I was so grateful to join Shreya on The Soul Mirror for a transformative conversation on healing trauma and restoring balance to the nervous system. Together we explored how trauma—both personal and ancestral—shapes the way we feel and respond to life, and why real healing must include the body as much as the mind and spirit.I shared how unresolved emotional wounds can begin even before birth, how generational imprints affect our well-being, and why somatic practices are essential for releasing trauma stored in the body. We also discussed the risks of spiritual bypassing—using only “high-vibration” states to avoid emotional work—and the importance of integrating spiritual guidance with grounded, embodied practices.During the episode, I offered a simple self-soothing ritual you can use anytime, anywhere, to bring your nervous system back into balance. Whether you struggle with anxiety, insomnia, or emotional overwhelm, these tools can help you return to calm, compassion, and grounded presence in just a few minutes. This dialogue is an invitation to remember that healing is not about blame—it's about awareness, acceptance, and finding the right support so we can live with greater peace, self-acceptance, and authenticity.Support the showStay Connected with Vandana Light Healing :✨ Website: vandanalighthealing.com YouTube: @VandanaLightHealing Facebook: VandanaLightHealing Podcast: Hope & Healing LinkedIn: Vandana Atara Noorah Instagram: @vandana_light_healing Amazon Author: Vandana Atara Noorah

I was recently a guest on The Mindful Journey with Sana, where we explored the power of inner child healing and what it really means to reparent ourselves with compassion. In our conversation, I shared my own story of growing up in a toxic home and how those early experiences shaped my path as a healer and mentor. We talked about how unresolved childhood stress often resurfaces in adulthood—through relationships, work, and even our inner dialogue—and why forgiveness, compassion, and safe community are essential in breaking free from those patterns. I also offered practical tools for reparenting the inner child: gentleness breaks, self-kindness practices, and ongoing conversations with the parts of us that still long for care. This episode is a reminder that healing isn't about erasing the past—it's about becoming the loving, nurturing parent we always needed, and learning to carry that presence into our daily lives.Support the showStay Connected with Vandana Light Healing :✨ Website: vandanalighthealing.com YouTube: @VandanaLightHealing Facebook: VandanaLightHealing Podcast: Hope & Healing LinkedIn: Vandana Atara Noorah Instagram: @vandana_light_healing Amazon Author: Vandana Atara Noorah

I joined Sana on Cosmic Confluence for a deep and expansive conversation on healing beyond the physical world. In this episode, I share how connecting with galactic guides, star ancestors, and higher-dimensional beings can support trauma release, ancestral healing, and the reclamation of authentic power. We explore how unseen allies and cosmic energies can guide us through life challenges, help us break free from old cycles, and reconnect us with our soul gifts.Throughout our dialogue, I highlight why discernment is so important on the spiritual path—how to recognize the difference between supportive guidance and false light influences, and how asking clear, empowered questions of your spirit guides can shape the quality of the answers you receive. We also discuss why inner work must come first before seeking higher wisdom, so we don't bypass the very lessons that anchor us in self-trust and true empowerment.Practical tools are woven into the conversation, from meditation and breathwork to synchronicities and vibrational alignment. We talk about simple but powerful ways to raise your vibration every day—through kindness to yourself, creating safe energetic boundaries, choosing compassionate community, and surrounding yourself with supportive, like-minded souls. As an empath and healer, I share insights on protecting your energy field, clearing trauma imprints, and learning to align with your higher self without absorbing the pain of others. This episode invites listeners to embrace both healthy skepticism and open-hearted curiosity. It explores how dreams, intuitive downloads, and repeated synchronicities can serve as validation for spiritual connections, and how galactic guides such as the Arcturians reflect higher aspects of who we truly are. Rather than creating dependency, true guidance strengthens your capacity to trust yourself, align with higher frequencies, and embody your authentic light. If you've ever wondered whether unseen helpers exist, how to protect your energy, or how to raise your vibration while staying grounded, this conversation offers both inspiration and actionable steps. It's a reminder that spiritual awakening is not about escaping life but about engaging it more fully—with clarity, discernment, and the support of cosmic allies who walk with us on the journey home.Support the showStay Connected with Vandana Light Healing :✨ Website: vandanalighthealing.com YouTube: @VandanaLightHealing Facebook: VandanaLightHealing Podcast: Hope & Healing LinkedIn: Vandana Atara Noorah Instagram: @vandana_light_healing Amazon Author: Vandana Atara Noorah

GriswoldYour car, the swiftly-rolling:, circumambient,To be saluted day and night by worshippers,Asvins, that car of yours we here invoke,Just as the name of father, easy to entreat.Arouse the lovely hymns and make our thoughts to swell,Stir up abundant riches, — that is our desire ;Make glorious our heritage, ye Asvin pair ;Yea, make us for our princes like the Soma dear.Ye are good luck for her who groweth old at home ; The slow — yea even the slowest one — ye help him on ; Ye two are called physicians, healers of the blind,Yea of the feeble and the one with broken limbs.I call to you, O Asvins, listen to my cry,And give your help to me as parents to a son ; Friendless am I, bereft of relative, and poor,Save me, O save me from the curse which rests on me.Upon your chariot ye did bring to Vimada,To be his consort, Purumitra's lovely maid ;Came to the weakling's wife in answer to her call. And to Puramdhi gave the boon of motherhood.Unto the singer Kali, who had reached old age,Ye gave anew the boon of fresh and youthful strength ; 'Twas you that lifted Vandana from out the pit ;Ye gave to Vispala the power at once to walk.[...]Come on that chariot which is speedier than thought. That chariot, Asvins, which the Ribhus built for you; On yoking which the daughter of the sky is born. And from Vivasvat the auspicious day and night. This praise-song have we made for you, O Asvins, Have fashioned it as Bhrigus build a wagon ;Have decked it as the bride is for the bridegroom, Presenting it to you as our own offspring.References:Poem: https://archive.org/details/in.ernet.dli.2015.110065/page/n49/mode/2up Wendy Doniger. Greetings To All Adult Children,It was my honor & pleasure to sit in conversation with a narcissistic coach & therapist in today's latest Adult Child In Recovery Podcast.About Darren ElliottDarren is a warm and compassionate story teller who has an exceptional perspective as both a survivor of narcissistic abuse and now a coach and therapist specializing in this field.
