Ancient bound books hidden in Jordan's caves for 2,000 years — The Lead Codices. David Elkington returns LIVE to share exclusive news on this discovery that could rewrite early Christianity. This Sunday we welcome back David Elkington, author of The Ancient Language of Sacred Sound and returning guest from Episode 280. David joins us with exclusive news about his latest project: The Lead Codices — a cache of ancient bound books discovered in caves in northern Jordan. Made of lead sheets bound with rings and stored in lead “arks,” these codices may be the earliest bound books ever found, dating back nearly 2,000 years. Inscribed in Paleo-Hebrew, Aramaic, and Greek, the texts are linked to the earliest followers of Jesus who fled Jerusalem during the Judeo-Roman war. Scientific analysis confirms their antiquity, with corrosion profiles consistent with artifacts from the first century. Could these mysterious codices rewrite our understanding of early Christianity? Join us LIVE as David reveals the story behind their discovery, the ongoing research, and why they matter today.

What if everything you’ve been told about your DNA—and your human potential—is a lie? In this consciousness-expanding episode of The Catherine Plano Podcast, visionary psychiatrist and quantum researcher Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD reveals how 90% of what scientists call “junk DNA” is actually dormant potential waiting to be activated through ancient wisdom and cutting-edge science. From experiencing every psychiatric condition he treated to discovering the original light language that can literally rewire human DNA, Dr. Lee has dedicated his life to bridging the gap between Western medicine and multidimensional healing. And in this conversation, he shares how accessible—and revolutionary—this transformation really is. This isn’t just a conversation about alternative healing or spiritual concepts. It’s a masterclass in how consciousness, sound, and intention can activate your limitless potential—unlocking abilities that are your natural birthright as a human being. Dr. Lee explores DNA as our morphogenetic blueprint, consciousness as our navigation system, and love as the fundamental force that connects all existence. He also shares his profound journey from traditional psychiatry to discovering that Western medicine only treats symptoms while the root cause lies in our multidimensional nature. Through groundbreaking science, ancient wisdom, and personal revelation, Dr. Lee reveals: Why 90% of your DNA isn’t “junk”—it’s untapped potential waiting to be activated How the ancient light language Anuhazimua communicates directly with your cellular structure The science behind 12-stranded DNA and how it projects your reality hologram Why we are multidimensional beings experiencing a 3D illusion of separation How thoughts, words, and beliefs literally create proteins and reshape your physical body The quantum physics behind accessing higher dimensions of consciousness Why triggers and challenges are actually opportunities for shadow integration and healing How self-love practices can crystallise water in your body and transform your frequency Dr. Lee also demonstrates the powerful light language chanting technique and shares practical methods for activating dormant DNA strands through sound, light, and sacred symbols. Whether you’re seeking healing from chronic conditions, looking to unlock your creative potential, or ready to remember who you truly are, this episode will fundamentally shift your understanding of human possibility. If you’ve ever sensed there was more to life than what meets the eye, this conversation will activate that knowing within you. About Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD Dr. Samuel B. Lee, MD is a visionary in psychiatry, psychedelics, and quantum morphogenetic physics, pioneering the integration of mental health, 12-stranded DNA science, and eternal life. Trained at Cedars-Sinai Medical Centre, he merges over a decade of traditional practice with groundbreaking global paradigms of unity and infinite human potential. As the founder of Transcendence Mental Health, Dr. Lee innovates holistic wellness approaches that activate the full expression of our DNA and unlock dormant abilities. His ventures, Limitless Living MD and The Heart Protocol aim to transform lives with powerful activations and cutting-edge technologies. His book, “The Spiritual Guide to Mental Health,” emphasises spirituality in psychological well-being. By integrating psychedelics with quantum physics, Dr. Lee’s approach transcends conventional healing, promoting collective shifts in consciousness towards eternal life. He envisions a future where physical, mental, and spiritual wellness thrive, guiding humanity towards limitless existence, freedom and eternal life. Golden Nuggets From Dr. Samuel B. Lee Here are Dr. Lee’s 3 transformational tools you can explore today: Science of the 12-Stranded DNA: Understanding your morphogenetic blueprint and how to activate dormant potential through consciousness. A New Global Paradigm of Mental Health: Treating root causes rather than symptoms through multidimensional healing approaches. Acclaimed journalist and author of international bestseller Pale Rider: The Spanish Flu of 1918 and How it Changed the World Laura Spinney explores the origins of this ancient language and how it spread far from its cradle near the Black Sea. Reaching the coasts of Scotland and the western reaches of China, traveling across the Mediterranean and deep into South Asia, Indo-European unites Dante's Inferno and the Rig Veda, the knights of Arthurian legend and the early Hittite kings. Now Indo-European languages are spoken by nearly half of humanity. How did this happen? Laura shares the epic journey. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

In Proto, Spinney takes us deep into the mystery of Proto-Indo-European (PIE) - a prehistoric language that no one alive has heard, yet whose echoes can still be found in words spoken from Ireland to India. From the English word star, to Icelandic stjarna, to the Iranic stare - Spinney reveals how echoes of a prehistoric language still ripple across continents and centuries. Along the way, she meets the archaeologists, linguists, and geneticists working to uncover the origins of this linguistic Big Bang - and what it tells us about human history, identity, and movement. Joining Spinney in discussion is global historian Caroline Dodds Pennock, to retrace the paths of nomads, monks, warriors, and kings across the Eurasian steppe, the Caucasus, the Silk Roads, and beyond.  