third Wave, and was happy to welcome him on mine. We sat down and spoke about his background, being raised in a very religious family and how his early experiences with psychedelics began to shift his worldview, his work with micro-dosing, practitioner training, religion, plants, legalization, and a number of other topics. Paul speaks from a place of having been immersed in this field for many years and has thought deeply about a lot of these topics. I'm sure you'll gain a lot from this one. This Yom HaZikaron, we sit with two fathers who lost their sons in the early months of the war. Eitan Morell shares the story of his son Maoz — a kid with ADHD and learning difficulties who walked into a yeshiva that didn't want him, refused to leave, and became the kind of soldier his unit looked up to. Eitan reflects on what it means to suddenly see your child's whole life in reverse — and how grief reveals a person you thought you already knew.Rob Airley shares the story of his son Binyamin — named best soldier in his platoon, loved by commanders and chaverim alike. The kind of guy who, moments before being killed, volunteered to run into a building because his unit needed him. Rob talks about learning to grieve without falling apart — and what it looks like to keep laughing and dancing in the house when Binyamin is no longer at the table. We end off with exerpts from 3 other episodes, about the beauty of living in Israel. Hey everybody! Episode 191 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Dr. Kelly McCann. Dr. Kelly McCann is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, trained in Functional, Integrative, and Environmental Medicine. I was really happy to have Dr. Kelly on and share in her life's journey, her study of medicine, her holistic view of health, and her very beautiful integration of ideas of spirit and, as we spoke about, the role of unknowing as tools to access the root cause of the human ailment. It was really a pleasure to connect, and I know you all will gain much from her wisdom and presence. Hey everybody! Episode 190 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Natasja Pelgrom. We sat down and spoke about her background, how at 14 years of age she had an experience with mushrooms that shaped her life, her work in the field of psychedelics, the power of ritual, initiations, the sublime, and psychedelic facilitation. I enjoyed speaking with Natasja and feel she speaks from a place of deep experiential wisdom and I trust you all will gain a lot from this episode. Hey everybody! Episode 189 of the show is out. This episode is a podcast I was interviewed on called Ayahuasca Podcast hosted by Sam Believ. Sam runs an ayahuasca center in Colombia and we've gotten to know each-other and I was happy to come on his podcast for an interview. We spoke about a lot of topics in this plant medicine world such as my time in Peru working at an ayahuasca center, my work with tobacco, the idea of cosmovisión, and what the path of apprenticeship entails. Hey everybody! Episode 188 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with my friend Marta Wanderlust for her second appearance on the podcast—the first was five years ago, back in episode 16. Since then, Marta has become a mother of two, and this conversation centers largely on motherhood and the birthing process. We explore the parallels between birth and plant medicine ceremonies, birth as an initiation and threshold, the medicalization of childbirth and its downsides, and how birth itself can be a path to God. Marta also speaks to the role of Christ and faith, the reclamation of women's sovereignty, and what that return of power could mean for a society less dependent on institutions and hierarchy. This was a deeply fascinating conversation about life, and Marta's grounded, experiential wisdom truly shines through. I trust you'll gain a lot from this one. Hey everybody! Episode 187 of the show is out. In this episode, I spoke with Dr. Nathan Bryan. Dr. Bryan is a doctor who has spent much of his life studying the effects and benefits of the molecule nitric oxide and its relationship to health. We spoke about how he first came to know it, the correlation and potential causation of a lack of nitric oxide in various health conditions, ways to improve endogenous production, the role of the oral microbiome in health, and holistic health in general. It's a fascinating subject, and Dr. Bryan is doing really good work illuminating this little-known molecule.
