"Zwrócę serca Ojców ku synom i serca synów ku ojcom". Mal. 3,24 "Zmienia się sezon. Wy będziecie uwalniać innych ojców i inne matki do tego by byli ojcami i matkami według Bożego serca... Jest wiele powołań w tym Kościele... W jednym dniu zmienia się sezon..." To fragmenty proroctwa, które płynęło dziś z ust naszego gościa - Joanny Kwiecień i które wypowiedziała nad pastorem Andrzejem i pastorową Anią oraz nad naszym Kościołem. Mogliśmy usłyszeć też niezwykle słowo o wyzwaniach tych czasów: o relacjach, o braku połączenia między ojcami a synami. Bóg daje przepis jak temu zaradzić. My sami potrzebujemy wpierw tego doświadczyć, doświadczyć usynowienia, by umieć pomóc innym. Musimy poznać naszego Tatusia. Asia w piękny sposób opowiedziała nam jak tego doświadczać i jak uwalniać to na innych ludzi!

W niedzielę, 28 stycznia w parafii pod wezwaniem Św. Jana Kantego w Clifton w stanie New Jersey odbył się coroczny koncert kolęd wykonywany przez dziecięcy chór Hosanna, działający przy tej parafii. W koncercie gościnnie wzięły udział również dzieci śpiewające po góralsku z Zespołu Podhalanie działającego przy Stowarzyszeniu Podhalan w New Jersey oraz dzieci z Zespołu Pieśni i Tańca Galopka, działającego przy parafii Św. Józefa w Passaic. Parafia pod wezwaniem Św. Jana Kantego w Clifton jest prowadzona przez Ojców Franciszkanów, z proboszczem ojcem Wacławem Sokołowskim na czele. Ojciec Wacław powiedział, że parafia liczy około tysiąc polskich rodzin i pomimo braku nowej migracji z Polski, to polskich rodzin w parafii wciąż przybywa. Ojciec Wacław ten stan rzeczy przypisuje działaniu przy parafii dziecięcego chóru prowadzonego przez siostry ze Zgromadzenia Sióstr Misjonarek Chrystusa Króla dla Polonii Zagranicznej, a w szczególności, siostrze Ewie Biniek. Chór przyciąga nowe dzieci do śpiewania, a wraz z dziećmi pojawiają się w parafii i ich rodziny. Siostra Ewa Biniek ze Zgromadzenia Sióstr Misjonarek Chrystusa Króla dla Polonii zagranicznej, powiedziała, że chór składa się z 36 dzieci podzielonych na trzy grupy z uwagi na duże zróżnicowanie wiekowe. Siostra Ewa podkreśliła również, że oprócz śpiewania chodzi o formację - aby dzieci budowały relacje z rówieśnikami i zawiązywały długoletnie przyjaźnie.W chórze zaczynają śpiewać dzieci od najmłodszych lat, często nie chodzące jeszcze do szkoły. W chórze znajdziemy też dorosłą młodzież, jak chociażby Lilly Martins – nazwana przez Iwonę Bednarz – współprowadzącą chór - parafialnym skarbem czy Nicole Ozga, która oprócz śpiewania, również gra na gitarze. Siostra Ewa podkreśliła, że te starsze dziewczyny są dużą inspiracją dla malutkich dzieci, które dopiero zaczynają śpiewać w chórze.Chór dziecięcy Hosanna ma również swoich instrumentalistów – skrzypka i organistę – dwóch braci Bednarz – Tomka i Maxa. Jak powiedział Tomek Bednarz, gra w chórze, bo lubi, a zaczął swoją przygodę ze skrzypcami, bo zobaczył, że inne dzieci też grają na różnych instrumentach. Podkreślił też, że w chórze bardzo rozwinął swój talent muzyczny. Max na koncercie grał aż na trzech instrumentach: na pianinie, akordeonie i gitarze.To zdanie przewijało się z ust rodziców dzieci śpiewających bardzo często: „w chórze dzieci odkrywają i rozwijają swoje muzyczne talenty, staja się bardziej otwarte na kontakt z rówieśnikami i odważne do publicznych wystąpień.” Zalet wspólnego muzykowania jest wiele, a jak w wywiadach podkreślały same dzieci „kto śpiewa ten dwa razy się modli”.W parafii Św. Jana Kantego w Clifton, chór dziecięcy „Hosanna” tworzy oprawę muzyczną do mszy św. w każdą niedzielę. W ten sposób ojcowie Franciszkanie i siostry ze Zgromadzenia Sióstr Misjonarek Chrystusa Króla dla Polonii Zagranicznej, angażują dzieci w życie całej parafii, bo jak powiedział niemiecki poeta Goethe „Gdzie słyszysz śpiew, tam idź, tam dobre serca mają. Źli ludzie, uwierz mi, ci nigdy nie śpiewają”. Zapraszamy do wysłuchania relacji.

