Federal and local law enforcement launched sweeping operations across the U.S., with over 100 illegal immigrants detained at an after-hours nightclub in Colorado Springs, and nearly 800 more arrested in Florida during "Operation Tidal Wave." Florida's groundbreaking move to deputize state officers as federal immigration agents—spearheaded by Governor DeSantis and Trump—highlights growing pressure on other states, including South Carolina, to adopt similar measures amid rising concerns over crime and national security.

A major federal-state operation in Florida led to nearly 800 illegal immigrants being arrested, including gang members, a terrorist, and an internationally wanted criminal. Florida, under Governor DeSantis, became the first state to deputize its law enforcement as federal immigration agents through a partnership with Trump—sparking calls for South Carolina's Governor Henry McMaster to follow suit.

We need to make Jesus our foundation by trusting Him to save us from sin. Then He will help us build our lives on His truth in the Bible and share His love with others in all we do."Jayce grinned. On August 1 1943, a force of 177 American heavy bombers conducted a strategic bombing mission over the oil fields near Ploesti, Romania to deny petroleum-based fuel to the Axis powers. The operation was one of the costliest for the USAAF in the European Theater, with 53 aircraft and 500 aircrewmen lost.
