Ever have one of those moments where everything looks great on the outside, but you suddenly realize you have not thought much about protecting the life you are working so hard to build? You are chasing big dreams, scaling the business, taking care of your family, and then it hits you. What about safety? What about awareness? What about being proactive instead of scrambling when something goes wrong? In this episode of the Happy Hustle Podcast, I chat with Michael Julian, a third-generation private investigator and the CEO of National Business Investigations. Michael began his journey into investigations and security at just 16 years old, working alongside his father. He later earned honors in Administration of Justice, became licensed across multiple states in executive protection, founded MPS Security and Protection, and created the ALIVE method, an active shooter survival training program. He is also a best-selling author, a father, and a true Happy Hustler who has spent decades seeing both the best and worst of human behavior. What makes this episode especially powerful is how relevant it is for entrepreneurs, leaders, and high performers. Michael shares why so many successful people make the mistake of treating personal and business security as an afterthought. This conversation matters because prevention is always easier than damage control, and awareness can literally save lives, reputations, and legacies. One of the biggest takeaways is the importance of being proactive instead of reactive. Michael explains that most people only think about security after something has already gone wrong. Whether it is personal safety, workplace violence, or online fraud, waiting until there is a crisis often means it is already too late. Building awareness early creates freedom, not fear. Another key lesson is the difference between a security mindset and a survival mindset. Security mindset is about preparation, awareness, and prevention. Survival mindset kicks in when a threat becomes real and immediate. Learning both allows you to stay calm, act intentionally, and protect yourself and others without panic. Michael also dives deep into situational awareness. Not paranoia. Not judgment. Awareness of behavior. Paying attention to what feels off can help you avoid dangerous situations before they escalate. This applies not only in public spaces but also in business partnerships, online interactions, and leadership decisions. The episode also highlights how common sense and verification are essential in the digital age. With scams, impersonations, and AI-generated fraud becoming more sophisticated, slowing down, double-checking information, and using available tools can prevent massive financial and emotional losses. Finally, there is a powerful reflection on growth, maturity, and fulfillment. Michael shares openly about evolving as a leader, working with family, letting go of old conditioning around overworking, and learning to enjoy the fruits of decades of hard work. It is a reminder that success without presence and balance is not the goal. Happy Hustlin' is. If you are building something meaningful and want to protect it while still living fully, this is an episode you do not want to miss. Go listen to the full conversation and soak in all the wisdom, stories, and practical insights. What does Happy Hustlin mean to you? Michael says belonging to a group of like-minded high performers that have probably been through a lot of the same struggles as me or other struggles that I can learn from. Crime doesn't stop at city or county lines — and effective public safety can't either. In this episode of the Bluegrass Beat, host Critley King Smith explores the Bluegrass and Central Kentucky Unified Police Protection System (BACKUPPS), a statewide cooperative program designed to help law enforcement agencies work together across jurisdictions.First, BACKUPPS Chairman and Georgetown Police Chief Darin Allgood breaks down how the program works today, including governance, standard operating procedures, training, and what agencies need to know about joining. He also addresses common questions about communication, accountability and operating in another agency's jurisdiction. Then, Commissioner Mike Bosse, who helped write the original framework for BACKUPPS in 2014, reflects on the program's creation and history. He discusses why cooperation is essential to modern policing, the importance of setting aside egos and “kingdoms,” and how unified leadership ultimately strengthens public safety for both officers and the communities they serve.Together, these conversations highlight why collaboration, shared training and a common mission are critical tools in keeping Kentucky safe.About our GuestsDarin Allgood, BACKUPPS Chairman & Georgetown Police ChiefChief Allgood was appointed Chief of Police on January 13, 2023, and has served the department since 2012. “When Justice Fails: The Story of David McKinney”This week on Turning A Moment Into A Movement podcast, we shine a powerful light on the wrongful conviction of David McKinney — a man imprisoned for over two decades for a crime the evidence shows he did not commit. We are joined by Diane Bukowski, editor of Voice of Detroit and longtime investigative journalist who has tirelessly documented the injustices in David's case, and Cheryl McKinney, David's mother, whose unwavering fight for her son's freedom continues to expose deep systemic failures.David was convicted for the 2004 murder and robbery of Inkster gun shop owner Clyde Alexander — a conviction built on a 14-year-old child's coerced statements, now fully recanted, and a forced confession obtained by Inkster detectives linked to multiple known exoneree cases. Investigators threatened David with the death penalty, denied him access to counsel, and ignored evidence pointing elsewhere.Private Investigator and former Inkster Police Chief Vicki Yost states clearly: “There is no evidence linking David McKinney to the crime. The only independent witnesses described a white male fleeing the scene.” Yost also reports that even Assistant Prosecutor Elizabeth Walker acknowledged that Detective Delgreco — central to David's case — had lied repeatedly in other prosecutions.Despite multiple similar gun store robberies across Michigan in 2004, neither Inkster Police nor the ATF pursued alternative suspects. A waitress from the bar next door recalled a white couple overhearing Clyde Alexander discuss a new gun shipment the night before the robbery — a lead that was never followed. This episode digs into the facts, the failures, and the ongoing fight for justice.Tune in as we continue turning moments of truth into a movement for change.**Turning A Moment Into A Movement Podcast MISSION:To bring awareness, organize, and create content that will be a resource that will aide families, communities, and those seeking Justice for WRONGFUL CONVICTIONS and Injustice. ...and advocating for Justice & Exoneration for GERARD HAYCRAFT. www.change.org/Justice4Gerard"TAMIAM" podcast | Instagram, Facebook, TikTok | Linktree