Coming in at #21 is The American Double Robusto by J.C. Newman Cigar Company. At the end of 2020, Cigar Coop named the Toro size of The American as our #1 Cigar of the Year. It's a unique project from J.C. Newman Cigar Company that pays homage to cigar making in the United States. The blend is made in the U.S. featuring 100% American-grown tobacco. In addition, everything about the cigar is American-made, including the boxes, the box hinges, the labels, and even the molds. The Double Robusto size was introduced in 2021, and it's a tweaked and bolder version of the original blend. The American Double Robusto uses a wrapper grown in Florida by Jeff Borysiewicz at his farm in Clearmont, Florida. The remainder of the blend consists of a Connecticut Broadleaf binder and fillers consisting of Pennsylvania and Connecticut Habano tobaccos. The American Double Robusto uses the same tobacco components as the original line, the one major difference is that there is an extra leaf of  Pennsylvania ligero that is included in the blend. The Double Robusto measures 5 1/2 x 56, making it the thickest offering in The American line to date. Production comes from J.C. Newman's El Reloj factory in Ybor City. The American Double Robusto delivers a complex smoke consisting of wood, earth, mixed fruit, citrus, black pepper, graham cracker, and metallic notes. While I would categorize it as medium in strength and body, it's still got more in the way of boldness compared to the rest of the line. For J.C. Newman, this marks the third year it has landed a cigar on the Cigar Coop Countdown, and it's the second cigar for The American line to place on a Countdown. Odpowiednie towarzystwo - to troska wielu pokoleń i tego nic nie zmieni. Nawet internet, nawet sztuka cyfrowej iluzji. Ciepło ludzkie dąży do ciepła ludzkiego i to jest piękne. Niestety forma tego dążenia potrafi się deformować, wychładzać ludzi, odczulać czułość, lub zwyczajnie - nasze spotkania puste są i niekonieczne. A przecież życie towarzyskie - to szalenie ważna część naszego bycia w świecie. I nie można lekceważyć jakości takich spotkań, pomijać ich wpływu na nasze samopoczucie i na losy świata. A zauważyłam pewne lekceważenie, nieuważność, niestarannie się, pójście na towarzyską łatwiznę. Jest jeszcze gorzej: profesor Heinrich Zimbermann napisał w swojej książce „Próba nowego określenia zjawisk społecznych" , że “(...) ludzie łączą się ze sobą w grupy głównie po to, aby rozmawiać o innych ludziach bądź innych grupach. A podstawową komórką organizacyjną wspólnoty jest silna potrzeba tego, co Zimbermann nazywa „celową wypowiedzią o danej osobie, do której odnosi się negatywna charakterystyka”, czyli czegoś, co w zasadzie można spokojnie nazwać „obgadywaniem”. A przy okazji ta negatywność jest jak magnez, bo autor książki zbadał pisma Ojców Pustyni, i doszedł do wniosku, że pustelnicy nieustannie źle wypowiadali się o Kusicielu i mamidłach, a wypowiadając te negatywne uwagi, łączyli się w grupy, tworząc osobliwą, ale jednak - grupę społeczną - zwaną niewidzialnym kościołem, społecznością ducha. Jak zwał tak zwał, na negatywie to było budowane, hodowane na ograniczeniach życia towarzyskiego, no, chyba że mamidła można by uznać za rodzaj pewnego koleżeństwa. Zostanę przy tym arystotelesowskim określeniu, że człowiek to istota społeczna, i świruje od samotności, a rozkwita w dobrej relacji. I dobra, świadoma relacja - to sprawa bezcenna, sensotwórcza, człowiekolubna, wzorcowa, wzbogacająca pod każdym względem, jeśli siedzimy przy stole z ludźmi, którzy z nami nie rezonują i ten brak rezonansu uważają za osobistą obrazę i przez dłuższy czas dają CI to do zrozumienia - to…. uświadom to sobie i nie pakuj się w podobne