Allah (c.c.), şeytânın, Âdem (a.s.)'a, onun neslinden kadın ve erkek herkese apaçık düşman olduğunu Kur'an-ı Kerim'in pek çok âyetlerinde bildirmiştir. Özellikle Adem (a.s.) ve Havva validemize şeytânın yaptıklarını Araf Sûresi'nin onuncu âyetinden başlayarak bizlere ibret verecek bir öğüt olmak üzere hikâye buyuruyor. Şeytânın kimlere (kâfirlere) dost ve kimlere (hususiyle müminlere) düşman olduğunu bize duyuruyor. Bilhassa Fâtır Sûresi'nin 5-6'ıncı âyetlerinde buyuruyor ki: “Ey insanlar, Allâh'ın vaadi elbet olacaktır. Sakın, sizi dünya dirliği aldatmasın, aldatıcı kuruntular sizi mağrur etmesin. Çünkü şeytân düşmanınızdır; onu düşman bilin. O, ancak kendi taraftarlarını cehennemlik olsunlar diye hevesata uymağa davet eder.” İşte böyle mübarek âyet-i kerimelerle şeytânın düşman tanınması emir buyuruluyor. “And olsun ki, sizi yarattık, sonra size suret verdik. Nihayet meleklere: “Âdem'e secde edin” dedik. Iblis'ten başkası secde ettiler. O, secde edenler içinde bulunmadı. Allâh, “Ben sana secde etmeyi emir buyurmuşken seni ondan ne alıkoydu?” buyurdu. O ise, “Ben ondan hayırlıyım. Sen, beni ateşten yarattın, onu ise çamurdan yarattın” dedi.” (Ârâf s. 10-11) (Kemaleddin Üstün, 54 Farz Şerhi, s.147) CIMÂ DUÂSI Nebi (s.a.v.) şöyle buyurmuşlardır: “Dikkat edin. Bir kimse ailesiyle cinsel birleşimde bulunduğunda, “Bismillâh, Allâhümme cennibni'ş-şeytâne ve cennibi'ş-şeytâne mâ razaktenâ. (Allâh'ım şeytânı benden (bizden) ve vereceğin çocuktan uzaklaştır) desin. Böyle der ve bu birleşmeden çocuk takdir ve kazâ edilirse, o çocuğa ebediyyen şeytân zarar veremez, musallat olamaz.”(Buhari)

Râbbimiz! Bize gücümüzün yetmeyeceği şeyi taşıtma.” (Bakara s. 286) Hadiste ise: “Kulun bu duâsı üzerine” Yüce Allâh: “Tamam öyle yaptım” buyurdu” (İbn Kesir) denilmiştir. Yine Yüce Allâh: “Allâh kişiye ancak gücünün yeteceği kadar yükler.” (Bakara s. 285) “Allâh size kolaylık ister, zorluk istemez.” (Bakara s. 185) “Dinde sizin için bir zorluk kılmamıştır.” (Hac s. 78) “İnsan zayıf yaratılmış olduğundan Allâh sizden yükü hafifletmek ister.” (Nisa s. 28) “Allâh sizi zorlamak istemez, Allâh sizi arıtıp üzerinize olan nimetini tamamlamak ister ki şükredesiniz.” (Mâide s. 6) buyurur. Hadis-i şerifte de: “Hanîflik ve hoşgörüye dayalı bir şeriatla gönderildim.” (Ahmed) “Hz. Peygamber, iki şey arasında muhayyer kılınmışsa, günâh olmadıkça mutlaka daha kolay olanını tercih etmiştir.” (Buhari) buyrulur. Burada “günâh olmadıkça” diye kayıtlanmıştır. Çünkü günâhın terkinde onun sırf bir terk olması açısından bir güçlük bulunmamaktadır. Bu mânâda daha pek çok nass bulunmaktadır. Eğer Şâri' Teâlâ meşakkâti kastetmiş olsaydı, o zaman kolaylık ve hafifletmeyi murad etmiş olmaz, güçlük ve zorluğu dilemiş olurdu. Bu ise sakattır. Ruhsatların meşruluğu sabittir ve bu konu gayet kesindir. Bunlar, dinden olduğu zorunlu olarak bilinen konulardandır. Yolculuk sebebiyle namazı kısaltma, oruç tutmama, iki namazı birleştirerek kılma, zaruret halinde haram kılınmış şeyleri yeme ya da içme... gibi. Bunların mevcut ve meşru oluşu, güçlük ve meşakkâtin mutlak surette kaldırılmış olduğuna kesin bir delildir. (Şatıbi, el-Muvâfakat, İslâmi İlimler Metodolojisi,c.2,s.121-122)

