En Afrique de l'Ouest, la formation des enseignants reste l'un des défis majeurs pour garantir une éducation de qualité. Malgré les efforts des États, une partie des enseignants exerce sans formation initiale adéquate, ou avec un encadrement pédagogique insuffisant. Ce déficit de formation impacte directement les apprentissages des élèves, dans un contexte où les classes sont souvent surchargées et les ressources limitées. Face à cette réalité, des initiatives émergent pour combler ce vide. C'est le cas de l'association Ana-Nour qui développe des programmes de formation fondés sur les neurosciences et adaptés aux réalités africaines. De son côté, Gaétan Elvis Kponouhou, syndicaliste et formateur engagé au Bénin, s'évertue à professionnaliser le métier d'enseignant à travers des formations continues. Comment ces interventions peuvent-elles inspirer les politiques éducatives nationales ? Silvia Molinero ya estuvo como invitada en el programa en el episodio 86 cuando nos contó cómo se estaba preparando para la pasada Kromvojoj. Ahora, que ya ha terminado el verano y con él los grandes viajes y salidas en bici, me apetecía volver a invitarla para aprender de su experiencia. Ha sido una charla muy interesante con alguien que no oculta los miedos y dudas que supone dar el salto a enfrentarse ante un reto mayúsculo como es recorrer casi 1000km en autosuficienca y en el marco de un evento que te exige un buen ritmo para no llegar fuera de tiempo. Venir del ciclismo sin prisa y las salidas de bikepacking relajadas, a entrenar con entrenadora para prepararse tanto física como mentalmente para afrontar una prueba de ultradistancia me parece muy interesante de escuchar porque seguramente represente a mucha gente en su misma situación. Pero este verano no solo participó en la Kromvojoj, también se preparó corriendo la Garba, formó parte del primer campamento Be Nice, que nos presentó en su día Álex Grau en el episodio 90 y también se pegó 10 días de auténtico disfrute en el mayor paraíso ciclista que existe: los Alpes y las Dolomitas. Así que hemos aprovechado para repasar todo ello, conocer así mejor a Silvia y que nos transmita su pasión por pedalear y descubrir nuevos sitios. Además, hemos abordado también el ciclismo femenino, donde nos ha compartido su punto de vista a cerca de porqué no se ven tantas mujeres todavía, aunque cada vez más, en este mundillo, y la relación que puede tener que ver con la competición, los referentes y un tema a veces un tanto tabú como es la menstruación. Dipika Vijay is an academically trained designer, and a belly dance artist by passion. Her belly dance company is called Badass Belly Dance and her fitness classes fly under the name Firefly Aerial Fitness. She lives in Mumbai but grew up in multiple cities in India and as a result picked up folk dance forms like Bhangra, Garba, Bollywood apart from brief training in classical Indian dance styles such as Bharatnatyam and Odissi. She has a keen interests in popping, waacking, yoga and she recently started learning body control and mobility. Now Dipika practices belly dance not only as a sensuous dance form but as a powerful tool that generates awareness of the body, mind and spirit.
