In Acts 9:10–19, we see that a real encounter with Jesus never ends with us sitting still, it always leads to assignment. Saul gets stopped in his tracks, but God doesn't just work in Saul, He calls an ordinary man named Ananias to listen, go, and serve, and that one act of obedience becomes the doorway to someone else's miracle. This message challenges us to get close enough to hear God call our name, brave enough to say yes when it costs us comfort, and faithful enough to serve in a way that opens blind eyes, because we weren't saved to spectate, we were saved to be sent. #FaceToFace

Send us your feedback — we're listening“Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Quiet My Night and Shelter My Mind in Your Secret Place” SECOND: John 6:35 — “Whoever comes to Me will never be hungry… whoever believes in Me will never be thirsty.” THEME (PT-BR): oração da noite • ansiedade da madrugada • descanso profundo • presença que acalma Live from London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper • Brasil • Portugal • USA • Índia • Angola Psalm 91:1 (NIV): “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” John 6:35 (NIV): “Then Jesus declared, ‘I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty.'” In this quiet midnight hour, Jesus, I come to Your presence seeking rest for the mind and calm for the heart. As the pressures of the day fade and the stillness settles, I choose to dwell in Your lugar secreto, the place where fear loses its grip and peace begins to rise again. You invite me to rest in Your shadow, a covering strong enough for Brazil's long nights, gentle enough for every anxious thought, and close enough to remind me that You are here. When the world feels restless, You speak tranquillity. When the mind becomes noisy, You draw near with stillness. When the heart grows heavy, You whisper, “Eu estou contigo.” Tonight, Jesus, let Your peace become the shelter of my emotions. Quiet the internal storms, soften the thoughts that run too quickly, and steady the worries that try to rise in the early hours. You are the bread of life, the One who satisfies what nothing else can reach. So I turn to You again, trusting You with my breathing, my sleeping, my thoughts, my hopes, and the unseen places of the soul. Cover my night with Your presence. Guard my rest. Send us your feedback — we're listening“Psalm 91:1 — Jesus, Hide My Heart in Your Secret Place of Peace Tonight” Psalm 91:1 (NIV): “Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.” John 14:27 (NIV): “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives.” Live from London, England with Reverend Ben Cooper • Brasil • Portugal • USA • Índia • Angola Tonight, Jesus, as I come before You in the quiet hours, I rest beneath the promise of Psalm 91:1, trusting that whoever dwells in Your shelter finds segurança, comfort, and a gentle peace that settles the mind. Many across Brasil, Portugal, the USA, Índia, and Angola begin the night with racing thoughts, wondering about tomorrow, feeling the weight of uncertainty, and needing the assurance that they are not alone. You speak directly into that place through John 14:27, offering a peace the world cannot give, a peace that goes deeper than fear and quieter than the noise of worry. As these prayers travel across continents, let every heart receive the reassurance that Your shadow is a safe refuge, a safe harbour where the anxious mind can breathe again. Jesus, strengthen those who feel emotionally fragile tonight. For every listener lying awake, for every mãe or pai praying for their family, for every young person fighting ansiedade or loneliness, let Your presence draw near. Bring descanso sobre o coração, ease the tension within, and quieten the fear that whispers in the dark. You are the God who watches through the night, guiding those who call upon You from the cities of Brasil, the villages of Índia, the coastlines of Portugal, and households across the USA. Let the peace of Your presence become a blanket of calm, renewing courage for a new day. And as this Brazilian arc unfolds across the next nine prayers, allow this first word to anchor the journey: that in every shadowed moment, there is a hiding place in You. No fear. No pressure. Just refuge, rest, and reassurance in the Almighty who never sleeps. What if the breakthrough you've been waiting for is waiting on your voice and your belief INTHE HEART? When we speak the word, we are not just talking to talk, we are swinging a sword. Faith isn't passive, it's aggressive. And when God's Word is spoken in faith it cuts through whatever environment or state of mind you're in. You're not being forgotten — you're being refocused! And winning has a language when you're in the secret place of the Most High (Psalm 91). When you're going through, you can't fight spiritual battles with emotions. You fight all confusion by dwelling in peace, not visiting it.
The secret place is where God forms us, shaping our desires and refining our character as He teaches us how to walk intimately with Him.
In this podcast, Pastor Justin preaches into how we all must battle to get and stay in the secret place.Support the show

Saturday is review day on The Daily Promise. Every Saturday, we review the promises of the week so we can allow them to go deep into our hearts and lives. Here are the promises we covered this week. Isaiah 3:2 - God is With Me in the River and the Fire Zephaniah 3:17 – God Rejoices Over You Matthew 11:28-29 – You Can Rest in Jesus Isaiah 54:17 - No Spiritual Weapon Can Stand Against You. Psalm 27:5 – Hidden in God's Secret Place.
Today's Promise: Psalm 27:5 When life feels like it's falling apart and trouble is closing in on every side, where do you run? In this encouraging episode, we anchor our hearts in a powerful promise from Psalm 27:5, that God Himself becomes our hiding place in the day of trouble. Drawing from King David's life, we discover that his public confidence flowed from a deeply personal, private walk with God. David understood what it meant to dwell in God's presence and rest under His protection, just as a guest is safe under the care of a faithful host. This episode reminds you that God's "secret place" is not an idea, but a present refuge where no enemy can reach you. When you abide in His presence through worship and prayer, God conceals you, lifts you up, and places you on a rock-solid foundation. If you're walking through a difficult season, this promise will renew your confidence and invite you to rest securely in Him.

This Sunday, we're doing something a little different. Our short-term missions team just returned from Uganda, and instead of a sermon, they'll be sharing personal stories about how God met them in unexpected places—through simplicity, discomfort, and daily dependence. They're not just telling stories from Africa—they're inviting all of us to experience transformation here at home. God doesn't only show up in the mountaintop moments, but in the mess, the mundane, and the things that make us uncomfortable. He calls us beyond what's easy so we can see and love people like Jesus does. Title: Sacred Discomfort Series: The Secret Place Text: 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 Speaker: The Uganda Team

This episode explores the biblical concept of the “secret place,” emphasizing intentional solitude and prayer as the primary arena where identity as sons and daughters of God is formed, drawing from Matthew 6 and Psalms to show that true spiritual transformation does not happen in public, but in hidden communion with the Father. The speaker contrasts modern culture's fixation on noise, self‑promotion, emotional validation, and constant stimulation with God's invitation to silence, obedience, and submission, teaching that the secret place is not for self‑care or emotional relief, but for dying to self and becoming like Christ. Through personal stories, Scripture, historical Christian voices, and psychological research, the episode argues that freedom from fear, clarity of calling, and spiritual authority are birthed through faithful, disciplined time alone with God, where trust is built, idols are dismantled, and God's will takes precedence over personal feelings or ambition
Prayer & Fasting 2026
God often does His deepest work not through constant activity but through waiting, surrender, and rest. Before there was witness, there was waiting; before there was power, there was surrender. This message challenges the church to enter the new year by waiting on the Lord, walking by the Spirit, and trusting that when Christ builds His church, He can do far more than we could ever imagine.