Enes bin Mâlik (r.a.)'in bildirdiği hadîs-i şerîfte Nebi (s.a.v.): “Ramazân Bayrâmı gecesinde, Allâhü Teâlâ, Şehr-i Ramazân orucunu tutmuş olanlara ecir ve mükâfaatlarını verip bayrâm sabahı meleklere emreder. Onlar da yeryüzüne inip sokak ağızlarında, yol başlarında dururlar. İnsan ve cinden başka bütün yaratıkların işitecekleri bir sesle seslenirler. Ve “Ey Muhammed (s.a.v.) ümmeti! Azı kabûl edip, büyük karşılıklar ihsân eden ve büyük günâhları bağışlayan Râbbinize çıkınız” derler. Onlar da câmi ve mescidlere çıkarlar. Namâzlarını kılıp duâlarını ettiklerinde, Allâhü Teâlâ, onların her işini görür, görülmedik bir işleri kalmaz. Bütün günâhlarını mağfiret eder. Bu hâlde onlar mağfiret olunmuş olarak dönerler” (Tirmizi) buyrulmuştur. BAYRAMLAR MUTLULUK GÜNLERİDİR Bayramlarda silâh oyunlarına ve yarışlara, izin vardır. Zîrâ dînimizde genişlik vardır. İslâm Dîni'nde bayrâmda, sevincini göstermelidir. Hattâ bu dînin belirtilerinden sayılmıştır. Rivâyet olundu ki Ebû Bekir (r.a.) teşrîk günlerinde Âişe (r.anhâ)'nın evine vardı. Ensârın kahramanlıklarını öven ve Bigâs gününde vâki olan harbin vasıflarını anlatan destânlar söylüyorlardı. Resûlullâh (s.a.v.) bir elbise ile örtünmüşlerdi. Ebû Bekir (r.a.) onları sert söz ile men etti. Resûlullâh (s.a.v.) mübârek yüzünü açıp: “Yâ Ebâ Bekr! Onları bırak. Bu bayrâm günleri sevinç, sürûr günleridir” buyurdular. Diğer bir rivâyette: “Yâ Ebâ Bekr! Her kavmin bir bayrâmı vardır. Bu da bizim bayrâmımızdır” (Buhari) buyurmuşlardır. Buradan anlaşılıyor ki bayrâm günlerinde sevinçli olmak, bu sevinci dışa vurmak, İslâm Dîni'nin özelliklerindendir. Bayram günleri, yâni teşrik günleri (Ramazân Bayrâmı'nın 1. günü ve Kurban Bayrâmı'nın 4. günü) oruç tutulmaz. Çünkü Allâhü Teâlâ'nın ziyâfet günleridir. (Seyyîd Alîzâde, Şir'at'ül İslâm,s.149)

Bu böyledir, çünkü dünyada muteber olan menfaatler beş tanedir: Can, mal, neseb, din ve akıl. Buna göre Cenâb-ı Hakk´ın, "bozukluk çıkarmayın" yasağı fesatçılık etmenin mahiyetini varlık âlemine sokmaktan mendir. Kötülük çıkarmanın mahiyetini varlık âlemine sokmaktan men etmek ise, onun her çeşidini yasaklamayı gerektirir. Öyleyse buradaki men, bu beş kısımda da bozukluk çıkarmaktan men etmeyi de içine alır.Allah Teâlâ sanki şöyle demek istemiştir: "Ben, peygamberler göndermek, kitaplar indirmek ve hükümleri açıklamak suretiyle yeryüzünü iyi hale getirdiğimde, sizler bu hükümlere boyun eğin, peygamberleri yalanlamaya, kitapları inkâr etmeye ve hükümleri kabulden yüz çevirmeye yeltenmeyin! Çünkü bu, yeryüzünde fitne ve karışıklıkların vuku bulmasına, böylece de, ıslâh etmeden sonra bozukluğun ortaya çıkmasına yol açar.Bu duanın kabul edilmesi için, muteber olan bazı şartlar içinde bir kusur ve hataya düşme korkusu ile, Allah´a dua edin. Bu şartların tamamıyla yerine getirilebilmesi İçin de, O´na umarak dua edin.Kulun, kat´î ve kesin olarak, duanın kabul edilebilmesi için, gerekli ve muteber olan şartların tamamını yerine getirmiş olması mümkün değildir. İşte bundan ötürü kulun kalbinde bir korku (endişe) bulunur. Yine kul, bu şartların tam bulunmamış olduğunu da kesin olarak bilemez, işte bundan dolayı da onun, duasının mutlaka kabul edileceğini umması gerekir. Yine deriz ki: Dua eden kimse, ancak böyle olduğu zaman, gerçek manada dua etmiş olur. Buna göre Ayetteki "O´na korkarak ve umarak dua edin" buyruğu "Nefsinizde (gönlünüzde), bütün amellerinizde korku ile ümidi birleştirmiş olarak dua ediniz ve bütün gayretinizle çaba sarfetmiş olsanız bile, Rabbinizin hakkını yerine getirmiş olduğunuzu da katî olarak