akcje. Nigdy więcej. Naprawdę to nie opłaca się bylejakość w towarzyskiej dziedzinie. Trzeba, należy chronić swoją wrażliwość i jej ufać. Kiedyś rozmawiałam z artystka Piwnicy Pod Baranami, Agata Ślazyk (polecam tak swoją drogą), rozmawiałyśmy o śpiewaniu nie o życiu towarzyskim, ale śpiewanie bardzo wspiera życie towarzyskie! Agata ZAŚ powiedział taką ważną rzecz: I... Agata mówi to tylko w tym dźwięku. :) A to - czy się dobrze czujemy- jest również kwestią środowiska towarzyskiego, które odpowiada, albo nie odpowiada na nasze serdeczne sygnały. Zresztą wraz z kilkoma cudownymi znajomymi ustaliliśmy, że każde z nas posiada podobne ni wzorcowe doświadczenia z różnorakich spotkań, które nie były ani ciepłe, ani serdeczne, ani inspirujące, ani podnoszące na duchu, ani łagodne dla ciała (patrz obżarstwo...!) Postanowiliśmy jakoś podsumować sytuację i ustalić raz na zawsze co jest dla nas ważne i czego zamierzamy się trzymać i podejrzewam,że to są to uniwersalne wytyczne, w dodatku banalne. W dniu 7 sierpnia 2022 roku dotarła do Amerykańskiej Częstochowy 35. piesza pielgrzymka. Ojciec Tadeusz Lizińczyk - Prowincjał Zakonu Paulinów w USA opowiada o tym, dlaczego wspólne pielgrzymowanie jest ważne. Podkreśla rolę wspólnoty: "Skarbem pielgrzymowania jest Wspólnota".Wolontariusze opowiadają, dlaczego podjęli się takiej służby, a Pielgrzymi dzielą się swoimi emocjami, przeżyciami, intencjami i pielgrzymkowymi trudami.W tym roku na amerykańską Jasną Górę przybyło 1259 oficjalnie zarejestrowanych pielgrzymów, w tym 120 wolontariuszy. Pielgrzymka była podzielona na trzy grupy,  prowadzone przez Księży Salwatorianów, Ojców Paulinów i Ojców Franciszkanów. Pielgrzymi wyruszyli z Gread Meadows i w ciągu 4 dni pokonali 57.5 mil.

19 stycznia 1933 r. otwarto w Krakowie most Józefa Piłsudskiego. Kiedy piszę te słowa, od tamtej chwili upłynęło dokładnie 89 lat. Ileż to wody upłynęło w Wiśle! A most stoi, mimo zawieruchy wojennej i totalitarnych potopów - niemieckiego nazizmu i rosyjskiego komunizmu. I nadal nosi imię Marszałka, choć wielu dawniej chciało i wielu nadal by chciało dzisiaj utopić tę Postać w nurtach jakiejś Lete, rzeki niepamięci. Lata biegną, a Lete omija most naszego Dziadka szerokim łukiem. Piłsudski - jeden z Ojców naszej niepodległości - ma w Polsce swoich spadkobierców, albo przynajmniej takich, którzy jego dzieło mają za właściwy punkt odniesienia. Jednak ma też synów i córki wyrodne, wrogich sobie rodaków, oraz zaprzysięgłych krytyków. Niektórzy, szczególnie zajadli przeciwnicy charakteru, działań, polityki, idei, sanacyjnej spuścizny Piłsudskiego jeszcze dziś pewnie najchętniej zrzuciliby z mostu do Wisły w symbolicznym geście trumnę wyrwaną z krypty pod wawelską Wieżą Srebrnych Dzwonów. Wielkie postacie mają to do siebie, że często budzą skrajne emocje - od bezgranicznej miłości po absolutną nienawiść. Podobnie ma się rzecz w naszej współczesnej Rzeczypospolitej z innym akuszerem Niepodległości - liderem Narodowej Demokracji - Romanem Dmowskim, za życia zaprzysięgłym wrogiem Piłsudskiego. Głośnym echem w całym kraju odbiła się karczemna - moim zdaniem - polityczna awantura w Warszawie, próba zamiany nazwy Ronda Dmowskiego na Rondo Praw Kobiet. 9 grudnia 2021 roku taka decyzja zapadła na sesji Rady Warszawy. "Za" byli członkowie Koalicji Obywatelskiej, przeciwko – przedstawiciele PiS, jeden radny KO oraz niezależna Monika Jaruzelska. Polityczna inicjatywa stołeczna wywołała reakcję polityczno-prawną na skalę całego kraju. Do Sejmu niedawno wpłynął projekt posłów Prawa i Sprawiedliwości, który praktycznie zabrania zmiany nazw ulic, mostów, placów, których patronami są m.in. święci, historyczni władcy czy osoby zasłużone dla budowania Polski.