If you'd like to become a Member and get access to all our full conversations, plus all of our Members-only content, just visit intelligencesquared.com/membership to find out more. Susie got into some trouble (again) and almost got booted from a concert. We hear what Boomerasking is and theorize why it's so common now. Susie tries to figure out why an old clip of Road Rules that she posted was so evocative. We discuss a documentary short film about swimming and consider why it's such a fundamental human skill. We learn about scientists who created mice using the DNA from two males, and why they would want to make people with two dads. Sarah explains what "optimal stopping theory" is and why you should never stick with the first guy you date or the first apartment you look at. We find out scholars are offering $1M to anyone who can decode an ancient language.Listen to more podcasts like this: https://wavepodcastnetwork.comJoin our Candy Club, shop our merch, sign-up for our free newsletter, & more by visiting The Brain Candy Podcast website: https://www.thebraincandypodcast.comConnect with us on social media:BCP Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/braincandypodcastSusie's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/susiemeisterSarah's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/imsarahriceBCP on X: https://www.x.com/braincandypodSponsors:Control Body Odor ANYWHERE with @lumedeodorant and get 15% off with promo code BRAINCANDY15 at https://lumedeodorant.com! #lumepodStart the new year off right with Honeylove. In the timeless dance of the cosmos, where every number hums a sacred melody and every star whispers ancient secrets, we find ourselves on another profound journey. On today's episode, we welcome back the luminous Joy Kingsborough, a beacon of wisdom in the realm of numerology and spiritual enlightenment. With a heart attuned to the divine frequencies, Joy illuminates the path of our soul's journey with her insights and experiences. In this captivating dialogue, Joy delves into the essence of numerology, revealing it as the primordial language of the Divine. "Numerology is the source code of our awakening," she explains, emphasizing how this ancient system guides us through the archetypal stories we are meant to fulfill in our evolution. Joy's exploration into the origins of numerology unveils a tapestry woven with the threads of Sanskrit, geometric shapes, and the essence of the universe itself. She eloquently describes how these elements form the foundation of our spiritual journey, leading us through lessons and experiences that are as old as time.As our conversation unfolds, Joy shares the serendipitous story of her union with Matt Kahn, another luminary in the spiritual world. Their partnership, she reflects, is a divine orchestration, a coming together of souls who understand and live the profound truth of channeling and spiritual connection. The way they navigate their spiritual work together offers a unique perspective on balancing deeply spiritual lives with everyday reality. Joy's insights into their relationship reveal the delicate dance of maintaining authenticity and connection while being profoundly tuned into the higher realms. In this profound conversation, Joy addresses common misconceptions about deeply spiritual people, channelers, and psychics. "People often fear vulnerability around us, thinking we can read their minds or know their deepest secrets," she says. This fear, she notes, often leads to a facade of honesty. However, the genuine connection she shares with Matt has taught her the beauty of authenticity and the power of being truly seen and understood. Joy's experiences highlight the importance of honesty and openness in spiritual relationships, where both partners are deeply connected to their source. One of the most intriguing parts of our discussion centers on the misconceptions and ego traps associated with spiritual work. Joy candidly shares her journey of balancing confidence with humility, navigating the fine line between helping others and avoiding the pitfalls of ego. Her reflections on the responsibility that comes with channeling and sharing divine messages offer a profound lesson in integrity and self-awareness. Joy's commitment to serving others with purity of intent and clarity of purpose shines through her words, inspiring all who listen.SPIRITUAL TAKEAWAYSNumerology as a Divine Language: Joy elucidates how numerology serves as a roadmap for our soul's journey, guiding us through archetypal stories and lessons designed for our spiritual evolution. This ancient system offers a profound understanding of our life's path and the divine order of events.Balancing Spiritual Partnerships: Joy's relationship with Matt Kahn exemplifies the harmonious blend of spiritual and everyday life. Their shared experiences highlight the importance of authenticity, mutual support, and the beauty of a spiritual power couple navigating the complexities of life together.Navigating Ego in Spiritual Work: Joy's insights into the ego traps and misconceptions associated with spiritual work emphasize the need for humility, self-awareness, and integrity. Her journey teaches us the importance of serving others with a pure heart and clear intent. As our conversation draws to a close, Joy leaves us with a powerful message of hope and transformation. She speaks of the extraordinary potential within each of us to awaken to our true selves, to navigate our spiritual paths with courage and authenticity. Through a profound Reiki experience, she awakened to dormant aspects of herself, transitioning into what she describes as the "technicolor world of Oz" where everything became alive with meaning and connection. This episode explores how modern humans have become disconnected from an ancient birthright – the ability to communicate with the non-human world. Rose shares powerful personal stories, including a transformative encounter with a bobcat spirit guide and a heart-opening moment with a cat in the woods that appeared precisely when she needed connection most. These experiences demonstrate how shifting from head-centered to heart-centered awareness opens doorways to deeper relationships with animals and nature.Rose challenges us to reconsider our approach to global crises like climate change. Rather than relying solely on technological solutions – products of the same head-centered thinking that created these problems – she suggests collaborating with the more-than-human world. "It isn't a matter of us protecting them," Rose explains. "It's a matter of they're going to need to work with us, because together we are strong."Perhaps most importantly, Rose reveals how personal healing and ecological healing are inseparable journeys. The more we heal our own wounds and release what no longer serves us, the more clearly we can hear the wisdom of the natural world. As Rose powerfully states, "With the help of all my relations, your shamanic allies, and holding space in balance with a foot in both worlds, you are not powerless, you are power with."Ready to reconnect with the wild wisdom all around you? Listen now and discover how dropping from your head into your heart might just change everything.