söylemeyiniz" demektir. Bu "Rablerinin huzuruna döneceklerinden yürekleri korku ile çarparak, (zekatlarını) verenler..." (Mü´min, 60) âyeti ile te´kid edilir.Allah´a iman eden ve tevhid ile nübüvveti ikrar eden (kabul eden) herkes, "muhsin"dir. Bunun delili şudur: Çocuk bir kuşluk vakti buluğa erdiğinde Allah´a, peygamberine ve ahiret gününe iman etse, ama öğle (namazı) vaktine ulaşamadan ölse, ümmet-i Muhammed, onun, "İyi iş, güzel amel yapanlara (muhsin olanlara), daha güzel iyilik vardır" {Yunus, 26) âyetinin hükmüne girdiği hususunda itifak etmişlerdir. Malumdur ki, bu şahıs marifet ve ikrarın dışında, başka bir tâat işlememiştir. Çünkü o, sabah vaktinden sonra buluğa erdiği için, ona sabah namazı farz olmamıştır. Öğlen vaktinden önce de öldüğü için, ona öğle namazı da farz olmamıştır. Görünen odur ki, diğer ibadetler de ona vacib olmamıştır.

Bu gecenin fazileti Kur'an ayetleriyle sabittir. Allahu Teâlâ, şöyle buyurur: “Hâ mîm. Parlak ki tap Kur'ân hakkı için, gerçekten, biz, onu, mü barek bir gecede indirdik. Çünkü biz, (Kur'ân hükümleri ile) korkutanlardanız. Her hikmetli iş o mübarek gecede ayırt edilir. (Rızk, ecel, iyi ve kötülükten ibaret işler bu gecede yazılır.) Bu, (hikmetimizin gereği olan) tarafımızdan bir iştir. Çünkü biz peygamber göndereniz. Peygamberi kitabla gönderişimiz de bir rahmettir, ni'mettir. Gerçekten O Semi'dir. “Bütün söylenenleri işi tir, alimdir.” Her hâli bilir. O göklerin ve yerin ve bütün aralarındakilerin Rabbidir, eğer gerçek ten inanıyorsanız!” (Duhan s. 1-7) Bu geceye iyiliğinin çokluğu ve âlemlere be reket olması sebebiyle, mübarek gece ismi veril miştir. Berat Gecesi'nde bir yıl içinde olacak her çeşit olayların hükmü verilir. Bunun için Resûlullah (s.a.v. buyurdular ki “Allâh (c.c.) bu sene içinde ölecek kimseleri Şaban ayı içerisinde yazar. Ben de ecelimin oruçlu iken gelmesini istiyo rum.” (Buhari) Ber'ât Gecesi de denir. Çünkü Allâhü Teâlâ, bu gecede mü'min kullarına kurtuluş berâti yazdırır. Hadis-i Şerîf'te: “Ber'ât Gecesi kâhinler, büyü cüler, içkiye devam edenler, ana-babasına is yan edenler ve zinaya devam edenler hâriç, Al lâhü Teâlâ bütün müslümanları mağfiret eder”, buyurdu. (Buhari) Başka bir rivayette “haksız yere müslümanlara düşmanlık edenlerin, yol kesici lerin, kibirlilerin” de af kapsamının dışında oldu ğu belirtilmiştir. Ravdat-ül Ulemâ'da yazdığı üzere, faiz yiyen, canlı resmi, heykeli yapan ve söz taşıyı cılar da af kapsamı dışındadır. “Şa'bân-ı Şerif'in onbeşinci gecesi olunca, o geceyi ihyâ ediniz ve gününde oruç tutunuz. Muhakkak ki, Allâhü Teâlâ, “mağfiret olunmak istiyen yok mudur, mağfiret edeyim; rızk istiyen yok mudur, rızk vereyim; istiyen yok mudur ve reyim” buyurur. Hadîs-i şeriflerde, “Hiçbir ev halkı yok ki, evde köpek bağlasın da her gün sevabından bir kırat eksilmesin. Ancak av, bekçi veya koyun köpekleri hariç” buyuruldu. (Tirmizî) Bir ara vahiy kesilmişti. Bunun sebebi sorulduğunda Cebrail (a.s.), “Biz, suret ve köpek bulunan eve girmeyiz” dedi. Sonra küçük yaştaki Hz. Hasan (r.a.)'in oynadığı köpek yavrusunu eve getirdiği anlaşıldı. (Ebu Davud) Hadis-i şerifte, “Hayvanlardan zararlı olan şu beşi Harem-i Şerif'te bile öldürülebilir: Karga, çaylak, fare, akrep ve saldırgan köpek” buyuruluyor. Anlaşılıyor ki, çoğu zaman zarar veren köpekleri öldürmek câiz, hatta müstehap oluyor. Zararı kesin ise vacip oluyor. Nitekim İbn Ömer