Former Democratic campaign operative and author Evan Barker joins The Brian Kilmeade Show to discuss her book Nothing Left: Confessions of a Democratic Operative. Barker pulls back the curtain on working for far-left candidates, exposing how Democratic elites turned their backs on the working class, pushed out common-sense voices, and drove lifelong Democrats to support Donald Trump. For once, we can all agree with AOC: Woke 1 was crazy. But rather than laugh it off and set the stage for "true woke has never been tried," perhaps we could ask the youths to learn from their mistakes. To that end, we were pleased to chat with Evan Barker, a former fundraiser who worked within the Democratic Party's establishment and progressive insurgent wing. Having left the party in disgust in 2024, she penned the just-released New York Times bestseller, Nothing Left. James, Steve, and Charlie sat down with Evan to hear her story.Plus, the trio discuss JD Vance's take on how to sway the youngins from socialism; the Trump admin's new childhood vaccination policy; and the coming Reagan biopic about the 1986 Reykjavik Summit with Gorby.Opening Sound this week: AOC laughs off “Woke I” on ABC's This Week, and Karen Friedman Agnifilo, attorney for Luigi Mangione, talks about his“unfair” treatment.Closing Music: "Je Plante Mes Légumes," by Bamtone via MotionArrayBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-ricochet-podcast--5817275/support.

Eric Ward's Original Birth Theory | The Origin War Campaign TwoThe Origin War has begun. For decades, Harry Carr's Transitional Theory shaped how many historians understood the origins of speculative Freemasonry. But in 1978, Eric Ward challenged one of its central assumptions. What if speculative Freemasonry didn't gradually evolve from the medieval operative lodges? What if it was a new institution, deliberately created by educated gentlemen who borrowed the symbols, language, and traditions of the stonemasons while building something entirely different? In this episode of Masonic Muscle, we examine Eric Ward's Original Birth Theory as presented in Ars Quatuor Coronatorum and later summarized by Roeinton B. Khambatta.Together we'll explore:Why Ward challenged Harry Carr's Transitional TheoryThe difference between institutional continuity and symbolic borrowingWhy England and Scotland may need to be studied separatelyThe role of seventeenth-century intellectual cultureWhy historians distinguish evidence from interpretationCampaign Two isn't about telling you what to believe. It's about learning how to investigate history.Sources Used in This EpisodeEric Ward, "The Birth of Freemasonry," Ars Quatuor Coronatorum, Vol. 91 (1978).Roeinton B. For much of the twentieth century, Harry Carr's Transitional Theory became one of the most influential explanations for the origins of speculative Freemasonry. But what does the historical evidence actually tell us?In this episode of Masonic Muscle, we investigate the Transitional Theory using the same historical framework established in Campaign Two: The Great Investigation.Rather than asking which theory we prefer, we ask better questions:What is the claim? What evidence supports it?What evidence raises additional questions? What can the surviving documents actually tell us?We'll examine the Schaw Statutes, the earliest Scottish lodge records, accepted Masons such as Sir Robert Moray and Elias Ashmole, and the Edinburgh Register House Manuscript to better understand why Harry Carr's explanation became so influential among modern Masonic historians.Whether you're a Freemason, a student of history, or simply fascinated by how institutions evolve over time, you're invited to join the investigation.Sources Used in This EpisodeHarry CarrThe Transition from Operative to Speculative Freemasonry (lecture/paper)William SchawThe Schaw Statutes (1598 & 1599)The Edinburgh Register House Manuscriptc. In conclusion, Although SHS may provide additional protection for the surgeon from being contaminated during the surgery, the use of surgical hoods was not associated with a protective effect against surgical site infection. Considering the disadvantages and added costs of SHS, the decision to wear hoods during TAA is therefore left to the individual surgeon's discretion and personal preference. Patrick K. O'Donnell reveals the dark trajectory of Lewis Powell, a ranger for Mosby who became a primary Lincolnconspirator working with John Wilkes Booth. Powell's transition from cavalryman to covert operative was facilitated by the Confederate Secret Service, which funded a sophisticated network of safe houses and couriers. Evidence suggests the plot to kidnap Lincoln was an open secret within certain Confederate circles; Mosby even positioned hundreds of men near the Potomac to act as a security force for the escape route. This shadow war represented the most dangerous and well-funded special operation of the entire conflict. (6)1865