Dead languages are pointless, right? Wrong. This week, our hosts have a blast when they're joined by Ryan Hammill of the Ancient Language Institute, a partner of the Davenant Institute. They discuss the different reasons we learn ancient languages, whether they're for "normal" people, whether some languages are better than others, and more.NOTE: most books below are linked via Bookshop.org. “Wellness means to me that I feel great. I'm not hopeful that tomorrow will be better. I know that it will be better. I'm connected to my spirits and able to move around in my body as I expect myself to be.” — Pauline Kehoe Pauline Kehoe delved into the journey of wellness through her personal modality known as the five elements. In 2005, she had her Masters in Five Elements Acupuncture and from then on, she used her beautiful gift to communicate and bring the hidden language of five elements back to our modernized humanity. The five elements are the ancient spirit of Chinese medicine of mother nature which predates almost everything including acupuncture, Chinese herbs, and even Xi Gong which they consider as the first form of healing. For those who are unfamiliar with this, Pauline advises that the first step to discovering more about it is by being aware of the seasons, most especially our surroundings like the plants and trees around us because this is where dynamism is. Sometimes, we fail to realize that not only the five elements are outside us but it is definitely within us as well. In relation to that, this episode speaks more on how these five elements also have their way to correlate with the things within our bodies. As Pauline says, they are actually your organ system, emotions, mental state, or even your overall awareness. The way these elements can explain what is happening in our bodies, in our relationships, and even in our household environments is fascinating. All of this occurs as a result of connecting the invisible dots and recognizing how everything is interconnected with each other, and with that, it can shift everything.   Wellness Nuggets: ●       Water is the mother of the wood element ●       The metal element is the closest to the heavens. It's about the connection to God, spirit, whatever you believe in. There's no religion around nature. ●       Life doesn't change but it's our reaction to life that needs to change ●       When you allow yourself to learn about yourself, it can be considered as a return of investment ●       The lungs are the mother of the soul because the spirit is the mother of the soul and the lungs are connected to the heavens   We invite you to ignite the Wellness Warrior in YOU!   About the Guest: Pauline helps seekers living unfulfilled achieve awareness, clarity, and self-actualization by connecting to the inner wisdom and brilliance of the sage within to evolve, become what they seek, and shine light into the world for all. Pauline earned her Master in Five Element Acupuncture in 2005. Her mission is to bring the buried and hidden language of The Five Elements back to humanity. Nehemiah Davis is a yogi and teacher of mystic practices. From early childhood Nehemiah's father (Althair H. Davis) taught him to manipulate cosmic energies (prana) through prayer and mantra with metaphysical teachings that stress balanced karmic methods of actions through life. With this, his father instructed him in several forms of yoga, which included; karma yoga, hatha yoga, bhakti yoga, raja yoga, mantra yoga, mudra yoga, pranayama (yogic breathing exercises) and kundalini yoga. As a child his father created and enforced a daily schedule of early morning and late evening prayer, meditation, and pranayama. His education in metaphysics while growing up included mystic authors such as; H.P. Blavatsky, Annie Besant, Rama Prasad, Swami Vekadanada, Yogic Ramacharka teachings, Alice A. Bailey, Paramahansa Yogananda, Swami Sivananda, Sir. John Woodroffe, as well as the late Dr George King founder and president of the Aetherius Society, a modern mystic order that his family were members of. Nehemiah Davis has been teaching on various metaphysical subjects over the last 25 year. His students have asked him over the last decade to write on the subjects he taught. This book “The Ancient Language of the Soul” is his beginning in sharing his knowledge with a large audience around the world. https://www.youtube.com/mysticknowledge