ve Cabir anlatır: “Resûlullâh (s.a.v.)'in talimatı üzerine Medine ve civarındaki başıboş köpekler itlâf edildi. Etraf temizlendikten sonra Resûlullâh artık bu işe lüzum kalmadığını bildirdi. Av, çoban ve bekçi köpekleri istisna edildi.” (Buhari, Müslim) Bütün mahlukât insanların istifadesi için yaratılmıştır. Hayvanların hayat hakkı insanların istifadesi ve emniyeti ile sınırlandırılmıştır. Etinden, yününden, derisinden istifade için nasıl hayvanlar boğazlanıyorsa, zarar sebebiyle de öldürülmesi dinen meşru kılınmıştır. Aynı şekilde güvenilir bir hadisin de mutlaka Buhari ve Müslim'de olmayacağı bilinmelidir. Nitekim bu müelliflerin kendileri de sahih hadislerin hepsini kitaplarına almak için yola çıkmış değillerdir. Aldıklarının sahih olmasına dikkat etmişler ama bütün sahihleri bir kitapta toplamak gibi bir çalışmaya girmemişlerdir. Nitekim Buhari ve Müslim'in şartlarına uygun olduğu halde, kitaplarında bulunmayan hadisleri Hâkim en-Neysâburî, Müstedrek adıyla bilinen 4 büyük ciltlik eserinde toplamıştır. Une nouvelle ligne ferroviaire de 283 kilomètres est en construction dans le nord du Nigeria. Elle partira de Kano, traversera trois États fédéraux, avec un terminus dans la ville nigérienne de Maradi. Un projet d'ampleur pour développer les échanges commerciaux entre les deux pays, malgré leurs récents différends diplomatiques.  « L'économie règle tout en vérité », lâche Yacouba Dan Maradi. Oubliées les prises de position anti-putschistes du président Bola Tinubu. Niger et Nigeria se veulent dans une relation gagnant-gagnant avec cette nouvelle ligne de train, alors le président du syndicat des importateurs et exportateurs du Niger est impatient. Le transport ferroviaire étant moins cher que la route, ces rails permettront aux produits nigériens de mieux s'exporter, il en est convaincu. « Ce segment va nous soulager, explique Yacouba Dan Maradi, comme vous savez, nous sommes un pays enclavé. Le transport représente une grande part de notre prix de revient. Il fait partie des éléments qui rendent un peu inaccessible nos produits. Elle va nous permettre donc de transporter par exemple nos minerais. De les acheminer au port le plus rapidement possible, à moindre coût ».Un train pour la « stabilité politique »Quinze stations, 1,3 milliard de dollars d'investissement pour l'achèvement du projet, cette ligne Kano-Maradi initiée par l'ex-président nigérien Buhari, lui-même originaire de ces régions du nord du pays, est financée et construite par un opérateur chinois. Le matériel roulant sera fourni par l'entreprise portugaise Mota-Engil. La mise en service complète est prévue en 2026. Il s'agit d'une infrastructure primordiale pour le Nigeria. Pour les échanges commerciaux... et pour pacifier la région, explique Adamu Garba II, entrepreneur dans le digital et membre de l'APC, le parti du président Tinubu : « Parfois, ce n'est pas qu'une question d'argent. C'est plutôt la recherche de la stabilité politique dans la région. Plus vous avez des voisins stables et prospères, mieux c'est pour vous. Nous essayons donc de tirer parti de la géopolitique des infrastructures pour nous assurer que le Niger soit fortement dépendant du Nigeria pour ses importations et exportations. Ainsi, les chances pour nous d'avoir un effet de levier sur le Niger sont beaucoup plus élevées. Cela nous rendra beaucoup plus stables, beaucoup