Did Freemasonry come from the Medieval Operative Masons? In this episode of Masonic Muscle: The Origin War, we examine Theory #7 from the 12 origin theories of Freemasonry: the claim that modern speculative Freemasonry developed from the operative stone masons of the Middle Ages. This is probably the most widely repeated explanation of Masonic origins. But is it proven?Or have Masons repeated it so many times that it now feels like settled history? This episode asks:Did Freemasonry truly evolve from medieval operative masons — or is the transition from operative craft to speculative fraternity more complicated than we were told?We discuss:the Operative Mason Theorymedieval stone masons and cathedral buildersguilds, lodges, charges, tools, and craft identitythe Regius Manuscript and the Old Chargesthe operative-to-speculative transition theoryaccepted or “non-operative” MasonsElias Ashmole and early speculative evidencethe difference between resemblance and proofwhy this theory is powerfulwhere this theory becomes difficultwhy Masons must stop confusing repetition with evidenceThis theory matters because it is the one many Grand Lodges, lodges, websites, and Masonic books present as the normal explanation:Operative stone masons became speculative Freemasons.Simple.Clean.Comfortable.But history is rarely that clean. If Freemasonry truly came from operative masons, then we need to examine the documents, the lodge records, the Old Charges, the ritual evidence, and the historical gaps.If the theory is true, it should be able to survive serious questions. And if it is incomplete, then Masons need to have the courage to say so.A Mason should not be afraid of uncertainty. He should be afraid of lazy certainty.Have an origin theory, Masonic question, old document, or source recommendation?Write to me at:masonicmuscle357@gmail.comFollow Masonic Muscle:Instagram: @masonicmuscleTikTok: @masonicmuscle357We give you more light — but no light weights.
Send us Fan MailJon Snoddy is the CEO of Operative Games and a veteran storyteller with a career spanning NPR, Lucasfilm, Disney Imagineering and a co-venture with Spielberg and Sega. Recorded live from the floor of HumanX 2026, this lightning round explores what happens when you combine Disney-level character craft with large language models to create a completely new kind of interactive storytelling.Jon and host Dan Turchin dig into how Operative builds AI-powered characters that feel emotionally real, what the entertainment industry gets wrong about the AI disruption, and why small studios have an edge that no major franchise can buy. What You'll LearnHow Jon went from Disney Imagineering to building AI characters you can call on the phoneWhy emotional fidelity matters more than photorealism in AI-driven storytellingHow Operative thinks about guardrails, ethics and responsible AI in immersive entertainmentWhat the Pixar disruption can and cannot teach us about the AI moment in entertainmentWhy big studios are watching but not moving, and why that's an opportunity for startups
Send us Fan MailIn this special compilation episode of AI and the Future of Work, we are bringing you four conversations recorded live on the show floor at HumanX 2026. This is the second episode of our three-part HumanX Live series. In an era dominated by headlines about displacement and disruption, these four founders share a grounded optimism about what AI cannot replace: human judgment, creativity, and the drive to do work that matters. Each of these leaders is building in a different space, but they arrived at the same conviction. The companies and people poised to win in the AI era are not the ones moving fastest to automate. They are the ones who understand what humans are uniquely built to do, and build systems that make space for it.What You'll LearnWhy most organizations cannot answer a basic question: how does work actually get done here, and why that gap is now a strategic liabilityHow AI-powered learning can shift employee development from a compliance obligation to a genuine driver of engagementWhy storytelling will remain a human craft, and what the Pixar transition teaches us about navigating creative disruptionThe case for asynchronous AI collaboration, where systems work overnight and humans return to exercise judgmentWhy optimism about the human worker is not naive, and what the data actually showsHow to balance AI use cases that replace humans with those that create new value and grow the economyFeatured GuestsJennifer Smith, CEO & Co-founder of Scribe. It's hospital day five. The patient looked better yesterday… but now she's hypotensive, on vasopressors, acidotic, and spiraling toward multi-organ failure. The CT scan doesn't show perforation or megacolon, but your gut tells you this is going south. Do you keep pushing medical therapy… or is it time to operate?Join Drs. Rushabh Dev, Jeffrey Coughenour, Kevin Bartow, Raymond Okeke, and Desra Fletcher from the Emergency General Surgery team in Tiger Country at Mizzou as they tackle one of the deadliest and most challenging diseases acute care surgeons face: fulminant Clostridioides difficile infection. In this Clinical Challenges episode, the panel discusses diagnostic stewardship, ASCRS recommendations, timing of operative intervention and technique, subtotal colectomy versus diverting loop ileostomy with lavage, and physiology that should push surgeons toward definitive source control. Through a real-world high-risk case vignette, the team explores the hardest question in emergency general surgery: when to stop hoping medical therapy will work and pull the operative trigger.Hosts Dr. Rushabh Dev FACS (Moderator, Surgical Attending) – Assistant Professor of Surgery, Associate PD ACS & SCCM Fellowship, SICU Medical Director, Lieutenant Commander United States Navy Reserve Dr. Jeffery Coughenour FACS (Surgical Attending) – Professor of Surgery and Emergency Medicine, Trauma Medical Director at the University of Missouri SOM Dr. Kevin Bartow FACS (Surgical