I am honoured to welcome Annie Nguyen to The Debra Shepherd Podcast. Annie is the Founder of Annee's Caphê Sua Da (ANNEES), Australia's first free standing Vietnamese iced coffee bar in far north Queensland. Annie was born in Vietnam and raised in America. When she arrived, she couldn't get a job as a barista specialising in crafting authentic Italian espresso, so she decided to share her expertise in Vietnamese coffee and her rich cultural heritage. Annie set up a stall at the farmers market in Cairns, which was ideal given the tropical climate, perfect for serving robust Vietnamese iced coffee. Although initially a light-hearted endeavour, starting a coffee stand awakened a fire within her, amplifying her innate drive to foster creation and unity among individuals. Annie found herself building a platform to empower and enable others to catalyse substantial change around them, guiding them towards purpose and self-discovery. Unlocking true potential is what ANNEES is all about. ANNEES is not merely a coffee making establishment.