plus prospères. Il appelle les deux pays à sécuriser le tronçon. « Avec l'avènement des drones domestiques et des drones militaires, il faut mettre à disposition tout ce qui est possible pour sécuriser la ligne, insiste-t-il. Le projet va coûter un peu plus de 2 milliards de dollars au final. The story of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) cannot be written without referring to Governor Kayode Fayemi. Governor Fayemi, a two-time Governor of Ekiti State, the former Chair of the influential Governor's Forum, and former Minister of Solid Minerals Development was also the Policy & Research Director of President Buhari's successful 2015 campaign. In this conversation with Oluwamayowa Idowu, Governor Fayemi takes us through his experience growing up in Ibadan and returning to the "village" in Ado Ekiti to continue his academic studies and his evolution into one of the leading intellectuals of the NADECO and June 12 movement.

In this exciting episode of the Mic on Podcast, the host Seun Okinbaloye had a chat with Prof. Chidi Odinkalu, Human Rights Lawyer/Fmr. Chairman National Human Rights Commission. Prof. Odinkalu discredits the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) over the issue between the commission and popular crossdresser Okuneye Idris Olarenwaju aka Bobrisky and his naira abuse trial. “The only thing that the EFCC can find itself to do is to go after a cross dresser quite evidently because some people don't like the idea of a man being a crossdresser." He also analysed the issue of state police and the possibility of its functioning in Nigeria. Prof. Odinkalu bared his mind “State policing is about taking policing to the frontlines where it is needed and finding ways to decentralize that and give operational decision-making and budgetary de-concentration to the point of need. In the kind of country we have at the moment, I think any talk of a state police is irresponsible actually. Responding to the prosecution of former Central Bank governor Godwin Emefiele Prof. Odinkalu airs his views. “So Emefiele is being prosecuted and I believe he should be prosecuted. But what about Buhari and his responsibility? Emefiele could not have turned up the CBN Act without Buhari saying so. The CBN Act is very clear. Kâfirûn sûresi ise, ibadet ve perestişin ancak ve ancak şerîk ve nazîri bulunmayan Allah'a mahsus olmasını ifade etmesi açısından tevhid-i ubûdiyeti takrir eylemektedir. *Felak ve Nâs sûrelerinin ikisine birden “Muavvizeteyn” denilir; bu ifade “Allah'a sığınmayı gösteren, O'na iltica ettiren, Hakk'a sığınmaya vesile, kendisiyle Rabb'e istiâze edilen” iki sûre demektir. Bu sûrelerde Allah Teâlâ, görünen ve görünmeyen, bilinen ve bilinmeyen, afakî ve enfüsî, insî ve cinnî bütün korkunç ve zararlı şeylerden kendisine sığınmamızı emretmiştir. *Felak Sûresi قُلْ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ الْفَلَقِ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا خَلَقَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ غَاسِقٍ إِذَا وَقَبَ وَمِنْ شَرِّ النَّفَّاثَاتِ فِي الْعُقَدِ وَمِنْ شَرِّ حَاسِدٍ إِذَا حَسَدَ “De ki: Sığınırım şafak vaktinin Rabbine: Yarattığı şeylerin şerrinden, karanlığı çöktüğü zaman gecenin şerrinden, düğümlere üfleyip büyü yapan büyücü kadınların şerrinden ve haset ettiği zaman hasetçinin şerrinden.” Büyü ve Nazara Karşı