“Durante a minha carreira, procurei sempre o conhecimento. Fizemos muitos amigos novos.

Two major themes we have explored in the Sermon on the Moun so far: 1. the essential character of Jesus' disciples as described by the Beatitudes and 2. their purpose to be the salt and light of the world. Jesus pivots to a discussion of the Law and the Prophets to address concerns about traditional teachings by the Pharisees and other religious leaders, who have turned the Scriptures into strict codes for personal gain. Jesus clarifies that He did not come to abolish the Law but to fulfill it, bringing true illumination through His presence. Christ himself animates the Scriptures, our faith, and the Church's worship and ministry, and cannot be separated from the Law and Prophets.

It's about one beautiful product that can do it all.” — Kate AssarafLittle Actions with Big Impact:“Try this: go to the beach, start picking up garbage, and see what happens. Relasyon nou ak lòt moun enpòtan pou asire sekirite afektif ak emosyonèl nou. Li enpòtan lè n gen yon moun nou ka konte sou sipò li lè sa nesesè. Men, lè atant ak ekspektativ yo twò wo, desepsyon ak fristrasyon an pa lwen.

-----------------------------

Since the 1990s, KG has led climbs on Mount Kenya, Mount Kilimanjaro, Ruwenzori and the most recent Mount Everest. KG has received recognition and honors in Kenya for his long-term contributions to the fields of rock climbing and mountaineering. In 1987 KG (James Kagambi) began his guiding career in Kenya as a NOLS field instructor. His patience and teaching ability grew from his experience as a grade school teacher, coaching sports, and teaching traditional Africa music. Since his first trips as a guide he reached the ranks of a senior mountaineering instructor at NOLS. In addition to his work at NOLS, he leads Mountain Madness trips to Mount Kenya and the Rwenzoris in Uganda. He has also completed three of the Seven Summits and in 1992 represented Africa in the U.N Peace Climb for the World on the Eiger. KG has summited the Eiger three times, was the first black African to summit Denali in 1989, and was the first black African to summit Aconcagua in 1994. He is actively involved in training Kenya's mountain rescue teams. Most recently he had the pleasure of meeting Kenya's president after carrying the 50th Anniversary flag celebrating the country's independence to the summit of Mount Kenya.
