Fakt ist: bei Amoktaten ist das ziemlich kompliziert. Die Kriminologin Britta Bannenberg forscht seit Jahrzehnten zu Amokläufen. Sie erklärt, was über die Motive und Hintergründe der Täter bekannt ist, ob sich solche Taten im Vorfeld erkennen lassen und was Amok von Terrorismus unterscheidet. Die After Show-Party konnte starten. Dann aber, urplötzlich, leuchtete auf der Videoleinwand am Brandenburger Tor das Wort „Evakuierung“. Eine Stimme forderte durch den Lautsprecher: Die Veranstaltung ist postwendend zu verlassen. Aber nicht in Richtung Siegessäule, sondern zu den U-Bahneingängen am Brandenburger Tor. Sogar in sozialen Medien ploppte die Aufforderung: „Bitte geht nach Hause. Der CSD ist abgebrochen.“ – Was war passiert?Tatsächlich tobte der Terror nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Aber im Gedränge, in der Klangsuppe der Lautsprecher haben Schreie keine Chance. Es brach herein, ohne Vorwarnung: Nahe der Siegessäule fuhr ein weißer Minivan in die Menge. Überrollte. Zerquetschte. Eine Frau starb, 29 weitere Besucher wurden verletzt. Der Wagen raste gegen einen Baum, der mutmaßliche Täter sprang aus dem geschrotteten Fahrzeug, traktierte die gestürzten Personen mit Stichwerkzeugen. Zeugen nannten „Messer" oder "Machete" als Tatwaffe. Ungeklärt auch, ob der Täter einen Beifahrer, einen Komplizen zur Seite hatte. Medialen Spekulationen über einen iranischen Mitstreiter fehlt die Bestätigung.Wer aber war der mutmaßliche Täter? Sein Name lautete Abdul Ballout. Kein Promi, aber kein Unbekannter für die Polizei: 2005 als Sohn libanesischer Einwanderer in Berlin-Neukölln geboren. Bis zu dem Attentat wohnte er dort in der Wohnung seiner Schwester und bei seiner geschiedenen Mutter in Schöneberg. Bereits am frühen Sonntag hatten Polizeibeamte beide Unterkünfte durchsucht. Vergeblich. Eine Nachbarin erzählte der Bild-Zeitung, sie habe mit Abdul Ballout die gleiche Grundschule besucht. Er sei ein stiller Mensch, habe sich aber mit „merkwürdigen Leuten“ getroffen. Die gehören, so ihre Vermutung, zur Islamisten-Szene. Bei denen sei auch der CSD nicht so gut angekommen.Schon mehrfach war Abdul Ballout durch Straftaten wie Körperverletzung oder Raub aufgefallen. Im letzten Jahr beauftragte ihn der IS mit einem Anschlag in Syrien. Einreisen sollte er über den Libanon. Dort aber hatten die Behörden von seiner „Mission“ Wind bekommen. Er wurde vom Militärgericht zu einer dreimonatigen Haft verdonnert. Danach: Rückflug in die Bundesrepublik. Dort erwartete den 20-jährigen eine weitere Untersuchungshaft.Die hiesige Staatsanwaltschaft forderte: Drei Jahre Knast wegen Vorbereitung einer staatsgefährdenden Gewalttat. Das Amtsgericht Tiergarten ließ jedoch Gnade walten und verdonnerte Ballout im vergangenen Mai zu einem Jahr und zehn Monaten Haft auf Bewährung. Allerdings musste er an einem Deradikalisierungs -Programm teilnehmen. Erster Termin wäre heute, am Montag gewesen.Eine Frage steht allerdings noch im Raum: Wie erriet die Polizei so schnell die Identität des Täters? Sicherheitskameras gab es am Tatort nicht. Und ob ein Smartphone-Besitzer die Coolness besaß, die Bluttat mitzuschneiden, ist bislang nicht bekannt. Also woher? Die Berliner Zeitung weiß es: Der Täter habe sein Handy im Auto liegen lassen... Für die Philosophin Hannah Arendt war das Böse kein Blut sabberndes Monster, kein Amok laufender Berserker aus einem amerikanischen Horrorfilm. Eher ein unauffälliger Beamter oder Angestellter, der gewissenhaft und pflichtbewusst seine Aufgaben erfüllt und nicht erkennt oder hinterfragt, was er anrichtet. Also jemand, der sein moralisches Urteil auslagert. Ähnlich einem Soldaten, der auf Befehl Menschen erschießt, weil das nun mal sei Job ist. Když se to druhý den dozvěděl, dostal podle svých slov „amok“, „viděl rudo“ a v tu chvíli „přestal být politikem“, protože se jí chtěl zastat. V rozhovoru před volbami Klempíř mluvil o tom, že chce přispět k utišení „vzteklého řvaní v úlu sršňů“ a Motoristy zevnitř nasměrovat. Dnes připouští, že to bylo spíš naopak: „Oni spíš nasměrovali mě.“ Proměnu spojuje s 1. srpnem 2025, kdy oznámil svou kandidaturu. Reakce lidí vůči němu byla podle něj natolik „prasácká“, že ho během jediného dne přešly „veškeré myšlenky o svobodné tvorbě a o úžasném tvůrčím prostoru a intelektu“. Zároveň odmítá, že by na kulturu zanevřel. Tvrdí, že úkolem ministerstva je chránit příspěvkové organizace a že experimentální divadla, knihy, filmy ani další nezávislou kulturu padnout nenechá. Výrazný obrat je vidět také u financování České televize a Českého rozhlasu. Motoristé ve svém volebním programu odmítali jejich placení přímo ze státního rozpočtu s argumentem, že by se tím z veřejnoprávních médií stala média vládní. Jako ministr za Motoristy nyní Klempíř prosazuje právě tento model. Vysvětluje ho koaličním kompromisem a zdůrazňuje, že po volbách je určující programové prohlášení vlády. „Představ si, že ten program už není. Tohle je naše bible,“ hájí se dokumentem. Když je konfrontován s původní formulací vlastní strany a jejím varováním před vládními médii, odpovídá: „Já jsem ten program nepsal.“ Klempíř přitom ujišťuje, že vláda nebude České televizi ani Českému rozhlasu mluvit do obsahu. Jako záruku uvádí, že se nemění zákony o obou institucích a zůstávají jejich rady i ředitelé. Když koaliční poslanci jako Josef Nerušil mluví o tom, že po změně financování může následovat kontrola obsahu, Klempíř odpovídá: „To můžou říkat, to se nestane.“ Veřejnoprávní média podle něj dostanou stabilní financování, zároveň však mají šetřit. „Všichni hledáme úspory, všichni propouštíme, všichni škrtáme,“ říká ministr o částkách, které by Českou televizi a Český rozhlas vrátily na úroveň financování před posledním zvýšením poplatků - de facto však na úroveň roku 2008. Méně peněz má také samotná kultura. Klempíř říká, že dostal rozpočet přibližně o miliardu nižší, než měl jeho předchůdce, a musí s ním vyjít. Ministr odmítá, že by kvůli tomu měli lidé v kultuře živořit a tvrdí, že pro příští rok vyjednává vyšší rozpočet. Vláda už podle něj předběžnou částku dohodnutou má, zveřejnit ji ale nechce. Kritice demonstrantů, kteří ho označují za „řezníka živé kultury“, se diví a jejich pohled považuje za zkreslený emocemi demonstrace. Své působení neposuzuje podle hodnocení kulturní obce nebo veřejnosti. „Ten, kdo posuzuje, jak jsem úspěšný a dobrý, je pan premiér a vicepremiéři, kterým já skládám účty,“ říká.