Fourteen-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez was found dead inside the front trunk of a Tesla registered to chart-topping singer D4vd — but what happened between the day she disappeared and the moment that car was opened has remained one of the most disturbing mysteries of 2025. In this new Hidden Killers with Tony Brueski breakdown, we go through everything the private investigator on the case, Steve Fischer, has revealed so far — what's confirmed, what's speculation, and what could change everything. From the Build-A-Bear certificate dated just days after Celeste was first reported missing… to a Six Flags roller-coaster video filmed the very same day… to items discovered inside a Hollywood Hills rental home that Fischer says “had no place being there,” this episode lays out the timeline of red flags and unanswered questions piece by piece. We separate what's officially verified by police from what's alleged by the investigator — and explore Fischer's working theory that Celeste's death may have been an accidental overdose followed by a devastating cover-up. No arrests. No suspects. No final cause of death. Just a 14-year-old girl, a celebrity's Tesla, and a silence that keeps getting louder. If you care about truth, accountability, and the systems that fail vulnerable kids, this is the one you need to hear.

The Bid Picture - Cybersecurity & Intelligence Analysis

Send Bidemi a Text Message! In this episode, host Bidemi Ologunde spoke with Amanda Schlichting—an Arizona-licensed private investigator and nationally certified animal-cruelty investigator—about her career arc from patrol officer to trainer to PI, her 2014 push to overhaul animal-case policies inside her department, and her current work setting up a statewide coalition, the Arizona Animal Cruelty Task Force, to connect investigators, veterinarians, and law enforcement. The conversation dug into why animal-cruelty cases often sit at the crossroads of major crime—gangs, narcotics, illegal firearms, money laundering, and trafficking—and how better data plus efficient report writing, forensics, and media strategy can raise the odds of justice. We also cover her free ARS 13-2910 briefings for officers, and practical advice for communities on how to spot animal neglect or abuse.Support the show

There's a private investigator in Los Angeles who says he found what police didn't — inside the house tied to musician D4vd and the tragic death of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez. In this explosive new Hidden Killers report, Tony Brueski breaks down the claims of Steve Fiser, a licensed investigator who says drawers were left unopened, devices untouched, and handwritten notes detailing “what to do about Celeste” discovered after law enforcement cleared the scene. If true, those findings could rewrite the official story of how Celeste's body ended up in a Tesla abandoned in the Hollywood Hills. Fiser says the notes were “sadistic.” He says the car was parked deliberately. He says there's video. But even if every word checks out, the chain of custody is already broken — and justice for Celeste may depend on evidence that should've been secured months ago. Tony unpacks the timeline, the forensic oversights, and the growing perception that when fame meets investigation, accountability slows to a crawl. Why did police miss devices? Why is the autopsy still “pending”? And why does a private investigator seem to be the only one chasing answers? This isn't tabloid speculation — it's a case study in how celebrity, bureaucracy, and tragedy collide. #D4vd #CelesteRivasHernandez #HiddenKillers #TonyBrueski #TrueCrime #HollywoodHills #PrivateInvestigator #JusticeForCeleste #LosAngelesCrime #CrimePodcast Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? In a chilling new episode of Break the Case, retired FBI agent Jennifer Coffindaffer takes listeners deep inside one of the most haunting true crime stories of the year — the mysterious death of Celeste Rivas. Once reported as a missing person, Rivas was later found deceased inside the frunk of a Tesla belonging to her boyfriend, the artist known as D4VD (David). But the details emerging now raise more questions than ever about what really happened in the days leading up to her death. Coffindaffer meticulously reconstructs the case, combining confirmed evidence with new claims from private investigator Steve Fisher. According to Fisher, who became involved after concerns from the landlord of the property where David was staying, critical documents from the original search warrant were never returned or shared — a procedural gap that led him to dig deeper. He claims his investigation uncovered surveillance footage, witness accounts, and digital evidence that point directly toward David's involvement, even as questions swirl about whether others may have helped conceal the crime. Jennifer walks through every disturbing layer — from Rivas' on-again, off-again disappearance, to the chilling discovery of her body in the Tesla's compact front compartment. She examines the implausibility of one small man acting alone, the eerie behavior surrounding the abandoned car, and the inconsistencies in statements that continue to puzzle investigators. With exclusive photos, expert insight, and a methodical review of the evidence, Break the Case delivers a gripping look at how investigators and independent researchers are closing in on the truth. As Coffindaffer reminds viewers, in true crime — every clue, every camera, and every unanswered question can break the case wide open. #CelesteRivas #JenniferCoffindaffer #TrueCrime #BreakTheCase #TeslaMystery #DavidD4VD #MissingPerson #CrimeInvestigation #JusticeForCeleste #TrueCrimeCommunity Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video? The body was that of 15-year-old Celeste Rivas Hernandez, reported missing in 2024. But it wasn't law enforcement who made the next big move—it was the owner of the Hollywood Hills home D4vd had rented. He hired a private investigator. This segment dives into the unanswered questions swirling around the Tesla body discovery: How did Celeste die? Who left her there? Why is there so much silence? And why did it take a dead teenager linked to a pop star to finally get people to care?
