Tony Bragalia is a long-time investigator into the UFO phenomenon. He has spent years chasing the story of a “memory metal” that was recovered at the Roswell UFO crash site. He has found scientists at the Battelle Institute who had worked on a similar project and believes that the inspiration was the metal found on the Roswell debris field in 1947. This led him to make Freedom of Information requests to various agencies including the Pentagon. The result was a number of documents, all classified at the lowest level, that Tony believed was an admission that the Pentagon and the federal government had crash recovered debris. He announced it on his website.Tony says that he goes where others have not gone in his search for the truth. Because he is not affiliated with any group or organization and self-funds all his work, he is free to make what he terms as bold and uncensored reports. He has been featured in books and magazine articles and has only recently began appearing on radio shows.John Greenewald began his research and use of FOIA as a teenager interested in UFOs. Now a long-recognized expert in the use of FOIA and a professional who has not only appeared in documentaries about UFOs, but has produced them as well. He is routinely sought by the news media as they search for a rational voice in a field that is sometimes seen as fringe. He is the creator of the Black Vault website that has more than two million documents in its archives. His efforts over the years have resulted in the declassification of documents that have been long hidden in various government files. Many of his discoveries have provided insight into the way the government has dealt with UFOs and a host of other topics including FBI files kept on UFO researchers and CIA documents that touch on UFOs.Both Bragalia and Greenewald are at opposite ends of a long perspective about the latest release of the documents. While Bragalia believes the documents prove that extraterrestrial materials have been provided to American industry for reserve engineering and that the answer to one of his FOIA request proves it, Greenewald believes that there was nothing extraordinary in the “document dump,” and the response is typical of the government. Are you and your business fully inclusive?I was introduced to my next guest at a time when I had several clients attending some of my live online events who were struggling with accessibility due to their disabilities. Thankfully, we've been able to accommodate their needs but this is something we could have been better prepared for so that people with accessibility issues can feel not just included but valued right from the start of their engagement.Whilst things are improving in the area of inclusivity, there is still a long way to go and many good reasons to get on top of accessibility and inclusivity right away, as so many people don't wish to make a fuss and end up feeling left out altogether or separate from other groups. My guest on this episode is Esi Hardy who is a speaker, trainer, writer and disability/inclusion expert who founded her company Celebrating Disability to help businesses improve their accessibility, both for employees and for guests.I learned so much from chatting to Esi of the ways we can be more inclusive and helpful without it becoming patronising or intrusive. I honestly believe that we all miss out when there are people who feel they can not join in as well as everyone else. Whilst it may not be possible to do everything imaginable to include everyone in every way, there is so much that is easy to do and makes a world of difference to people who may otherwise feel like they are stuck on the periphery.Esi has her own podcast called 'Part of me' which is all about disability inclusivity in all walks of life. Par Tērbatas Universitātes, vēlāk Latvijas Universitātes mācībspēku, folkloristu un literatūras vēsturnieku raidījumā Septiņi gadsimti ceļā uz valsti stāsta literatūras zinātnieks Ojārs Lāms. Jēkabs Lautenbahs kā dzejnieks pazīstams arī kā Jūsmiņš, viņš pētījis latviešu mitoloģiju, daudz rakstījis par citttautu mitoloģiju. 1896. gadā J. Lautenbahs aizstāvēja maģistra disertāciju par lietuviešu un latviešu folkloras vēsturi.  Bijis pasniedzējs gan Tērbatas Universitāte, gan Tērbatas augstākajos sieviešu kursos, mūža nogalē.  Laikā no 1919. gada līdz 1928. gadam J. Lautenbahs bija Latvijas Universitātes Filoloģijas un filozofijas latviešu literatūras un vispārīgās literatūras profesors. 1924. gadā viņu ievēlēja par Latvijas Universitātes baltu filoloģijas goda doktoru.

The Paper House is about a woman's relationship with her mother who has bipolar disorder, and its author has plenty of lived experience with mental illnesses. Anna lives with obsessive compulsive disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, severe anxiety, depression, and elements of psychosis in the mix.