Did Freemasonry come from the Medieval Operative Masons? In this episode of Masonic Muscle: The Origin War, we examine Theory #7 from the 12 origin theories of Freemasonry: the claim that modern speculative Freemasonry developed from the operative stone masons of the Middle Ages. This is probably the most widely repeated explanation of Masonic origins. But is it proven?Or have Masons repeated it so many times that it now feels like settled history? This episode asks:Did Freemasonry truly evolve from medieval operative masons — or is the transition from operative craft to speculative fraternity more complicated than we were told?We discuss:the Operative Mason Theorymedieval stone masons and cathedral buildersguilds, lodges, charges, tools, and craft identitythe Regius Manuscript and the Old Chargesthe operative-to-speculative transition theoryaccepted or “non-operative” MasonsElias Ashmole and early speculative evidencethe difference between resemblance and proofwhy this theory is powerfulwhere this theory becomes difficultwhy Masons must stop confusing repetition with evidenceThis theory matters because it is the one many Grand Lodges, lodges, websites, and Masonic books present as the normal explanation:Operative stone masons became speculative Freemasons.Simple.Clean.Comfortable.But history is rarely that clean. If Freemasonry truly came from operative masons, then we need to examine the documents, the lodge records, the Old Charges, the ritual evidence, and the historical gaps.If the theory is true, it should be able to survive serious questions. And if it is incomplete, then Masons need to have the courage to say so.A Mason should not be afraid of uncertainty. He should be afraid of lazy certainty.Have an origin theory, Masonic question, old document, or source recommendation?Write to me at:masonicmuscle357@gmail.comFollow Masonic Muscle:Instagram: @masonicmuscleTikTok: @masonicmuscle357We give you more light — but no light weights.
Send us Fan MailIn this special compilation episode of AI and the Future of Work, we are bringing you four conversations recorded live on the show floor at HumanX 2026. This is the second episode of our three-part HumanX Live series. In an era dominated by headlines about displacement and disruption, these four founders share a grounded optimism about what AI cannot replace: human judgment, creativity, and the drive to do work that matters. Each of these leaders is building in a different space, but they arrived at the same conviction. The companies and people poised to win in the AI era are not the ones moving fastest to automate. They are the ones who understand what humans are uniquely built to do, and build systems that make space for it.What You'll LearnWhy most organizations cannot answer a basic question: how does work actually get done here, and why that gap is now a strategic liabilityHow AI-powered learning can shift employee development from a compliance obligation to a genuine driver of engagementWhy storytelling will remain a human craft, and what the Pixar transition teaches us about navigating creative disruptionThe case for asynchronous AI collaboration, where systems work overnight and humans return to exercise judgmentWhy optimism about the human worker is not naive, and what the data actually showsHow to balance AI use cases that replace humans with those that create new value and grow the economyFeatured GuestsJennifer Smith, CEO & Co-founder of Scribe. It's hospital day five. The patient looked better yesterday… but now she's hypotensive, on vasopressors, acidotic, and spiraling toward multi-organ failure. The CT scan doesn't show perforation or megacolon, but your gut tells you this is going south. Do you keep pushing medical therapy… or is it time to operate?Join Drs. Rushabh Dev, Jeffrey Coughenour, Kevin Bartow, Raymond Okeke, and Desra Fletcher from the Emergency General Surgery team in Tiger Country at Mizzou as they tackle one of the deadliest and most challenging diseases acute care surgeons face: fulminant Clostridioides difficile infection. In this Clinical Challenges episode, the panel discusses diagnostic stewardship, ASCRS recommendations, timing of operative intervention and technique, subtotal colectomy versus diverting loop ileostomy with lavage, and physiology that should push surgeons toward definitive source control. Through a real-world high-risk case vignette, the team explores the hardest question in emergency general surgery: when to stop hoping medical therapy will work and pull the operative trigger.Hosts Dr. Rushabh Dev FACS (Moderator, Surgical Attending) – Assistant Professor of Surgery, Associate PD ACS & SCCM Fellowship, SICU Medical Director, Lieutenant Commander United States Navy Reserve Dr. Jeffery Coughenour FACS (Surgical Attending) – Professor of Surgery and Emergency Medicine, Trauma Medical Director at the University of Missouri SOM Dr. Kevin Bartow FACS (Surgical Attending) –Professor of Surgery, Minimally Invasive Surgeon and General Surgery. Department of General Surgery at the University of Missouri SOM Raymond Okeke – Acute Care Surgery/Surgical Critical Care Fellow, University of Missouri School of