I don't pretend I'm not having them. If I'm sad I will cry. If I'm angry you will know. If I'm joyous you will know. I don't repress or deny anything. Thoughts on Breathing Breathing has many levels for me. I started out with Prana Yoga and I still do some of those practices. About 15 years ago my voice was destroyed from the amount of speaking I had been doing. My wife decided she would find somebody who would help me and she found Arthur Samuel Joseph who is one of the leading vocal experts in the world. He flew up here to my house and we spent a day together and he trained me on breathing in order to take care of my instrument. Before I speak, I use the breathing exercises that he has taught me.
