Pam Pam Ida: das sind sechs Musiker aus Sandersdorf im Altmühltal. Ihr Genre wird oft als Mundart-Pop bezeichnet. Die Band wurde 2015 durch das Radio sozusagen über Nacht berühmt und im Dezember 2021 war ihr Song "Eigentlich" der BR-Sternstundensong 2021. Trotz dieser medialen Aufmerksamkeit, ist die Corona-Pandemie an der Band nicht spurlos vorbei gegangen. Auftritte sind weggebrochen und die Geschäftsmodelle der Streaming-Dienste machen das (Über-)leben kleinerer Bands nicht einfacher. Gastgeber Christian Jakubetz spricht mit Julian Menz, dem Schlagzeuger von Pam Pam Ida, über das Geldverdienen im Zeitalter von Musikstreaming und über Kreativität in Corona-Zeiten, über den Begriff Mundart-Pop und wie es kam, dass die ersten Live-Konzerte von Pam Pam Ida noch vor dem ersten Album alle ausverkauft waren.

Der erste Neuzugang im Itzehoe Eagles Podcast! Lucien Schmikale sammelte bereits Erfahrungen in der U15, U16 und U18 Nationalmannschaft, sowie in der U18 und U23 3x3 Nationalmannschaft. Auf Vereinsebene konnte der gebürtige Braker ebenfalls schon zahlreiche Erfolge feiern: zwei Mal die ProB Meisterschaft mit der Baskets Akademie Weser-Ems/Oldenburger TB, drei Jahre ProA Erfahrung bei den Trier Gladiators und Leistungsträger bei den BSW Sixers aus Sandersdorf. Bei den Itzehoe Eagles wird der 24 jährige eine tragende Rolle in der Offensive übernehmen und dem Team mit seinem Game, als auch seiner Persönlichkeit den nächsten Schritt ermöglichen. Ganz nebenbei ist er auch noch Student der Psychologie, Veganer und stolzer Sohn vom Land. Sendung vom 30. März 2020: Wie leben die Bewohner in Seniorenheimen mit der Corona-Krise? Sandra Pohl, Einrichtungsleiterin im Seniorenzentrum „Gisander“ in Sandersdorf spricht darüber mit Reporter Stefan B. Westphal. Sandra Pohl berichtet von Besuchen am Fenster und einer Bewohnerin, die mit einem Smartphone trotzdem ihre Angehörigen sehen kann. Die Einrichtungsleiterin sagt aber auch, wie der Abschied aktuell aussieht und was die Mitarbeiter machen, wenn bei den Bewohnern die Tränen kullern, weil sie ihre Angehörigen vermissen. Außerdem unterhält sie sich mit dem Reporter über die Angst, die Infektion „ins Haus zu bekommen“ und welche Vorkehrungen dagegen getroffen wurden.