Attending) –Professor of Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgeon and General Surgery. Department of General Surgery at the University of Missouri SOM Raymond Okeke – Acute Care Surgery/Surgical Critical Care Fellow, University of Missouri School of Medicine Desra Fletcher – PGY 3 General Surgery Resident, University of Missouri School of Medicine Learning ObjectivesBy the end of this episode, listeners should be able to: Define the spectrum of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI), including non-severe, severe, and fulminant disease, and recognize the physiologic implications of fulminant colitis. Review contemporary diagnostic stewardship for CDI, including appropriate stool testing, pitfalls of PCR/NAAT interpretation, and the role and limitations of CT imaging in fulminant disease. Describe evidence-based medical management of fulminant CDI, including high-dose enteral vancomycin, intravenous metronidazole, rectal vancomycin for ileus, and principles of antimicrobial stewardship. Recognize the high-risk clinical features that should prompt urgent surgical evaluation, including worsening shock, vasopressor dependence, lactate elevation, organ failure, and evolving abdominal exam findings. Discuss the operative indications and timing for surgery in fulminant CDI and understand why delayed intervention contributes to mortality. Compare subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy versus diverting loop ileostomy with antegrade lavage, including current evidence, patient selection, limitations of the literature, and ASCRS recommendations. Review practical operative strategies for subtotal colectomy in unstable patients, including damage-control principles and common technical pitfalls. Apply clinical reasoning to a complex, high-risk case of fulminant CDI in a patient with decompensated cirrhosis, septic shock, and multi-organ dysfunction. A hidden-camera video involving Joel Caldwell of the Coalition for the People's Agenda has reignited the national debate over election integrity, ballot drop boxes, ballot harvesting, voter ID laws. In the video, a man identified as Caldwell makes explosive claims about ballot drop boxes, people allegedly being paid to drop off ballots, voter ID laws, and why Republicans continue demanding stricter election security measures. The comments are already spreading across social media and raising serious questions about what election officials, lawmakers, and the public deserve to know. For free and unbiased Medicare help, dial (656) 218-0931 to speak with my trusted partner, Chapter, or go to https://askchapter.org/nez▶Sign up to our Free Newsletter, so you never miss out: https://bio.site/professornez▶ ORIGINAL MADE IN U.S.A 250TH AMERICA DESIGNS: https://professornez.myspreadshop.com/

In this very special episode of AAHKS Amplified, we have members from the AAHKS Patient and Public Relations Committee join us to discuss operative approaches to knee replacement. Our host David G. Deckey, MD curated a wonderful conversation with Cody C. Green, MD, Andrew Scott Murtha, MD and Charlie Yoo, MD around the various ways surgeons can get to the joint itself and depending on the approach taken, this may or may not dictate what the first few weeks of recovery looks like for the patient. So, in this episode, listeners will learn to identify “surgical jargon” so that a more informed conversation can be had between surgeon and patient. They also talk in great detail about the medial parapatellar approach which happens to be the most common approach to knee replacement surgery. If you are someone you know is considering a knee replacement, this is a podcast you don’t want to miss. Be sure to subscribe and thanks for listening to AAHKS Amplified! In This Episode:David G. A Cold War playbook for distorting reality is now visible in the way Israel is framed and understood.
Send us Fan MailIn this interview edition of Sidecar Sync, Mallory sits down with Eric O'Neill—former FBI counterintelligence operative, attorney, cybersecurity expert, and founder of The Georgetown Group and NeXasure AI—whose career has spanned undercover FBI work, national security law, and advising organizations on how to defend themselves against modern cyber threats. Eric shares stories from the extraordinary operation that led to the capture of Robert Hanssen, the longtime FBI agent who spied for Russia and became one of the most damaging spies in U.S. history, a case that later inspired the film Breach. From there, the conversation turns to how cybercriminals really operate, why associations and other small organizations are often the easiest targets, and how AI is accelerating everything from phishing and ransomware to deepfakes and large-scale deception. Eric also offers practical steps leaders can take right now to protect their teams, data, and trust. Jeff & Shannon expose Flynn operative Ivan Raiklin's failed ambush on Dan Bongino at a Florida GOP event, link it to broader network tactics, and question if Trump's postponement of Iran strikes signals a real deal amid Operation Epic Fury successes. Shredding anti-Trump influencer spin live on Rumble, YouTube, X, and Red State Talk Radio! Patriots, strap in for the unmasking—Season 8 Episode 53, “Flynn Operative Ivan Raiklin Ambush Backfires Hard; Iran Deal Happening?” charges forward as @intheMatrixxx and @shadygrooove dismantle the botched confrontation at a Florida Republican Lincoln Day Dinner where Ivan Raiklin and associates targeted Dan Bongino with accusations of being a "pedophile protector," an op that blew up in their faces and spotlighted the aggressive tactics echoing years of attacks on truth-tellers like the MG Show audience. The duo lays out video evidence of pre-planned threats, connections to January 6th figures like Enrique Tarrio, and Bongino's fiery pushback calling out the "Flynn Grift" network involving Mike Flynn Jr. and Joe Kent—validating long-held reporting on coordinated efforts to intimidate and divide America-First