Medicine Desra Fletcher – PGY 3 General Surgery Resident, University of Missouri School of Medicine Learning ObjectivesBy the end of this episode, listeners should be able to: Define the spectrum of Clostridioides difficile infection (CDI), including non-severe, severe, and fulminant disease, and recognize the physiologic implications of fulminant colitis. Review contemporary diagnostic stewardship for CDI, including appropriate stool testing, pitfalls of PCR/NAAT interpretation, and the role and limitations of CT imaging in fulminant disease. Describe evidence-based medical management of fulminant CDI, including high-dose enteral vancomycin, intravenous metronidazole, rectal vancomycin for ileus, and principles of antimicrobial stewardship. Recognize the high-risk clinical features that should prompt urgent surgical evaluation, including worsening shock, vasopressor dependence, lactate elevation, organ failure, and evolving abdominal exam findings. Discuss the operative indications and timing for surgery in fulminant CDI and understand why delayed intervention contributes to mortality. Compare subtotal colectomy with end ileostomy versus diverting loop ileostomy with antegrade lavage, including current evidence, patient selection, limitations of the literature, and ASCRS recommendations. Review practical operative strategies for subtotal colectomy in unstable patients, including damage-control principles and common technical pitfalls. Apply clinical reasoning to a complex, high-risk case of fulminant CDI in a patient with decompensated cirrhosis, septic shock, and multi-organ dysfunction. Jeff & Shannon expose Flynn operative Ivan Raiklin's failed ambush on Dan Bongino at a Florida GOP event, link it to broader network tactics, and question if Trump's postponement of Iran strikes signals a real deal amid Operation Epic Fury successes. Shredding anti-Trump influencer spin live on Rumble, YouTube, X, and Red State Talk Radio! Patriots, strap in for the unmasking—Season 8 Episode 53, “Flynn Operative Ivan Raiklin Ambush Backfires Hard; Iran Deal Happening?” charges forward as @intheMatrixxx and @shadygrooove dismantle the botched confrontation at a Florida Republican Lincoln Day Dinner where Ivan Raiklin and associates targeted Dan Bongino with accusations of being a "pedophile protector," an op that blew up in their faces and spotlighted the aggressive tactics echoing years of attacks on truth-tellers like the MG Show audience. The duo lays out video evidence of pre-planned threats, connections to January 6th figures like Enrique Tarrio, and Bongino's fiery pushback calling out the "Flynn Grift" network involving Mike Flynn Jr. and Joe Kent—validating long-held reporting on coordinated efforts to intimidate and divide America-First voices while these influencers claim MAGA loyalty yet push narratives aligning with neocon and establishment agendas. Pivoting to global stakes, they scrutinize President Trump's announcement postponing strikes on Iranian power and energy infrastructure for five days after "very good and productive conversations" in Operation Epic Fury, where U.S. forces reportedly decimated Iran's missile launchers, navy, air force, and leadership layers—contradicting fearmongering from figures like Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, Alex Jones, and the Flynn circle that Trump is dragging America into endless war, instead showcasing peace through strength with Iran agreeing to no nuclear weapons amid ongoing talks. Amid this, the hosts celebrate Trump's historic crime reductions in Memphis and D.C. through coordinated task forces removing career criminals, proving that targeting the 2% causing 90% of crime transforms cities and delivers the largest drops in murders, violent crime, overdoses, fentanyl, and illegal immigration in American history. The truth is learned, never told—the constitution is your weapon—join Jeff and Shannon for raw breakdowns exposing sleeper networks, foreign-funded propaganda machines, and real wins under Trump while rejecting mainstream and alternative spin. Dr. Katherine Milano claims to have served in a German “4th Reich” secret space program called the Dark Fleet during a “20 and back” program where she underwent 20 years of torture, MK Ultra mind programing, and exploitation as a Geisha spy on Mars and Ceres. She was finally promoted to a senior position in the Dark Fleet's intelligence service before being identified as a spy for the Ashtar Command and severely punished via mutilation before being sent back to Mars. In her second interview on Exopolitics Today, Dr. Milano gives an update on recent events involving the 4th Reich's collapse and emergence of an enlightened German faction called the 5th Reich. She describes how senior 4th Reich officers are being arrested and tried for their crimes and removed from all positions of authority. Dr. Milano further describes what is currently happening on Saturn, and her own past life memories as a member of the Anunnaki royal family involved in the genetic engineering of humanity.
