In today's episode of the Tranquil Awakenings Podcast, Debbie will be in conversation with Vandana who supports individuals with their health and well-being through the use of the Human Regenerator, a machine that uses cold atmospheric plasma technology. During this episode, Vandana shares her personal family journey of how her and her husband became aware of the Human Regenerator when supporting her mother-in-law with her cancer diagnosis. Upon using this machine, Vandana's mother-in-law benefitted greatly, which inspired them to invest in a machine of their own, bringing it to Lincolnshire to support others with pain and health issues, as well as for those who want their body to be the best it can be. KEY TAKEAWAYSThe cells in our body become less effective over time. Antioxidants help the body to reduce inflammation. When suffering from physical ailments, it can also impact mental well-being.The body needs good nutrition, exercise, and a healthy mindset to help it perform at its best. The Human Regenerator helps to reduce oxidative stress. BEST MOMENTS“The summer before last, my mother-in-law, she was diagnosed with palliative cancer and she was already sort of previously recovering from an operation and radio and chemotherapy. So, the state that she was in was quite fragile. She's really low on energy, she was getting really tired, and we just were kind of in a place where we thought we need something to sort of support her, just to give her a bit of a boost.”“But then after her second session, the next day, we asked her, mum, you know, how are you, how are you feeling? And she said she felt good. She got off the Human Regenerator and she had a bit of a light on her face, and she felt good. And we did over 20, 000 steps around central London, which was something that she hadn't done in a very long time before.”“That's when we decided, you know, we'll get one here up in Lincoln and try and help more people and also support mum as much as we can, just to give her the quality of life that she could have with her limitations. And yeah, that's kind of how our journey started.”“They're just happier in themselves and they don't have that kind of the pain or the struggle in the back of their mind and they're able to do more than they think they could have done.” ”And then having the human regenerator on top of that. It's just been a game changer. I feel good. I don't feel tired after a really long day of work, and I don't feel low on my energy or touch would not been poorly for quite some time. So, I think it works as a really good compliment to a great lifestyle.” HOST BIODebbie is a seasoned therapist whose journey from being a primary school teacher to an adept therapist has been fuelled by her fascination with the intricacies of human nature. Equipped with advanced certifications in diverse modalities like hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming, mindfulness, meditation, past life regression and many more she has honed her expertise to bring about transformative change. As a full-time therapist and trainer, Debbie's driving passion is guiding others, as well as herself, towards their best selves. Send us a textDescription: An immersive reading of A Prayer to the Asvins by Ghosha translated by H. D. Griswold with reflection on physician gods, Gosha, leprosy, praise and gift exchange. Website:https://anauscultation.wordpress.com/ Work: A Prayer to the AsvinsGhosha translated by H. D. GriswoldYour car, the swiftly-rolling:, circumambient,To be saluted day and night by worshippers,Asvins, that car of yours we here invoke,Just as the name of father, easy to entreat.Arouse the lovely hymns and make our thoughts to swell,Stir up abundant riches, — that is our desire ;Make glorious our heritage, ye Asvin pair ;Yea, make us for our princes like the Soma dear.Ye are good luck for her who groweth old at home ; The slow — yea even the slowest one — ye help him on ; Ye two are called physicians, healers of the blind,Yea of the feeble and the one with broken limbs.I call to you, O Asvins, listen to my cry,And give your help to me as parents to a son ; Friendless am I, bereft of relative, and poor,Save me, O save me from the curse which rests on me.Upon your chariot ye did bring to Vimada,To be his consort, Purumitra's lovely maid ;Came to the weakling's wife in answer to her call. And to Puramdhi gave the boon of motherhood.Unto the singer Kali, who had reached old age,Ye gave anew the boon of fresh and youthful strength ; 'Twas you that lifted Vandana from out the pit ;Ye gave to Vispala the power at once to walk.[...]Come on that chariot which is speedier than thought. That chariot, Asvins, which the Ribhus built for you; On yoking which the daughter of the sky is born. And from Vivasvat the auspicious day and night. This praise-song have we made for you, O Asvins, Have fashioned it as Bhrigus build a wagon ;Have decked it as the bride is for the bridegroom, Presenting it to you as our own offspring.References:Poem: https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.110065/page/n49/mode/2up Wendy Doniger. Vandana Hari, founder of Vanda Insights, a Singapore-based provider of intelligence on energy markets, returns to Kopi Time. She was with us in the early days of the podcast, when WTI futures was in negative territory, and then returned around the time of Russia's invasion of Ukraine. Today, again, energy markets have no shortage of drama. Vandana begins by addressing various scenarios over the brewing tensions in the Red Sea, especially for shipping and oil price risk premium. She also details the perverse dynamics around Russia's energy supplies and various unintended consequences. Beyond geopolitics, she looks at the rather underwhelming supply-demand fundamentals characterising energy markets. We then talk about the future of OPEC+, state of US Shale sector, and the medium term demand for fossil fuels against green transition. Vanda offers an astute blend of industry insights and the complex realities in place. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