voices while these influencers claim MAGA loyalty yet push narratives aligning with neocon and establishment agendas. Pivoting to global stakes, they scrutinize President Trump's announcement postponing strikes on Iranian power and energy infrastructure for five days after "very good and productive conversations" in Operation Epic Fury, where U.S. forces reportedly decimated Iran's missile launchers, navy, air force, and leadership layers—contradicting fearmongering from figures like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Alex Jones, and the Flynn circle that Trump is dragging America into endless war, instead showcasing peace through strength with Iran agreeing to no nuclear weapons amid ongoing talks. Amid this, the hosts celebrate Trump's historic crime reductions in Memphis and D.C. through coordinated task forces removing career criminals, proving that targeting the 2% causing 90% of crime transforms cities and delivers the largest drops in murders, violent crime, overdoses, fentanyl, and illegal immigration in American history. The truth is learned, never told—the constitution is your weapon—join Jeff and Shannon for raw breakdowns exposing sleeper networks, foreign-funded propaganda machines, and real wins under Trump while rejecting mainstream and alternative spin. Dr. Katherine Milano claims to have served in a German “4th Reich” secret space program called the Dark Fleet during a “20 and back” program where she underwent 20 years of torture, MK Ultra mind programing, and exploitation as a Geisha spy on Mars and Ceres. She was finally promoted to a senior position in the Dark Fleet's intelligence service before being identified as a spy for the Ashtar Command and severely punished via mutilation before being sent back to Mars. In her second interview on Exopolitics Today, Dr. Milano gives an update on recent events involving the 4th Reich's collapse and emergence of an enlightened German faction called the 5th Reich. She describes how senior 4th Reich officers are being arrested and tried for their crimes and removed from all positions of authority. Dr. Milano further describes what is currently happening on Saturn, and her own past life memories as a member of the Anunnaki royal family involved in the genetic engineering of humanity. In this episode of the Very Dental Student Podcast, host Mohamed Abo-Basha and Dr. Alan Mead discuss his journey through the fall semester of his D4 year. We discuss Mo's recent experiences with dental boards and externships as he approaches graduation. Mo shares that the dental boards have recently changed, moving away from live patient exams to mannequin-based clinical testing (Prosthodontics, Endodontics, Periodontics already completed, Operative to follow) and computer-based written boards. He expresses that this change is a positive step ethically. Clinically, Mo is nearing completion of his requirements, only needing a few more Scaling and Root Planing (SRP) cases. He also details his externships, which provided valuable experience in high-volume operative and extraction procedures at a low-fee clinic and a mobile unit, significantly boosting his speed and confidence in procedures like administering anesthesia and performing quick, effective patient exams. Looking ahead, his final semester will primarily involve a Surgical Implantology class and serving as a Teaching Assistant (TA) for first-year operative students, which he anticipates will be a rewarding experience. Craig Unger explores rumors of an "October Surprise"—a Republican deal to delay the hostages' release—which gained credence when former NSC official Gary Sick published an op-ed. Unger spoke to rogue Israeli operative Ari Ben Mashi, who alleged Bill Casey met with Iranians in Madrid in July 1980. Ben Mashi claimed Casey violated the Logan Act and an arms embargo by offering weapons in exchange for a delay in the hostage release until after the election. Ben Mashi also alleged Vice Presidential nominee George H.W. Bush attended a subsequent meeting in Paris in October 1980 to finalize the agreement. Unger's published findings in Esquire led him to join Newsweek to continue the investigation. Guest: Craig Unger.
In our last episode, author Stuart Reid peeled back the curtain on 'The Lumumba Plot,' the CIA's plan to assassinate Patrice Lumumba, the first democratically-elected Prime Minister of the Congo. Station Chief Larry Devlin was central to the CIA's 1960 assassination plot. He never had to carry it out, but Lumumba was later killed in another plot that Devlin knew about, according to diplomatic cables released in 2013. Today, we'll share more of our conversation with Stuart Reid. But first, we're going back into our archives to bring you Devlin in his own words. In 2007, a year before he passed away, Devlin sat down with the International Spy Museum's Founding Director Peter Earnest to talk about his time in the Congo. 3. Learning Tradecraft on the Job: Heidi August's Rise from Clerk to Operative Liza Mundy Book: The Sisterhood: The Secret History of Women at the CIA Heidi August proved her competence in Africa, learning tradecraft such as making dead drops. While working in Europe for David Whipple—an eccentric and anti-feminist mentor—she continued to develop her logistical skills, often running operations and handling people being exfiltrated from Soviet-occupied countries. Although Whipple preached against "women's lib," he recognized Heidi's capabilities. Unlike male case officers (the "fighter pilots of the CIA") who received prestigious training at "the farm," Heidi, hired as a clerk, learned her skills on the job. She eventually demonstrated the skills of a recruiter when she initiated a recruitment against Whipple's initial rejection, targeting a woman clerk from another country. She used elicitation skills to identify the target's vulnerability—a desire for revenge against her bosses—and successfully obtained critical communications technology, cementing her reputation as a capable officer.