Felak ve Nas Sureleri *Ehl-i Sünnet âlimlerine göre, sihir bir gerçektir ve onun bazı türlerinin fizikî dünyaya tesirleri de söz konusudur; ancak bu tesir sihirbazın değil, onun sebepleri yerine getirmesi neticesinde Allah'ın yarattığı bir tesirdir. Buhârî ve Müslim gibi sahih hadis kitaplarında, Allah Rasûlü'ne de (aleyhi ekmelü't-tehâyâ) büyü yapıldığından bahsedilir; böylelikle meselenin olabilirliği vurgulanmış ve ondan kurtulmanın çaresi gösterilmiştir. Peygamber Efendimiz (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) kendisine büyü yapıldığının farkına varınca dua etmiş ve Cenâb-ı Allah'tan şifa dilemişti. Çok geçmeden Hazreti Cibrîl ve Mikâil (aleyhimesselam) gelerek işin hakikatini Efendimiz'e haber vermiş; Allah Rasûlü'nden alınan bir tarak saç-sakal ile hurma çiçeği kullanılarak Lebîd İbn-i A'sam tarafından yapılan büyünün Zervan kuyusuna atıldığını söylemişlerdi. Rasûl-ü Ekrem, bazı ashâbıyla beraber o kuyuya gitmiş ve kuyuyu kapatmışlardı. Hazreti Aişe, “Ya Rasûlallah, sihri çıkardınız mı?” diye sorunca Efendimiz, “Hayır çıkarmadım. O sihri çıkarıp çözmekle halk arasında sihrin şuyû bulmasından endişe ettim.” buyurmuş; Cenâb-ı Hakk'ın, kendisine şifa verdiğini ve şifa bulmak için illâ sihri çözmek gerekmediğini belirtmişti. (Buhari, Tıbb 47,49,50, Nesai, Tahrim 20) *Allah Rasûlü (sallallâhu aleyhi ve sellem) nazar değmesine karşı, Âyetü'l-Kürsî'yi, İhlâs, Felak ve Nâs sûrelerini okumuş, Ashabına da bunları okumalarını tavsiye buyurmuştur. Ayrıca meşâyih ve ehl-i keşf, nazarın etkisinden korunmak veya nazar isabet etmiş ise kurtulmak için Kalem Sûresi'nin 51. ve 52. âyetlerinin okunmasını tavsiye etmişlerdir. Kalem Sûresi'nde, zikri geçen âyetlerin metni ve anlamı şöyledir: وَإِنْ يَكَادُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ بِأَبْصَارِهِمْ لَمَّا سَمِعُوا الذِّكْرَ وَيَقُولُونَ إِنَّهُ لَمَجْنُونٌ وَمَا هُوَ إِلَّا ذِكْرٌ لِلْعَالَمِينَ “O kâfirler Zikr'i (Kur'ân'ı) işittikleri zaman, hırslarından neredeyse bakışlarıyla seni kaydıracak, âdeta gözleriyle yiyecekler! Ve o ‘delinin teki!' derler. (Delilik nerede, o nerede! Kur'ân'ın hiç delilikle ilgisi mi olur?) In a bid to calm tensions over a lack of cash in Nigeria, President Muhammadu Buhari has announced that one of the three naira banknotes being phased out will be reintroduced into circulation. The Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria Godwin Emefiele, has directed banks to make the old 200 naira notes available from today following President Muhammadu Buhari's extension until April 10. And in Lebanon, furious protests have continued to explode on the streets of the capital Beirut with people setting fire to bank branches which remain closed, and refuse to allow withdrawals.

Since the end of last year both old and new naira notes have been in circulation. But from 31st January, the old notes will no longer be accepted as legal tender. President Buhari says the introduction of these new cash notes will help to tackle corruption, counterfeit money and the illicit hoarding of cash. Nigeria has the biggest economy in Africa. It's also often labelled the ‘cash-king' of the African continent, because the majority of people there make payments with cash. So how are Nigerians feeling about the rollout of these new notes and the 31st January deadline? Africa Daily's Mpho Lakaje has been finding out.
